The serviceman was scheduled immediately. My refrigerator was not cooling. I was called back to confirm a 4 hour window for service. He arrived promptly and was very knowledgable, and courteous. Did a great job. I called Reister's for a second refrigerator needing a new ice maker. They came out and fixed the ice maker, but I needed to call them back becasue the arm of the maker wasn't falling back into place. They came right back, no charge and installed ANOTHer brand new ice maker. Works perfectly. I loved this complany and I already recommended them to my friends here in the Finger Lakes Area who have had all sorts of problems with other appliance repair companies, as had I in the past. I am so happy I found these people. You won't be disappointed.

Two times I have gone there and he fixed my vacuum in less than 5 minutes when I had tried on my own for over 3 hours. The short repairs he didn't even charge me for! His prices are so low anyway I wonder how he stays in business. I own a janitorial service in Auburn so I have needed a lot of vacuums and vacuum repair over the years. I once made the mistake of not wanting to drive all the way across town and took 3 vacuums to a place nearer to me (I think it was Vacuums USA or something) and not only did they charge me an arm and a leg, one of the vacuum repairs cost more than I had paid for the vacuum and they didn't tell me beforehand, they fixed it before giving me an estimate when I had only brought the vacuums in for an estimate! Mr. Vac always gives an estimate and if it is not worth fixing he will tell you so. He has a nice selection of quality vacuum cleaners, and not the crap most people buy in Walmart or Target. My daughter needs a vacuum to take back to college since she is getting her first apartment and she just asked me "Mom, can you take me to Mr. Vac's?" Looks like we have a third generation customer! Go to this guy....you will not be disappointed! He also has a second location in Geneva which I have gone to for my own personal vacuum belts and parts since I live in Geneva and work in Auburn. Mr. Vac's wife runs that shop and she is just as nice, honest and knowledgeable as Mr. Vac. (The locals refer to her as "Mrs. Vac!")

He went the extra mile to make sure that my dryer was working efficiently by going outside to check the exterior vent. He was here on time and left my laundry room clean after completing his work. The price was completely reasonable for both the part and repair. These are my new small appliance repair people!

An hour later they called back and said we can come in an hour. WooHoo! Dave arrived on time and with several alerts both from the company and from Dave that he was on his way. Alas, the fridge needed a part that had to be ordered and it would be Wednesday between 12:30-5:00 before they'd have it and could get back.
