Probably the worst eating experience in Jasper. If you ever make the mistake of ordering inside you can be welcomed with an unsavory employee slowly shuffling around while lines form and drink machines continually are down. If you go through the drive through you must check your order before you drive off to make sure they actually got it correct. Overall horrible experience, not to mention a few months ago the raw sewage smell that permeated for weeks. read more

Waited in drive through line 15 min - 4 cars in front of us - finally left without getting food

I stopped and got some wings on the way home. These wings have to have been under a heat lamp all day long and there was NO sauce. They are incredibly dry. I think I will keep driving next time and go to Ellijay. I know it's good. read more

I have tried and tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt until we realized this week that the owner is just as unprofessional as the employees. They consistently get orders wrong, have no regard for their customers, and the wait times are ridiculous. The presentation of the food is sub par and it's a toss up if your food is even going to be warm or fresh. That isn't even why I'm reviewing today, though. I had ordered a boneless wings and things platter with extra wings for our family Christmas party on Christmas Eve. My mom picked the order up and brought it to the event. We opened the box and there was no tenders, nor were our extra wings included. I called up to the store and they answered and informed me they didn't know what they wanted me to do about it because they were closed. First of all, if you're closed, why did you answer the phone? Then she told me that if I didn't have my receipt they couldn't look up orders and we weren't getting anything. I told them I had my receipt and the only thing they offered was to make me more chicken tenders THREE DAYS LATER. We didn't pay $80 to get chicken the week after our Christmas party. The employee then proceeded to talk about me to other employees WHILE I WAS STILL ON THE PHONE instead of offering a helpful solution. My mom went back on Monday when they opened again and even after speaking with the owner they told her even though they got the order wrong, they would only give her a refund for the boneless wings that were missing. Nothing about the chicken they messed up or the fact that the main dish from our holiday meal was missing half of what was supposed to be included. I will NEVER be back to this location again and neither will anyone in our family. If they can't find better employees than that they just need to close the doors. I will be calling corporate this week to discuss this transaction as well. read more

0 Stars if i could. I keep coming back to give them more chances and because i like zaxbeys, mind you i just moved from SC, where zaxbeys never did me wrong. HERE, i've never gotten a meal that i've felt was worth it at all. I have had the same order for all of time, a sweet and spicy boneless wings meal with a sweat tea and extra ranch and extra zac sauce. Every single time. and not 1 time have they given it to me even though i ask AS IM ORDERING before i get to the window. ALSO. My wings are literally so dry of sauce that over 50% of each wing is just tender. It is ABSOLUTELY fucking ridiculous and the fact that the managers just allow that kind of laziness and stupidity that these teenagers have, EVERY SINGLE DAY. Don't go here! This is not the first bad experience with this location. We keep giving them another try just to be disappointed each time. Waited in the drive thru over 15 min. The sign has no lights(it's had no lights for a while). Finally got our food and as I was driving away I noticed they forgot some of my order. When I went inside they had multiple peoples orders mixed up. When they gave me what they left out I decided to check my food. The fries were soggy and no sauce on the wings. The portions were tiny. We get home and I bite into one of the tenders and it tasted like burnt plastic. They need to do something with their kitchen crew. It's gross. This location used to be good. We came here at about 8:45 pm on a Saturday night. (And I get it the workers are ready to go home and close the store). They told us orders are being made to order and will take 20-25 minutes. So we ordered knowing it would take a long time. It took 30 minutes. We asked for extra ranch, they didn't give it us so we had to go back in. Then when I open the salad it has almost no chicken on it!!! And it was cold. Every time I have gone to THIS Zaxbys, the orders are never right and it always take SO LONG. I know this review probably doesn't matter, because it's a chain and nothing will change. But had to put this out there. read more

The Zaxbys in jasper is equivalent to the Popeyes right around the corner which is absolute GARBAGE. Never in my life have I waited in a drive thru over 30 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. If you want to eat here at 12 for lunch make sure you get there at 10:30 so your food might be ready. Will never come back to support this zaxbys, past 4 times have all been over 20 minutes waiting to receive my food but today the food was trash, you would think that the food would be fresh with those waiting times but I was wrong, my order was wrong and left out 4 sauces. I would never eat at this location. This is literally the worst drive-thru I've ever visited. I'd even say it is the worst service in an establishment ever. We timed our order today. It took over 15 minutes to even order. Then it took ten additional minutes to get to the window. This is not an exaggeration. We would have gone inside, but we had our dogs in the car. When we finally were able to order, the attendant was absolutely incompetent. We repeated our simple order (2 sandwiches, one drink, sauce) THREE TIMES. When we got to the window, they had it completely wrong. Completely. All the items were wrong. I strongly recommend that everyone stay away from this location at all cost. Go anywhere else. Anywhere. Or stay hungry. At least you won't be totally angry and frustrated. read more

Love this Zaxbys. The manager knows me and is always preparing my sandwich before I can even order. They bend over backwards to help me and my boys when I come in....even when my kids have food from somewhere else with us. Food quality is fine but overpriced. Just purchased a 10 pack of chicken fingers and when I got home i counted 9 fingers, not ten. And one finger was half the length of the others ( which are NOT long to begin with) so in reality i got 8 .5 fingers for $9.00. Price just doesn't seem reasonable for what you are getting. At least for the "fingers only" pack. Fingers meal with sides is probably a better value. read more
