Food is always good and the service was nice. It's so clean inside and the decor is cute. Haven't tried anything I didn't like.

Zaxby's is a great place for lunch or dinner... a family of one or ten. While chicken is their specialty there's something for everyone to enjoy from the tenders ( a personal favorite of my boys) to the spicy mushrooms... an unexpected delight! Came in at 4:00, one person in front of me who happened to be an employee in street clothes, off the clock mind you, wanting his employee discount. Girl at register had to send another employee out to get managers card as manager was sitting inside a vehicle in the parking lot having a conversation. 10 min. later I finally get to order. No apology, so I just ordered a tea...and they have 2 tea bins empty and one of them is the sweet tea that I wanted to drink...ugh! I'm going to Canes! read more

I wish I could rate them zero stars. It hurts me to write this because I'm from Georgia and Zaxby's is our life there. However, I will never give this location my money again. I ordered a Kickin Chicken Sandwich tossed in Teriyaki sauce instead of the Kickin sauce and asked to have them extra wet. Also ordered a 10 piece boneless wing combo. Chicken sandwich literally look like they squirted 1 squirt of sauce, fries were cold and bland, no straw for my drink, boneless wings were dry as ever and absolutely disgusting. I was so excited to go there today just to feel like I wasted $22 plus a random .60 charge for chicken tenders..not sure what exactly that is not to mention a 37 min drive. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I really enjoy Zaxby's! They are a little pricier than most fast food, but the food is worth it. It is always piping hot and fresh. I love the hot honey mustard sauce for wings. The spicy mushrooms and fresh tater chips are awesome! read more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! I went here tonight to get dinner. Mind you, I have been a loyal customer for YEARS and I'm from Georgia so I've been eating it for years and love it. After ordering I was informed they didn't have fried so i substituted it for a salad. I was charged extra for the salad so I asked why since I can't get fries and that's what I want anyway. The manager name ERIC or ERICC came out and told me "if you want fries, you'll have to Go somewhere else" I just gave him my cup back and walked out. read more

Honestly, don't waste your time at this location. Ice was all over the floor, and when a lady complained they just shrugged it off. The drink machines were a hot mess. One didn't dispense ice and the other wouldn't stop dispensing ice and was out of every drink. We waited 27 mins for our order to be wrong and cold. I quit going to this restaurant as it is managed by kids who don't pay attention to anything going on. I decided to get my favorite salad there tonight and try them again and just another disappointment and crappy food. The container was maybe 1/3 full, I had 6 shavings of cheese, tomatoes are soggy and shouldn't be served, friend onions were barely visible but hey I did get my whole egg. I am done with this place as they don't care and never make the changes needed to service their customers better. read more

A couple weeks ago this place gave me FOOD POISONING. I ordered the chicken strip plate with sweet & spicy sauce. I won't be back.

Worst Zaxby's I've been to. I'm not sure if they were short staffed the night I went or what. The line went quickly, the person taking our orders was very nice, but we had to wait 33 minutes to get our order. We were told to pull up to the yellow line as our order was being made. We ordered wings just like everyone else does when they go to Zaxby's. However, they kept bringing out orders to other cars that had been there after us and we began to get frustrated. After 30 minutes, we asked someone where our order was that we had been waiting for 30 minutes. They asked for our receipt and was immediately out with our order a minute later. Not sure why our wings miraculously took longer than every other customers wings. We did go back a week later to this location (since we love Zaxby's and this happens to be the closest location to our house (which is 28 minutes away)) and we only ended up waiting about 8 minutes this time. Significant improvement. Hopefully our wait time can continue to go down. We love the quality and flavor of the food. read more

Expensive, mid-grade quality, and meal options are lacking.

Great food, great facility, friendly staff. But....the service is excruciatingly slow. Takes two to three times longer to order and get your meal than from other Zaxby's. Probably due to newness and immaturity of staff. Hopefully they'll get workers that understand speed and efficiency, and ensure they're trained to be efficient and quick. My recent visit was like going to a beehive with lots of bees buzzing around while dressed in company uniforms, yet almost no honey being produced. read more
