Five weeks later I had my first laser session with Fatima. She explained how easy the process was and I immediately felt confident in her. I have tattoos and so does she, so I asked her to compare the pain level. She was spot-on tattoos are maybe a 7, and laser hair removal was maybe a 2, or a 3 in the more sensitive areas. I had pretty much everything done except my arms, armpits, legs, and face. The process was incredibly simple, and Fatima was so kind and knowledgeable. Overall it was an amazing experience. Every staff member I've met here has shown incredible hospitality. I'm actually the GM of an extremely high-volume restaurant in an airport, so I have very high standards for customer service and I was blown away by the team here at Milan.
