I booked an appointment with one of their juinor therapists, so up front I knew I was working with someone a bit newer, which is ok with me given that it was only 100 bucks! You start off with a scalp analysis, and while it was cool to see my scalp up close like that, my therapist didn't say anything about my scalp and her recommendation. I was then taken to the back where you change into a robe top and slippers. The robe top, towels and bathroom were all clean. Once you're all changed, you head back out into the main room where each station is separated by a curtain, so any conversation going on back there, you can hear as well as all conversations from the waiting room. There is nice spa music on which helps to drain it out a bit but still a little noisy. Looking at the reviews now, I see others were offered ear plugs, but unfortunately on this visit I wasn't. The treatment itself was great, multiple shampoo washes, head massage and arm/hand massage. The bed was incredibly comfortable and cozy. My therapist was lovely. Overall, I probably won't be back, the price point and quality just isn't there for me and I don't do treatments like this often....,but it was a generally good experience and totally worth it to check it out if you're into this type of thing!

Every time she came back from leaving the room, she kept telling me how generous other clients were（especially one WHITE man）how they wanted to buy her dinner or give her gifts. I endured it until the end, but I found it extremely inappropriate. I don't understand why, as a paying customer, I'm expected to develop a so-called "FRIENDSHIP" that involves giving gifts or treating the staff to meals. It's ridiculous.
