I finally got in touch with William and he blamed the guy he said was running his Burbank location I didn't even know there was a William, I thought the guy I met (apparently Williams employee) was the owner. William said he would fix it. By that point I did not want to work with him anymore (the did a terrible job and left my car at the shop next door) William said he was sorry would refund my money. I told William that I had initated a dispute for the charge on my credit card. William said he would not challenge the dispute. Then William refused to refund my money and challenged the dispute. I had a terible experience with this company and would not recommend HP Wraps.
