Most recently stopped for a tea at 6:00 pm and was told there would be a 15-20-minute wait because they were cleaning. This was 6:00 in the evening. This is by far the worst McDonalds I have visited. I'm guessing they are not adequately staffed which likely means they don't pay good wages. Not my problem if true, but corporate should demand improvements or yank the franchise.

Extremely disappointing customer service at the Pizza Hut in Woodruff, SC. I've been left sitting on hold on the phone, and when you actually come inside to pick up an order, it feels like you're completely ignored. Today was the last straw. I walked in and stood at the counter with no one there to help me. I could see an employee in the back who seemed perfectly content to ignore the fact that a customer was waiting. After standing there and getting no acknowledgment or service, I finally just walked out. I understand restaurants get busy and may be short-staffed, but simply acknowledging a customer takes seconds. Being repeatedly ignored--whether on the phone or standing at the counter--is unacceptable. I won't be wasting my time here again.

My oblesico pepitos was full of steak, chicken bacon and cheese. It seemed to be missing some flavor and sauce. It was just meat and cheese. For a side I got loaded fries with cheese sauce and bacon bits. The cheese tasted like it came out of a can and the bacon was more like bacon bits than real bacon. I ate the contents of the pepitos with a fork and skipped the bread. They had an interesting menu. I wish I would have reviewed the Yelp reviews before deciding on the pepitos. Thanks!

I previously held this guy's opinions on food in high regard. He had never steered me wrong when asking for recommendations before. We've cooked dinners for double dates with our wives before. I thought I knew this man and could trust his taste. So I had to test his ludicrous claim. He was wrong. At best I would describe the Hardee's tenders as what Burger King tenders aspire to be. Crispy, and pleasant outer breading texture hides dry inner meat. The only "flavor" to be found is salt and oil. But at least it's not that reformed chicken paste garbage. It's no where even close to Popeyes who in my esteem hold the throne of the fast food tendies realm with Churches giving a good run for the money. Needless to say, we are no longer friends.
