What is the purpose of doing a mobile order for them to never bring you your food and for you to watch people go through the drive thru, get their food and leave before you get your order? I arrived a couple of minutes before my scheduled pickup time and waited for 10 minutes before going in and saying that I needed my order.... Just to find it sitting on the counter, fully ready to go. I wonder how long I would have sat there for somebody to pay attention and actually bring it to me. Also, when I walked inside to ask about my order, there were 2 girls standing at the counter, looking toward the kitchen & talking. 4 or 5 people walked in after me. We were all standing at the counter & nobody even acknowledged us. She turned around after a minute or so & was like "oh!" as if she was surprised to see us. I haven't even touched or opened the food but I can tell you that based on this experience alone, I will not be going back. read more

Nice Zaxby's location. Seating was mostly clean but they did need to wipe down some tables. Staff was friendly and food was ready within five minutes. Their Coke soda stream self-serve machine was working with all drink options available (which is more than I can say for some other fast food restaurants lately). They needed to replace the ketchup packets in the lobby area; some packets had obviously burst in the delivery box and covered all of them in nasty, sticky old ketchup (whoever put them out clearly should've seen this). The new chicken Philly (I opted for the fried chicken) was very good. The garlic aioli sauce really made the sandwich. The fries are the standard crinkle type; okay but not my favorite. I rarely get fast food, but it was one of those days when I needed lunch and since there is hardly any local restaurants within 5 miles of me, I decided to try Zaxby's. I wanted a salad. I sat in the line long enough and saw the new chicken sandwich and figured I'd try that. (You know with all the chicken sandwich feuds going on!) This was good. I already knew I liked their Zax sauce and I love pickles. The actual chicken definitely needed some salt. A pinch and it would have elevated the flavor. I have so much left over that I'll be able to use the chicken in other things and I only had a French Fry or two so I e got a full box of fries still. It's a lot of food for $7. read more

I had 8 dollars to my name. we drove here, we asked for a funnel cake and a large fry with extra seasoning and some ranch. when I got home to eat my food my fries were cold, soggy, and had absolutely no seasoning on them. This review is solely based on the Caribbean jerk wings. My husband got us a drive thru order of Caribbean jerk boneless wings and he wanted the super hot insane wings. I love the Caribbean jerk from BWW and wanted to try Zaxby's. It was not as flavorful with spices and just a little bit sweeter. Also the heat wasn't as much as BWW. However, for how close Zaxby's is than BWW, this is a nice substitute. I have been here previous times and some experiences are better than others. It's hit and miss for this place. read more

It's still dirty inside with the same dirty high chairs. I ordered a kids meal that came with no straw on the juice box and no toy. My salad had rotten tomatoes on it. The whole place is just a mess. I've been here a few times for specials that I occasionally see. Like any Fast food chain, Zaxby's is no different in terms of the typical aspects of fast food, however the service was decently good. Sure they got my order wrong the second time I've gone, but they were apologetic and very concerned that I get a new order. The food though is very good. It doesn't taste like a McDonald's or Burger King type. It is good! read more

For starters, I ordered through Grubhub. No issues there. Where the issue came in is with my chicken. My chicken was visibly pink, and when I tried to call them, no one answered! Other than that, I had no issues, but seeing that pink in my child's chicken was a big no for me. read more

Drive thru cashier complained about not being able to hear me but kitchen staff was being rather loud. What really put the icing on the cake was hearing someone from the back yell out "shut the fxxx up" from the kitchen and then being told not to cuss because there was a customer at the window. I know its just another fast food chain to many, but no one outside of SC or Ga seems to know about Zaxby's. This is my favorite fast food of all time. And for along time there was no possible way for me to get over a hangover with out a trip to Zaxby's. Its all about the special sauce, texas toast, seasoned fries, and finger lickin good chicken fingers. Yes each box has about 1000 calories (i actually looked it up on their website once) but its so worth it. especially if it gets you over a hang over. I literally spoke extremely slow and paused and waited until the check out girl entered my order. There was sauce on the sandwich that I requested no sauce. I also received Zaxby's sauce and requested honey mustard. I don't have any clue how this restaurant stays in business when every order is messed up. Staff needs to be fired for incompetence. Ordered my son and I a Wings ang things plate today, and the tenders had a burnt smokey taste/smell. Contacted the manager whom didn't seem to have a care in the world. I know its a chain. And Im not a huge fan of those, but I love LOVE Zaxbys fried chicken salad. It is hands down the best salads (and biggest) around. And its basically the only thing I have ever eaten here. I crave the salads on at least a bi-weekly basis. They are that good. This location is constantly busy, so there will usually be a little bit of a wait. The servers are always very nice and courteous, even when you can tell they are frazzled during lunch rush. The texas toast - although horrible for my diet, is something that I CRRAAAAVVVEE. My son loves the kids menu there, and you get quite a bit of food with the kids serving. More than enough for a small adult (me). The kicken chicken sandwich, well thats my secret indulgence I give into maybe every 3-4 months. And it is a MUST try if you like hot (not spicey) and ranch dressing. The mix of flavors with a nice slice of chicken, mmmmmhmmmm party in my mouth!!! Dining area is always clean and nice. Last time we were there, the manager walked around and asked everyone if they needed anything else, and how the experience and food were. Never seen that happen at any other fast food chain. Bathrooms are always clean as well, which is a definite plus. Great, busy little place. read more

I live close by and have been here a few times for a quick meal. Most of the time the person taking my order seems less than thrilled to be there. Going through the drive through has ALWAYS resulted in a wrong order that I don't find out until I get where I'm going. I absolutely loved it! The chicken was cooked perfectly and they had healthy choices the actually looked as appealing as the regular food. And the shakes are absolutely to DIE for!!!!
