This place is a $#!t hole. Rubber chicken and soggy fries tastes so yummy. The order screen wasn't working for some reason, they told us we just had to know what we wanted. I don't eat at Zaxbys so how would I know? Piss all over bathroom floor made this an even more pleasant experience. The manager didn't know what oil they use, but did eventually find the allergy info on a pamphlet. Run Forrest run! read more

Zaxbys is an established business so the food quality is okay overall however, this location isn't the best for presentation and service. I got large fries from them and barely got any fries. Small portion of fries is standard at this location isn't read more

I ordered the five wings and things and this is the chicken they gave me. It looks like two full pieces of chicken in buffalo wings sauce. I even had to wait in a parking space to get my food very disappointed with the service that Saraland Zaxbys is provided. read more

Zaxbys - I didn't even get enough chicken - Fast Food Near Me - Saraland, Alabama

Wife and I walked in just as they were closing. Staff was very friendly, let us order and dine in. Food was good-ordered a grilled house salad and a snack meal. The fries were cold but the rest of the meal was good. read more

The employees NEVER give you what you ask for, God forbid they actually do their job. The food is ok, it's not the best, but it'll do. The restaurant is pretty clean, not sure about the bathrooms, though. read more

This place is alright, good customer service. Fast delivery of service in the restaurant. I will say having sampled all the chicken fingers in the area Foosackley's has the best, but Zaxbys is in a close second place. 10/10 I recommend them. read more

Terrible customer service. Small food portions and inaccurate orders. Overpriced. Go to Foosackly's instead.

My chicken and fries were cooked to perfection. Staff was friendly and efficient. This area is a great stop off place while traveling I65. I would definitely recommend it. read more

Today, I ordered the 4 finger plate. Chicken was fresh, fries were old, and so was the toast. Usually I order a salad. I should have stuck with that. Definitely will visit this location again and stick with the salads. read more

Guess they were running low in sauce..? Food that tasted like it's been under a heat lamp with barely any spicy Zak sauce with one tiny piece of bacon. Fries had that "reheated" taste to them. I ordered the new peach tea, and it's just straight syrup in my cup.. definitely not a great location. read more

Horrible! I went thru the drive thru and service was good. The wings from here are Horrible!! They were extremely small, and tremendously overcooked. I couldn't even eat them. What a waste of money!! read more

Stopped in here on a road trip to grab a quick bite. I've never eaten at a Zaxby's before, but it turned out to be absolutely the best fast food chicken I've ever had. They were not very crowded at the time and service was very fast. read more

We have given this store so many opportunities and every time is a disappointment. They always forget something or mess something up.

Not to be a Karen, but I'm really aggravated with this place at the moment. I ordered all flats like always and I seem to catch a bit of a fit from over the drive through speaker every time I do it but they always do all flats as requested. I just don't really care for the drums. There are some petty girls working the window that gave me all drums. there is no since in that. I understand if they aren't able to give me all flats I'm very understanding I will accept a mix without question. I'm 100% positive she requested the kitchen to put all drums in my box. It was raining when we pulled up & one of them rudely asked me to turn my wipers off. I'm really overall just disappointed they are normally rude to me every time I go & I'm sick of it. 3 stars because the food is good but they need work on the pettiness. read more

Come on Zaxby's you can do better than this. I stop one evening to try them out. The chicken fingers were kinda dark like they cook them in old fryer oil. The fries were way too salty, The drink was fill with ice four fifths of the way to the top. Gee I know inflation is giving us all grief but sugar soda water is still cheap now. The dip sauce didn't taste like it was fresh. I think Cain's sauce taste better. I just couldn't believe on my first time eating at this restaurant I get such a bad experience. I like to be more positive writing this but this meal had too many negatives in it. Hopefully the service and food at this restaurant will get better if people would let them know more often how they are doing. Zaxby's you can do better. read more

Never fails!! Every time I go through the drive thru my order gets messed up and the workers aren't friendly. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the food is good, but I literally have to pull over and check my order to make sure it's right!! They need to take lessons from Chick-fil-A on customer service!! read more

The worst food ever. They put some kind wierd-tasting seasoning on the chicken tenders and wings, it's kinda gross!! I've wanted to try Zaxbys for some time now, but now that I have, I won't ever go back. read more

Yum! Never been to a Zaxby's. Really good. Got the Southern TLC sandwich meal. Breaded chicken was crispy crunchy not greasy. Lettuce and tomato very fresh. Crinkle fries were slightly seasoned and fresh. Fast friendly drive thru. Lots of choices here like wings, sandwiches salads, appetizers, fingers etc. Many different sauces too! read more

Chicken! Newest chicken place in Saraland! Of Course I eat at Zaxby's in MOBtown and everywhere all the time. You know what? I have never been disappointed by a Zaxby's. Their chicken is moist.! You can get it fried, grilled, blackened, or buffaloed. They have traditional wings and boneless wings with several sauce options to toss those wings in! You know what else I enjoy!? The fried mushrooms! Delicious!! The white cheddar bites aren't too bad either. I do suggest you go inside because the drive through is pretty long and not quick because they don't have food just sitting under a warmer. I love the blackened Cajun chicken sandwich and the sweet tea is pretty darn good. I'm picky about sweet tea. I just don't drink sweet tea from anywhere. So, stop on in!! read more

Terrible customer service, entered the drive thru that was empty for a pick up they informed me it wasn't ready and asked that I pull into a parking spot. Six people went through the drive thru and got food before I got my order, I had to go to the window to find out what was taking so long to which I find them standing around playing. Don't recommend read more

Absolutely horrible. Placed an order through Uber eats prior to 8:30. They accepted the order and charged me for it. Driver showed up a little before 9 to pick it up and they stated that they "do not do Uber eats after 8:30". (But it certainly let me place the order because it was before 8:30 when I ordered) Had to go round and round with Uber eats customer service to get a refund and then had to figure out another way to feed my child at 9:00 at night in a strange city. Absolutely ludicrous. read more

The general manager at this location highly disrespected me and my wife today. All because our food was cold. When the young lady at the window told me that she would remake the food which was no issue at all. He proceeded to get aggressive at the window. It has been brought to my attention by current employees and past employees that his character is questionable and troubling. It was even told to me that they have tried to bring this to the attention of the district manager multiple times and nothing has been done about him. I went to social media earlier on TikTok and reached out to Zaxby's to get corrective action. Horrible customer service by the General Manager John, rude and condescending. I just feel as though if he hates his job so much as to take it out on customers maybe he should find something more pleasurable? read more

Was only person in line and had to wait 7 minutes to get order taken. Chicken in House Zalad was mostly breading. WATCH OUT!!! Cops use this restaurant to write BS tickets. This is way better than foosacklys, much higher quality chicken and they get it out to you way faster. Customers very respectful and the manager stopped by to ask if everything tasted alright and brought us extra ketchup! Keep it up Zaxby's!!! read more
