I booked an appointment with one of their juinor therapists, so up front I knew I was working with someone a bit newer, which is ok with me given that it was only 100 bucks! You start off with a scalp analysis, and while it was cool to see my scalp up close like that, my therapist didn't say anything about my scalp and her recommendation. I was then taken to the back where you change into a robe top and slippers. The robe top, towels and bathroom were all clean. Once you're all changed, you head back out into the main room where each station is separated by a curtain, so any conversation going on back there, you can hear as well as all conversations from the waiting room. There is nice spa music on which helps to drain it out a bit but still a little noisy. Looking at the reviews now, I see others were offered ear plugs, but unfortunately on this visit I wasn't. The treatment itself was great, multiple shampoo washes, head massage and arm/hand massage. The bed was incredibly comfortable and cozy. My therapist was lovely. Overall, I probably won't be back, the price point and quality just isn't there for me and I don't do treatments like this often....,but it was a generally good experience and totally worth it to check it out if you're into this type of thing!

We were going back-and-forth about the length and I'm a long nail girl so we tried some medium length ones. I hated them, so she tried another set that was just right. I started off with a green color which she told me that we would have to apply too many coats for it to look right, even though it was a very beautiful color. So we opted for a different color which is more of a sky blue with hints of purple. I absolutely adore the color. I cannot say enough, how wonderful the experience was! How gorgeous my nails look, and it was less than $100. I left her a hefty tip and I set up my next appointment for three weeks. I will be returning.
