This artist really goes out of her way to make it an *~experience~* every time. The vibe is so cozy, the service/artistry level is phenomenal, and she just seems to be one of those people who's naturally tuned into people's comfort. Little things like having snacks available, and making sure the lighting is cozy and not overwhelming. It's just good vibes. My nails always come out looking amazing, and the versatility of styles I've asked for... Like I have really brought them some CHALLENGES with my inspo pics lmao. And she nails it every time. It's consistently better results than a regular salon, and a much better overall experience, for a cheaper price. My only fear in giving this place the glowing review it deserves is that I don't want it to get too popular and then all their spots fill up haha! Oh yeah and one time, one of my nails broke the day after I had them done here, totally my own fault btw, and they immediately had me come back in and fixed it, for free, AND gave me a pack of gummy snacks while I was there. Ciera gets the service done fast and leaves no trace behind. I really appreciate that from a wax center. I had a horrible experience years ago at another salon (Not European Wax Center) and the lady that did my wax took over an hour, not to mention she was getting some kind of weird kick out of me being in pain. I'm so grateful for the wax specialists here at European Wax Center, notably Ciera for always taking my appointments and getting me in and out quick. The ladies at the front desk are always very kind and get me checked out quickly. Always rebook for the next appointment. A day or two before my appointment they send me a text asking to confirm, which honestly has been really helpful considering there are times I don't know what my body is going to do and if I'll be able to get a wax done. So I'm grateful for them sending reminders. The room is always clean when I walk in. I know Ciera keeps her work Station sanitized before and after every guest. I have no doubts that she is a good employee. She definitely deserves recognition from this company, especially considering a lot of wax specialists come and go. She's been here for as long as I've been coming!

Full story; My sister and I arrived for our appointment time with a few minutes to spare. My sister ends up going back first and comes out two minutes later. Apparently her armpit hair was not long enough to be waxed, and my sister was very upset. Not only was her waxing specialist very rude, with no customer service, not even a hello, But in her confirmation email, there was no instruction on how long the hair needed to be in order to be waxed. Her specialist didn't make her feel welcomed at all. I end up waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time to be seen (and was only seen because I asked for anyone available). I ended up asking the receptionist if I could go to anybody else if somebody was available, especially since it sounded like I was not going to be seen for a while. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because Ashlie was phenomenal. She was so friendly and inviting, walked me through every step of the process, and was just overall phenomenal. There were apparently two staff available the entire time I was waiting for my appointment slot. I did not book with a specific stylist in mind, but waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time was ridiculous. Especially because the person who was going before me was not taken until my appointment slot.
