I've had enough. First, you had no fries ... so I got fried pickles, tell me why, the pickles were 95% battered, and had 5% of pickles ... make it make sense! Then, they ran out of strawberry sprite all of the sudden. When we got to the window, the workers look like their, sick and tired of customers. Great food but get ready to get a fraction of what you asked for. The drug addicted drive through worker lost the ability to speak either somewhere during his weekly binges, or when his parents failed him miserably. Gave us the food but spaced out when it came to the drinks, and then gave us the diabetic version of sweet tea, as well as didn't give the other things I ordered other than the chicken itself. Every single time we come here the service is terrible. The food is good, which is the only reason we continue to eat here but seriously the worst service! The drive-thru line is always long because they are so slow. This time we decided to call our order in ahead of time, arrived 30 minutes later, let them know we were here and continued to wait another 30 minutes. This place is a joke. The only person who seems to remotely understand customer service is the cook and he's such in the kitchen. The young lady who took my order spoke so quietly and fast that she was inaudible. Their drink machine was a coke freestyle that was out of most selections. No biggie, i just wanted coke and Sprite. But wait! The drinks were FLAT. When i alerted the employee that the drinks were flat she made me aware that she doesn't have any idea why they would be. I had to tell the foodservice worker that the drinks were flat because they were out of co2. She disappears to the back only to emerge a few moments later to tell me that the manager doesn't know what to do either. Apparently the manager was too busy in the office to appear to address a legitimate customer concern. I wouldn't want to show my face either if i were in charge of this establishment. But if i were the manager i would at least reign in my employees and ensure that they were giving at least passable customer service. These people obviously have no one actually supervising them or the manager is of the same mindset as the employees. At least the chicken is decent. read more

I live in LaGrange, Ga. and I visit Zaxby's on a regular basis. There are two locations in LaGrange for Zaxby's which I have been to both. I usually go to the on Commerce for it is closer to my house. About 3 hrs. ago I was at the Zaxby's that is closest to me. As being a regular customer, I placed an order that came to almost $19.00, when my order was ready I asked for 2 Zax sauce, I was told that it would be 25 cents extra. Now, if I were running a business an I had a regular customer come in and place a $19.00 order, I would not hesitate to give them extra sauce and not think of charging. Needless to say, I will never be back in this trashy run Zaxby's again. It is disgusting, and I will drive the extra miles to go to the other location if I ever decide to go into a Zaxby's again. read more
