Most recently stopped for a tea at 6:00 pm and was told there would be a 15-20-minute wait because they were cleaning. This was 6:00 in the evening. This is by far the worst McDonalds I have visited. I'm guessing they are not adequately staffed which likely means they don't pay good wages. Not my problem if true, but corporate should demand improvements or yank the franchise.
