Horrible. I used to like Zaxby's wings. Tonight I got exactly 10 undercooked wings drowned in sauce for $18.49. No celery, fries, or dressing of any kind and I waited for over 15 mins for them to bring it to my car. I wish I knew before Ivisited. Bad enough that I will never eat at any Z again. read more

Walked in to order. Cashier had her back to the service counter, buried in her texting on her phone. I cleared my throat to get her attention after a couple of minutes. She seemed surprised to see THREE customers standing there. A cook girl in the back was laughing at her about not seeing the customers. The cashier asked "here or to go" but was still texting. Unbelievable. Predictably, the order came out wrong. Total time arrival to departure: 14 minutes. And the place was not busy at all, only two in the drive-thru and two people eating inside. I wish they had better signing, I had driven at least two miles off the highway before I convinced myself that I had to have driven pass the location After doing a U turn, it was much clearer to see coming back towards the highway Its Zaxby's my tenders and fries were hot and my ice tea was sweet, what more could I ask for. I asked for no ranch on my sandwich and they complied and didn't charge me extra for blue cheese. Its a quick little stop off the highway on the way back from Fort Benning to Atlanta, but be sure not to drive pass it. Mostly its about a quarter to less than half a mile off the exit on the right I think thats a BBQ spot they are near. read more

The past few times I've ordered from this Zaxby's, I've used the ap. Last time, my mom was picking up for me and I have an injury and cannot drive right now. They did not give her the drinks for my order and they not only didn't give me my extra sauce that I paid for, but they gave no sauce at all! I let it slide and ordered again today, but used the delivery choice. The food was not ready when the driver arrived to pick it up and the poor guy had to wait about 30 extra minutes for the order. Once again, they left out the sauce I paid for AND the side order of extra fries, that I paid for. Generally, when we use this location, it is because it is the closest to home. I use the ap for "accuracy" and to give them time to get the food ready rather than placing a bigger order in the drive thru. To me, it is less pressure on all parties involved. However, it looks like if I want Zaxby's in the future, I will have to use another location. read more

Waiting at least ten minutes for my order to be taken. Every time I go to this Zaxby's it is nothing but a horrible experience! They take forever and staff is nothing, but rude. If you make a complaint online, the same manager gets back to you with the same excuses. You would think as a manager she would change things up. I arrived to Zaxby's Auburn Avenue at 10:29EST and received the store is closed message which was fine they opened at 10:30. I waited and the speaker for a few minutes and even reversed and pulled back up (after 10:30) but I still received the store is closed message for a few minutes. I ended up pulling to the window and was told that they did not have their headsets on and that I would need to pull around. I nicely told the woman at the window that cars had arrived behind me since me waiting for a few minutes so would they be required to pull around as well. I was told a manager was coming which was strange because I only asked a simple question. I then saw a female manager walk up, tell me "we aren't taking orders at the window" and slam the window in my face before I could respond. I blew my horn and she returns to the window and I proceeded to say "I know d*** well you didn't just slam that window in my face when I was asking you a simple question" she then proceeds to tell me that I can leave and slams the window again before I could say anything. With the window slammed in my face I said something along the lines of "this b**** got me messed up" and then a male came and said he was the general manager. I explained to him what happened and before I could finish he told me that I needed to leave the property because I called his employee a B word. Granted she had the window slammed in my face twice and it was closed when I said that. Nonetheless I didn't plan on placing an order after being treated this way anyway and I stated that, yet he mentioned nothing about her behavior or even acknowledged this. I have no doubt that this was racially motivated because as always when a black person is provoked no one ever addresses the provocation that caused the reaction. I am not innocent in this fight, I just wish I was treated better so it would not have gotten to this point. Needless to say, I will NEVER patron this Zaxby's again. read more

This deserves 0 stars. I wish I could express how awful this Zaxby's is. We order through the Zaxby's App for Curbside and call them when we get here which is right on time with when the estimated time is that our food will be ready. Their go to line is "Give me about 5 minutes and we'll have it ready for you" well it always takes 30-45 minutes after we call them for them to bring our food out. The food is awful, fries are mushy and everything is cold. Worst Zaxby's ever. Shut it down read more

went to get lunch around 1 o clock on a sunday. when i pulled up there were people in the drive thru in the road so I decided to go on. when I went in there were 7 people in line, I waited in line. my feet were STUCK to the floor because it hadn't been mopped. when I finally ordered the girl taking the orders was very rude and didn't look or ask me anything all she said was order. I paid and waited 20 min for my food. every person before and after me so about 10 people got there food before I did and I did not fuss but once again the lady literally threw my food into the bag. very disappointed. I wasn't the only one who was upset. Won't be going back anytime soon. I watched people leave when they came in and saw the line. Very rude customer service and disappointing. read more

they did not put any sauce on my bunkers and did not give the drink in the mid meal. Zaxby's is usually a lot better. i'm very dissatisfied.

I am accustomed to a good experience at Zaxby's restaurants, but this location disappointed me. The dining room needed cleaning (tables needed wiping off). The trash needed emptying, it was overflowing. They were very busy with a log of traffic at the time, especially at the drive through, so I thought that perhaps they were short-handed on the evening of 09/05/2019. Then, I got my order. We had four salads, and they did not bother to put any plastic wear on the tray. I had to go back to the counter and ask for it. Then, I discovered they left the egg roll off one of the orders, so I had to go back and ask for that. Even if they are short handed, they should be able to get the orders right. Then, I went to the men's room and noticed that one of the fixtures was leaking onto the floor. I will have to think twice before going back to this location. read more

Not bad for my first time here. I ordered their Chicken Nibblets (?). Wish I had noticed their sliders had Zaxby sauce on them, but I tried them anyway. Chicken part was hot and juicy, nice batter. Between the sauce and all of the super salty buttered bread (more butter than bread), I opted to clean the chicken off and eat it alone. Fries were good and I enjoyed the seasoning salt on them, but I couldn't enjoy my Texas toast due to the saltiness. Hubby liked his chicken salad sandwich and my son happily ate all his tenders and fries. Employees were nice and food was out rather quickly. read more
