My food was cold, after waiting for over 30 minutes. I ordered before anyone, and watched everyone after me get their food and finished eating their food, before i was even told anything about if my food was ready or not. I ordered fried pickles and they were not given to me in my order, and i had to go back inside and tell the older white lady, who seems that her job is too much for her to handle and remember orders at the same time as my fried pickles were already made and left out of my bag for some time. The box for the fried pickles was melt to the fried pickles from being tossed directly into the box with the oil with it. Do not recommend at all, Wendy's would have been a better option believe it or not read more

Honestly, I am so angry I'm literally shaking right now. What is the actual point of ordering online if I still have to stand around like a fool?! I placed my order on the app and it literally gave me an estimated pickup time of 1:02 PM. I walked in right on time, expecting my bag to be sitting there ready to go. Simple, right? WRONG. I didn't end up walking out of there until 1:20 PM. I stood by that pickup counter for nearly TWENTY MINUTES watching the staff move at the speed of molasses on a cold day. Meanwhile, people who walked in and ordered at the register after I was already standing there got their stuff and left before me. Are you actually kidding me?! When they finally handed me my bag, nobody even apologized. No "sorry for the wait," no "thanks for your patience," just absolute blank stares and an attitude like I was interrupting their day. The audacity?! I had places to be, people to see, and now my whole afternoon is completely thrown off because nobody in that kitchen has a sense of urgency. Save yourself the high blood pressure--mobile ordering here is a complete joke. I will NEVER be coming back. Unbelievable. read more

Very friendly associates, and fast efficient service. One of the best Zaxby's that we have visited.

How does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken? If you want to know the answer, come here and ask. Every week this store is out of something. Coleslaw, fries, egg rolls, lettuce, tomatoes, always something. Last night (5/14) they were out of everything on their menu at 8:30pm except wings and fries. This place was bad before and had gotten so much better, I actually enjoyed coming here after working late, but over the last few months it is getting worse by the week. Don't blame being busy, you aren't that busy that you run out of all products. Stop with the excuses. You don't know how to order or the District Manager is holding them back from ordering to boast daily/week/monthly/quarter numbers to make their figures look good. Or there is just bad management again that do not know how to anticipate guest numbers, check your inventory numbers to project you might be running low especially at the end of the week, or prepping for the day. Probably time to lock the doors to this place again. There were three groups of guests walk out and numerous pulling away from the drive through. Ran into other people at Cookout that were told the same thing. One couple said they stopped coming here because of the problems, thought they would try again. They said they will never be back. I normally spend $30-$40 on each trip and have gotten use to asking what are you out of today, but this, nope, not happening. Won't be back for a long while. Cookout is open until 2am. read more

The food was hot and fresh, but they just couldn't get it right. I went thru the drive thru three time before I just gave up. The order on my receipt was correct and I was even charged for sauces, but I didn't get them. read more

Worst Zaxby's I've ever been at, the soda machine had no carbonation, I was not given ketchup and when I went to the front desk to wait on catch up, I stood there eight minutes and no one acknowledged me. Would not recommend. read more

Service: If you don't mind waiting for someone to finish talking to her friend, finish putting cookies away, then go walk away all the way to the back of the store and have 3 other people walk right by you instead of greeting you and taking your order then Dillon, SC is the place to go! Food: Let's talk food! OK, so the fries with the bacon and ranch on them were good but the sandwiches were nasty primarily because the bread was stale. But hey, how would you know this till you got all the way home when you get your order to go? ‍ Ambiance: OH good Lord... seriously? ‍ its freakin Zaxbys! read more

Great service, food and employees, got my curbside order with no problems. Would go again.

Great food. Drive-in only due to Covid but they got the food out fast, and order was hot.

I'm from Dillon, SC and I have loved our Zaxby's since I was a little girl. But once they opened this Zaxby's location after having to rebuild, I have been 7 times. Each time I've ordered anything with chicken, I've had extremely painful stomach aches. I have friend's who have had the same experience and I've heard they do not follow proper heating procedures/do not separate the unprepared food properly. read more

We placed two online orders to this restaurant today and showed up to pickup our food. There was a sign saying the dining room was open but the doors were locked. We got in line for the drive through and waited for over 20 minutes. After finally pulling up to the window, we realized there was nobody at the location. Not only were we charged for food we never received, this was a huge waste of our time during a road trip. read more

Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a smile and quickly. I had never been to a Zaxbys, so the menu was a bit daunting... But I worked through it I ordered the "wings and things" (photo attached), which was about 6 wings, 4 tenders, fries, texas toast and come celery... Not the cheapest item, but I wanted to try what they had... To be honest, the wings were VERY good, which is weird considering it was a "fast food". Price was about right for the flavor. 4 stars, easy! read more

Made an online order and my husband went to pick it up. It was stolen and the manager did nothing to try to help us. She then told us she watched the people steal the food and didn't even bother to ask them for verification of the orders name. Terrible service, luckily corporate helped us out! Will not ever be coming back to this location. And beware they let people steal your online orders. read more

Once you hit South Carolina from the north east you'll start seeing Zaxby's. There is a deep need within me to just stop because of the lack of availability where we come from but then I get there and remember why I need to stop at least once on my trip. The food here is so simple and yet so good. The chicken is crisp but tender. The sauces are flavorful. The fries are seasoned well. Everything just clicks at Zaxby's. The service is very laid back because we are in the South which is the only reason I haven't given 5 stars but that's the only drawback I have towards eating in. If you go try the kickin' chicken sandwich. It's delicious! read more

The paper towel dispensers in the bathrooms are empty. Most of the flavorings in the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine are empty. Chicken fingers were good but fries were over cooked and toast was cold. Dirty. Garbage everywhere. Took 35 minutes to get food. Looks like they threw the food into the containers. Gross

Very unprofessional and rude. They didnt put chicken on the salad. And then wouldnt give us chicken for the salad.

Didnt have sweet tea and my salad was for eat in dining but it was made in a Togo container so it was clearly smaller. And I didnt get hard boiled egg so I had to go ask. read more

didn't have chicken fingers and was very slow but last time i went they said they were out of fries and chicken

Two stars just to acknowledge good service and clean premises. The fries were extremely salty and the chicken was as not to my liking. That does not mean you won't like it. The sauce is little to be desired. If you go get ketchup just in case. read more

We went inside this Zaxby's, since the DT line was about 6 cars deep. It was 7pm on a Sunday night so we'd expect it to be busy but this place was a hot mess. We ordered our food and while fixing drinks, there was no sweet tea or ketchup at the self-service counter. After about 15 mins of waiting, I took my daughter back to the car with our drinks and my husband finally returned with our food. We ordered 3 snak meals, a kiddie finger and a club meal and we were missing a snak meal and they gave me a Cajun club instead of what I ordered. My husband went back inside and they made it right but it was not a great experience. With all of the choice at this exit, this place really needs to get it together. read more

I looked forward to stopping on our way through since there are no Zaxby's in our state! Service was a bit slow, but the food did not disappoint. The menu boards should be a bit bigger, they are hard to read. Or, have a menu available at the counter. I wanted to order something different but I felt rushed. read more

Salad bowl is really a plate, it must have been carefully designed to look like a bowl but it was only one inch deep. Therefore just a tiny amount of lettuce was provided along with some commercially processed chicken that was too salty to eat. Felt like purging afterwards. read more

I traveled through state to state. I was about to stop by Wendy's. Somehow, I saw the building with chickens something like that. I was going to check the menu out. The menu looks good. The cashiers were friendly. I ordered The fingers chicken and very affordable. The food was awesome. I would like to go there again in the future, if i travel again. read more

Took 25 minutes to get through the drive thru with MAYBE 5 cars in front of us. Person taking orders told us to order when we were ready then proceeded to tell us to hold on a second after we got through half our order. We ordered pretty basic stuff, a five finger plate and a nibblers meal. I received no Cole slaw with the finger plate meal and didn't get the extra Zax sauce we requested. The fries were not seasoned practically at all. The nibblers we got were covered in sauce, bun and all. You can tell that they are not cleaning their fryers because the chicken tasted like dirty old oil. We have gotten way better service at other Zaxby's locations. This place needs help. read more
