The food here is horrible. I was here a few days ago and ordered veggie rolls. I've ordered these countless times at other Zaxby's and they're always great. My order was stale and overcooked. Like they'd been cooked and then recooked again. They were greasy and very dark brown. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience at this location. I won't be back. When Zaxby first came to the scene they were legit. Now the wings they sell at best are average. Zaxby wants the consumer to pay 8.00 for five wings, and it's not even 5 whole wings. Zaxby's still had 13 minutes before closing they're dining room lights are completely out. Their main sign in front of the building is completely out and their drive-through menu lights are also out. I thought you stayed open until 10pm a lot of people trying drive through, and driving out and going across the street to cook out. Corporate needs to come out and check this place out. read more

Had a order that I did online as we are in from out of town, placed the whole order drive over to pick it up and got back to hotel only to find they forgot all our sauces, dressing for salads and my fries, tried to call store no answer so I had to drive all the way back on to of that no silverware with salads either read more

i am a vegetarian and when i ordered 3 garden house salads, i was given all 3 salads with bits of chicken strewn throughout each one. All 3 salads had obviously once had grilled chicken on them and then had them removed when they realized their mistake. As someone who doesn't eat meat, having to pick apart my entire meal to get all the little bits of chicken out was not fun. i hate writing such negative reviews, but it's just that on top of this, we pulled forward and waited nearly 20 minutes for these salads, and this particular Zaxbys location has messed up several orders before and this was just final straw... i guess i'll be going to another location from now on :/ read more

Fast food chicken establishment, nothing really out of the ordinary. Clean interior and reasonably priced. Zaxby's is located on Kingston Pk near The newly renovated Weigles. I have visited this establishment twice. I've dined in and been through the drive through. Each experience was worse than the next. I dined in one evening, maybe 8:45ish, and got poor service. The employees seemed disinterested in helping me. The Zaxby's staff that night seemed more interested in their personal conversation, than helping me with my order. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food. If there had been a crowd and/or a line at the dive-thru I wouldn't be fussing but there wasn't. I was the only customer present during the time of my visit. I attempted the drive-thru one afternoon, maybe 4ish, and again got poor service. I ordered two regular Chicken Finger plates and proceeded to wait in line for 15 minutes. At least two customers behind me got tired of waiting and drove off without thier orders. Once at the window I paid and received my order. Without looking in the bag I asked if they were sure they had given me the right order. They read me back my order and I confirmed it's what I ordered. Before I drove off I said "Have a good day." The employee replied, "What?" I repeated myself and the employee grimmest and shut the window. Once home, I checked and my order it was incorrect. The value of what I had been given wasn't even worth half of the correct order. Needless to say I will never visit that Zaxby's again. What a disappointment this place has been. Have given them 3 chances and they have failed miserably. The last incident I ordered a chicken finger meal. When it was served, the chicken was barely lukewarm and very tough. The fries and toast were also lukewarm. My roommate and I were very excited to visit this zaxbys and get our favorite menu items (Cobb salad and house salad). We hadn't had zaxbys in over two and a half years due to being out of the country for school. We went through the drive thru- after a long day of school. I placed my order first (Cobb salad fried, with my chicken tossed in sweet and spicy sauce). They seemed slightly confused, and asked if I wanted it on the side. I said no thank you, just tossed in the sauce. As for my dressing, I asked for EXTRA ranch. (If you're eating a zaxbys salad, may as well go all out). My roommate ordered her salad with extra ranch dressing as well. We ordered a fry to split as well as zaxbys sauce. We got to the window, paid and left. When we got home (less than 5 minutes later), we found that there was NO ranch, NO zaxbys sauce, the fries were cold, and my chicken was not correctly tossed in the sauce. I HATE confrontation, but I felt as a paying customer, I should call zaxbys and let them know that I was upset. After being put on a hold for two minutes after asking for a manager, I began by telling her how I was upset, but I just wanted to let someone know. She became very hostile. She said she didn't know what I was talking about because she had told the person how to toss the chicken in the sauce so she didn't agree with me on that. And she apologized for the lack of sauce, and told me I could come back and get some sauce. I explained to her that I was going on an emergency shift, and couldn't drop everything to come back- but I was disappointed in the service I had received. She simply stated "okay". I didn't know what else to do. ANY OTHER RESTAURANT, would have at LEAST offered a complimentary meal the next time I would come back. We have been here several times and have never had any issues. Went Tuesday night, 3 customers in the whole place. I had a chicken club, wife had crispy Cobb. Waited almost 20 min inside. Approx 8 people working kitchen, drive thru and front. They were more concerned with getting drive thru customers out in less than 2 minutes. Rude girl at register, very unfriendly. Fries were stale and cold. Very small plate made it impossible to even lay my sandwich down without getting covered in sauce. First time for me at zaxby, will go to location in better part of town next time and see if better. read more

I've never met a staff member at this location that is happy to be there. The girl taking my order today takes the cake though. She never greeted me when I got to the counter, yelled at the kitchen to do something differently, and when I came back to the register to get something cause it was missing she acted like I was a burden to even be conversing with. I told her she had an attitude and later she came by and apologized if I thought she was being rude. I appreciated that, but it doesn't fix the root issue. Zaxby's, train your customers to have better customer service. It's the most important thing you can have and it seems like this location doesn't have any of it. Employees, be happy to work and treat every customer well and it will take you far in life. You'll be promoted in your job for standing out, and it will help you in your future career because we are all in customer service in some way.
