Every single thing about this place needs to be improved. The food, the workers, the management, the attitudes, the owners! This place needs to be shut down. I've reached out to the people that supposedly franchise and own it. And I've heard absolutely nothing back. I'm not one to talk down on a restaurant, because I've been there before and I know how hard it can be some days. But this location is ridiculous and needs to be shut down immediately. This specific franchise is an absolute dumpster fire. Consistently slow service through the drive-thru, with poorly prepared food. The attached photo shows my recent experience with this franchise that happened this morning. The employee saw this and still decided that it was acceptable to serve it. Unfortunately, this experience reflects a broader pattern, as evidenced by past reviews and the franchise's current star rating on Yelp. This place is awful, I tried to put my order in and half wy through they asked me to repeat my order, then they charged me for two orders because of their screw up, and when I pointed this out the worker who messed it up to start with wanted to argue with me and tell me what I ordered...I know what I ordered...They better get their act together, or they're gonna run themselves out of buisness....Best remember, if you run all your customers off then the doors won't stay open!!! I've never been so upset, the new hello kitty x yugio collab with McDonalds came out and today I wanted to get it and I called ahead of time to make SURE THEY HAD IT, the girl said they did so I decided to go to McDonalds and ordered it, I got to the window and she said they only HAD THE BLUE TOYS, I got my happy meal and there weren't any toys so I went inside and I was confused and THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY. The service is terrible and the quality of the food is well below par. I believe their staff need to be trained more and need to take the job more seriously. The line was excessively slow and I made note to carry my Kindle with me next time. We had a coupon for buy 1, get 1 Qtr Pounder w/cheese & medium FF. The cost was $9.+ change, which turned out not being a good deal. Unfortunately, the burgers were burned & dry. Although, we did not enjoy and could not eat these, our dogs seemed not to mind having dry, burned meat for dinner. I realize everything cannot always be perfect and often less so when extremely busy.
