One of the saddest Zaxby's locations ever! Unable to give negative stars, but that is what they are worth. The only thing consistent with this site is their inconsistency! Portions are ridiculously small, chicken is normally over cooked and small, fries are always cold, and when Zansation salad is available it's an absolute joke- it looks like they are actively attempting to put the least amount of food in the already small container. Disgusting! Let's start from the beginning.. the girl standing outside taking orders clearly hates her job and doesn't want to be there. Rude and had an attitude while taking my order. I asked for all flats and she said we can only do majority flats.. it only comes with 5? She said it depends on how many flats they have inside. Huh?? Whatever. So I drive to the window and ask the girl at the window she can make sure they are all flats and cooked well done. Y'all!! They handed me 5 rubbery wings with an EYELASH ON IT!!!! Can't make this up. She watches me see it and when I tell her she looks and says sorry bout that. Takes the wings off the tray and then 30 seconds later brings them back. I'm sitting there like I know y'all didn't just take that eyelash off and give me back the same wings then before I drive off I hear them laughing about it inside like it's funny. This place was a NIGHTMARE!! Wow ! Trash on the floor -- children crying, nasty ass looking employees! Employees appeared unkempt, unshowered and addicted to hardcore drugs! 2 stars for the food -- it was just ok. Menu was large, service was slow. Overall, this place was GHETTO AF and I didnt feel safe here - even during the day. The cliente was unsavory, dicey, and ghetto AF. A customer asked me for money -- excuse me? Pandhandling INSIDE Zaxbys? Oh my god -- get away from me! This place was a total frightmare and so shady! The food is mediocre...served warm, not hot. Fries were soggy and old. Drive thru is TERRIBLE! This is the second time that I've come through and waited 10+ minutes after ordering. The drive thru girl wants to sit and chit chat rather than do her job. Never again will I come here! read more

This place is sooo slow. We stopped here after hours of driving to get a bite to eat and there was only 3 cars in front of us. Why on earth did it take 45min for us to get our food. My mind is blown. I wanted to go but my kid was stuck on Zaxby. read more

I have eaten at other Zaxby's and they have been fine. This one has very slow service, employees are rude , talk and play in the back, when they should be serving the customer. If you don't like doing your job, don't work there... Save your money unless you like nasty cold chicken and bad service. read more

Much different than the last time we stopped here. Chicken tenders, salad and fries were great tasting. Tenders were much smaller than other visits and locations. 3 tenders=not enough for dinner. Zaxby's gives you one of their sauces with each plate. They don't ask if you'd rather a different sauce like ranch or BBQ. When you realize you have their sauce and would rather BBQ, they charge for another sauce. Hope one is enough. Want another, pay again. Same with the salad. I dressing provided. Fast service but I'm going to criticize two things. The portions are different every time sometimes I get large plump pieces of chicken and sometimes I get scrawny little pieces which is a quality control issue. Consistency is very important to me. Also you need to get a manager watching everything your staff does I've seen over three health concerns in my times visiting and I've noticed a particular member of your staff having an inappropriate conversation in front of customers. Don't waste your time at this Zaxbys. There's a much better run one the next exit south in 95. I went there in Feb and they were closed. Said because of the weather. It was 32 and partly cloudy. They said was gonna get real cold? They were turning customers away including several at drive thru. What a joke. read more

The food was average. Definitely thrown together with no care at all. We got in at 9:15pm and she asked if we wanted to dine in or take it to go. Then immediately said "you know we close at 10, right?" implying that we should take it to go. Of course at that point we decided to eat in. The acted clueless when I ordered a buffalo plate. Then, we sit down and another employee has blocked off part of the restaurant so no one would sit in that area. Wow! Worst Zaxby's I have ever been to! The food is not fresh! The salad's taste like soap and the chicken is either too salty, to tough or looks like scrambled eggs falling apart. And I like scrambled eggs..! They aways seem to be running out of soda and if you ask for extra sauce they sometimes charge you, keyword here is sometimes charge you. I guess whenever they need bubblegum machine money lol. I have been to other Zaxby's that taste great but this is the worst I have ever seen!! But what really takes the cake... is their employees during their breaks or whatever it is... I have seen them getting high as a kite outside! Dealing, selling or buying the drugs, pick one. After seeing all of this I am never coming back until that place gets a complete makeover, because they sure need it! read more

Honestly, I think Zaxbys is probably one of the worst fast food places I have been to, way overpriced and they designed the inside to look classy and clean but coming from the north I never once found a fly in my drink anywhere but zaxbys and there are 0 zaxbys where I am from so to move down south and first time go to zaxbys and find a fly in my drink literally was in my mouth, is beyond disgusting. I had tweeted to zaxbys out of fury on the matter and had gotten a few messages stating that they would help me out some way and to give them my number and as well as the certain zaxbys location where I found the fly and never heard back. That shows how well they really care about their customers satisfaction. I didn't go back to zaxbys for a good year after that up until recently and the meal I had ordered didn't come with Pickles when it had always came with them and if I would have known I literally wouldn't have gone there (probably should have walked out) but I didn't, the meal was okay and I even double checked my drink and my food. xD but that will be my last time going there. read more
