Very popular fast food establishment that I had visited multiple times in other states was disappointing today. The salad with chicken had all chopped iceberg lettuce and minimal ingredients for what I thought was highly priced - over 11 dollars.... The only good thing about this restaurant is their Asian salad without spring/egg rolls and they were just gross, extremely mushy!! So I decided that I would give you all the benefit of doubt and try one of the chicken sandwich meals and again I have to say that I am quite disappointed. The sauce is very bland and doesn't really have a distinctive flavor and the chicken just doesn't have enough seasoning on it. Came here since we had just missed the breakfast push. Been wanting to try the new chicken sandwich they have. So I ordered the Southern Sweet & Smoky. I added the zaxby sauce to it. The sandwich was pretty good, nice flavor and seemed to be filling. The location was clean and the employees were friendly. I am pretty excited that a Zaxby's opened up so close to where I work. I enjoy being fat and I enjoy fried chicken. This is truly a gift from above. This is a new store so they have staff from other locations in the city working with the new staff but they do a great job, they're super enthusiastic. The store was super clean as well, and again it's new. It's also entirely possible it could have been a circus. They've opened up without a flaw. That's a nice thing to see. The food was great, too. I've been twice - oops - and had the nibblers and the chicken strips. The food was well-seasoned, chicken and the fries. I'm also a big fan of their Texas toast. We were intrigued by the ads for Zensation Zalad and thought we'd try that and their Cobb Zalad today. We installed their app and placed an order, altho we had to do it twice as the first time didn't take. We picked up the order at their Dixie location, altho dh went in to get it and the clerk at the counter was oblivious to his presence. Finally, someone arriving noticed him and gave him our order. We were disappointed to find that, 1) the egg roll was burnt, and 2) the bacon in the Cobb was burnt. The basic flavor of the Zensation was good, but the Cobb was rather mundane except for the creamy boiled eggs. They use a lot of Styrofoam, which is unfortunate. read more

Once again we're all the Dixie Highway and I really enjoy this Zaxby's restaurant it's nothing that I would write home about me like this is the best Zaxby's in the world or anything but they have a great spicy chicken meal that I usually enjoy their fries are pretty good I'll get the chicken salad every now and then and it's pretty decent as well bad part about Zaxby's places you can get spicy chicken Raising Cane's or you can go to Wendy's down the street and get a spicy chicken sandwich at McDonald's get a spicy chicken sandwich or even the great Hooters that's a literally across the street and get some spicy wings look at the girls watch TV and drink a lot of beer which is more up my alley. However Zaxby's is still good I'll give it a three out of five if it was a little cheaper I give it a four out of five little expensive for this boys taste so we're going 3 out of 5 read more

Horrible service all around. Stingy manager Facts - A sandwich and fries were missing in my 5 person order. I drove back to the store to get it. They forgot the fries again! When I asked the manager about it she sternly tried to tell me I didn't order them. I pulled out the receipt to prove her wrong. Finally got the fries after a fight of 3 attempts. I just went to zaxbys just now around 1:15 dec 4 2019 and ordered fried mushrooms came to the window and Elizabeth was extremely rude she didn't want to give me my extra sauce she had an attitude and basically threw my food at me , when she did give me my food she slammed the drive threw door on me. Monday night we went through the drive-thru and we never go through the drive-thru we always go in but in a hurry in a mistake we went to the drive-thru got the food home and we only ordered the chicken salad and it's sandwich and the chicken for the salad was burnt to a crisp on non-edible and the sandwich wasn't much better.
