I texted expecting be would (reasonably) reschedule until I could figure out my lock Smith situation, but instead he texted that he be over shortly... Within 20 minutes it arrived (10 minutes early) and he proceeded to help me figure out how to get into the house... Which included scaling a letter to a window that I thought might be open, and ultimately taking me to Home Depot to consider purchasing a whole new door with the thought that we might have to break the door to get in, but then he suggested that we look for a locksmith again and this time (thanks to Yelp) we found one. So we returned the house to wait for the locksmith who arrived about a half an hour later, the entire time you're just making conversation keeping things light... And as soon as we get into the house he began to take care of the few things that needed doing, which he did quickly officially and accurately. Based on this experience today, I will never hesitate to call Rick again, and recommended that he be the first person you attempt to call for wide range of expertise.
