Good afternoon yelpers! I'm posting a bad review since I'm waiting in the waiting area at Wingstop. Not a huge issue but it's enough of one that I messed up on in trusting someone to deliver an order when I scheduled to pick it up. This is by no means the fault of the staff who was helping me out. The sweet cashier who was just working and dealing with upset people. I didn't ask her name but she was dealing with upset people. The place was clean enough and just dealing with it as it could. Do yourself a favor and don't come here, especially if TORI is working. Because you will absolutely inconvenience her existence by showing up to order from the establishment she works for. She has zero concern or respect for the person placing and order. Don't ask her questions because it's tiring for her to have to answer them, and definitely don't ask if your order is almost ready or any kind of question that involves knowing what to expect. TORI just won't have it. TORI will throw your bag of food on the counter and walk away. TORI will not acknowledge you as a human. TORI does not care. Hopefully that doesn't reflect management or the owners but since they have 2 stars it obviously does reflect on how much they don't care. Food was great! TORI ruined it all. We have been regulars at this particular Wingstop for years now. The customer service and food quality have deteriorated over that period of time. On a recent visit, not only did they give us cold, old fries; they also gave us all flats, which we did not ask for. There are a bunch of teenagers and young 20 something's running the store and one could not calculate the difference in change after we paid cash for our food. In another instance, they messed up our order and did not seem to care about it. We have also had issues with them hanging up after placing us on hold multiple times. My last visit there for food will be my last visit because I cannot continue to spend money at a place that offers lackluster service at best, not only in customer service but in food quality as well. There is no return on value for what we spend on food there. The workers there typically tend to just stand around like they don't want to be there. There are several other places around, generally small businesses, that I would rather give my money to because they tend to have better wings and service. read more

Unfortunately, today was just not their day. I placed my order using their app for an office luncheon. In the app I specified the time for pickup (about two hours later). I was on my way to pick the food up when I received a call from Wingstop asking if I was going to pick up my food because it had been sitting for over an hour. I explained that my order (and it was clear in the confirmation I received) was for pickup at 1:30 pm (it was 1:31 pm when they called). I asked them to make the food again because I did not want food that had been sitting for an hour, and they agreed to do so. Unfortunately, this meant waiting about 30 minutes for fresh food. When I got the food back to the office, we found that 2 of the 4 combos did not have the fries they were supposed to have. I called and spoke to the manager who asked one of her staff if they had put the fries in and they said they had not. The manager asked if I wanted to go back for the fries, but since it was 20 minutes each way I declined and she said I could get them on my next order. Altogether there were 5 combo meals. The Original Hot Wings were done fairly well - a bit underdone but nothing major. The Hawaiian boneless were simply horrible - there was so much batter or breading - that was overdone - that they literally crunched like potato chips; two of the five did not get eaten. The Hickory Smoked BBQ boneless wings were properly prepared. The Lemon Pepper wings were supposed to be extra well done and they were definitely not - they were even a little on the underdone 'slimy' side. The Mango Habanero wings were properly prepared and the veggies were all fresh. Overall, the most disappointing experience I've ever had a WingStop. read more

Took 4 boys in for my younger brothers bday party. They always have the nice workers. They get food out in timely manner. Food is always good. Our favorite are usually buffalo favor wings and the garlic Parmesan. Restaurant is clean but ketchup dispenser isn't always full, other than that, wing stop keep doing your thing! read more

I was craving some Mango Habanero wings and curious about the Honey Hot flavor. Got those flavors in my order for the wing combo (10 wings, seasoned fries, upgraded to 32oz drink). I was a little late to pick up my order just to find out it was barely being worked on. I excused it given that the place had a lot of customers waiting for their order as well. Finally got my order but had to stop one of the workers to hand me a cup to get my drink. I ordered a large 10pc extra crispy lemon pepper & bbq with seasoned fries, Cajun fried corn, ranch dipping sauce. Everything looks good here and it was really good. Minus my wings not being extra crispy/well done it like I ordered, but here is the reason for the 2 stars. We arrived on a Friday night (9pm) to place an order for takeout and we were quoted a wait time of 1-hour for our order to be done. Perfectly fine with us! We left to do a quick store run and arrived back to Wingstop about 9:30pm. There was a lot of yelling that could be heard outside, but it was coming from inside of the restaurant. A little elderly woman was too shocked/afraid to even walk in, she turned around and left. Here I was thinking that it was customers arguing with each other, but it was just about the entire Wingstop staff and one customer having a yelling match. We had already paid for our food 30 minutes prior, or else I would have turned around with the little lady! The customer was outraged over the wait time, since he had placed his order prior to arriving at the restaurant. There is always quite a bit of a wait whenever we go, but it was not at all necessary to be that immature, making violent threats to people at their place of employment. The problem here is with management and the lack of staffing as well as training. While the customer was probably a little overly upset about the wait, you never know what a person is dealing with or what their time is like. He yelled about how "this is always a problem with this location". If there is a system in place for customers to select pickup times, one would think and expect that their order would be ready at said time. Things happen and it's understandable that the time may be extended by 5-10 minutes, due to the order volume, but extended by 30 minutes-1 hour is insane! These KIDS are not in control of staffing, but they will show up to do the job and give you lip service if you go there with them. Management obviously does not care about staffing and productivity. I mean, look at the reviews! The same productivity mess that was happening 3 years ago (from reviews) is the same mess that's happening in September 2022. read more

I was hungry at my cousins house and decided to order some food. I paid 44.28 for 2 medium 8pc Wing combos classic, cajun corn , and carrot sticks with 1 sweet tea and a sprite. The sprite and cajun corn came out okay but I ordered CLASSIC (bone in) on both orders. They gave me boneless wings and I didn't receive my carrot sticks. My tea was also unsweet. We had to ask several times for her to repeat and she did not adjust her speech, just repeated it the same "non understandable way.
