Food is always fresh and staff is nice the restaurant is clean and price is fair. The only negative thing I have to say is they don't put the lids on tea dispenser and noticed fury flys or something flying around. They have a cook that plays with his sell phone then goes and cooks your food without washing his hands. It definitely could be better. Terrible customer service. My gf placed an order and then sat there for almost 30 minutes for the order to be completed. Only once completed they asked her to make payment, she traveling from Austin so her card declined. No problem, she called me at home so I could make the payment over the phone, they refused to do so even with my verbal consent. At this point I volunteered to place an order online that matches what we had ordered in person so that they receive payment and hand off the food that she waited all this time for. They refused and gave us no other options. They clearly wasted not only the time of my gf but also wasted about $30 worth of food. What a shame. I finally asked what was taking so long and one idiot didn't bring the ticket up or tell anyone while another idiot never checked. My food had been sitting there for 20 minutes and when I got home it was all cold. While waiting they were apologizing to several different customers who came in, saying it was a tough day. The fries are soggy. Make sure the waiter understands you when you put in your order or else they will mess stuff up. Also, make sure they get your name right or else they will be looking all over for your order. The place is packed so it will probably be better to order and eat home. Ordered the family meal 15 wings, what I thought was 2 large fries but only got one. It took almost 25 minutes to get my order and my 4 year old was getting very impatient on top of being hungry. I have to start out with the fact that I am an avid BWW fan. Man that Asian zing gets me everytime :). Today, though, I am at wingstop. I ordered the 8 boneless meal with baked beans as my side. I got hawwaiian and the BBQ flavored wings and let me tell you they were insanely too sweet. When I think of wings I think of a little kick of spice now matter where they are situated on the heat scale. My boyfriend got the garlic parmeson boneless wings. His tribes out really dry and the parmeson stuck to the roof of my mouth from the dryness. They all were piping hot though which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 2. My baked beans would have been alright except for the fact that they tasted more like beer than beans. We ordered 100 wings for a baby shower ahead of time to ensure they were ready for the party. When we arrived to pick them up at the scheduled time they weren't ready. After speaking with the young man at the front he jumped through hopes to make sure we were taken care of and the manager Shane gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Worst wing stop ever! Kimberly and the young African American female who refused to giver her name ( not Aliyah she was actually sweet) were the worse employees I have ever encountered! Ordered a 75 piece and to our surprise when we got home we were missing our 21 buffalo wings. When we called the young employee who refused to give her name was rude over the phone & then when we get here to pick up what we never got Kimberly asked if we were sure that we didn't get the wings, after we showed her a picture of everything we had she said the other box of wings that were missing must have been In The bag after we repeatedly told her that was all we had, basically calling us liars. The conversation escalated, until we finally had Sylvia the manager come out and she handled everything, while Kimberly continues to laugh and the other young lady just walked out! I ordered my wings while still at work so that I could swing by on the way home to get my order and my family and I could eat right away. My order (20Pc order $21.30) was ready when I got to the store. I went home (about 18 minutes away), when we started eating, we immediately realized that our wings were so over done that they were bone dry. We trashed the wings (my wife had to prepare another meal), and I called the store within minutes and was asked if I could bring the wings back for a replacement, I told them that I was not about to drive another 20 minutes back to the store then another 20 minutes home to eat. The manager would not even come to the phone, I told his employee to tell his manager that he had lost a loyal customer over just a few dollars. If I was was able to provide a score of less than one star, then I definitely would have done so. This review also does not stem from one solitary experience, as that would not be fair to any business. This review comes off of several attempts to continue business over the past 3 years, and today has culminated to the final straw that has motivated me to inform the general public to avoid this location, despite whatever affinity you may have for the food. This location has inundated itself with "management" and a majority of employees whom find it WAY more important to accomplish their task rather than service the customer, and because this seems to be their culture, we have repeatedly received deficient orders. This includes being given somebody else's order, preparation requests not executed, shorted food, snide comments during phone orders, inconsistent pricing information amongst employees, district and store management indifference, lying when requesting personnel preferences for orders, employees are all somehow "managers" when conflict arises, and, well, it goes on. For someone who spends $38-$50 on average on a somewhat regular basis (not including parties or events) it has occurred to me just how stupid I have been to give my money to a business such as this, so like I said, I would highly advise that patrons would at the very least give their hard earned money to another Wingstop franchise and send a message for this one to shape up or ship out. I do not want free food or some other meaningless accommodation like many food services offer--I want courtesy, professionalism, and actionable reasons to vie for my money. They don't care and they don't have to because when consumers are willing to overlook and say, "well, in the long run I guess it doesn't matter...they're the only ones around," and continue to spend at that business, yet all have consenting opinions, in general, about how "shitty" the service is, then why would it change if they continue to get your money? I am willing to accept a certain level of rudeness and ineptness, but when they are classless to my wife and other family members is when I draw the line. So Ashley, let me remind you which side of the counter you stand on and exactly to whom your responsibilities are associated with. You may scoffingly provide your district manager's number with a smirk knowing that he supports his employees more than his customers, but if you and your so-called leader will one day be able to objectively evaluate your actions and impact as business leaders, then maybe you will realize that a steady annual revenue of $1,200+ and potential positive word-of-mouth testimonials is what builds and grows a successful business. We have been regulars here and the wings are usually pretty good - the location really keeps us coming back. HOWEVER, the last time they made me absolutely furious. I called in the order, and at pickup, I saw that the non-combo prices are not on the new menu board in the store. I asked the cashier for the prices, and she just gave me a takeout menu. After I left I looked at what she gave me and saw that i was overcharged for my 20 wings. She said it was my fault b/c I ordered 10 original and 10 lemon pepper, so that's what she rang up (instead of the cheaper 20wing order in 2 flavors). She seemed to have no understanding when i explained that it is her job to give the customer the best service, but continued to blame me. I asked for the manager, Rick, who immediately processed my refund but continued to tell me it was my fault. I am embarrassed that I had to raise my voice to say, "I'm the customer! It's your job to do the right thing by me - not blame me for not ordering in the right words!" My family and I LOVE the Wing Stop franchise. Their wings are terrific, fries are the BEST, and Ranch Dressing is a recipe you read about. The food at this store was terrific, and the staff was genuinely helpful, professional and nice. Like a previous Yelp reviewer, our take-out order was incomplete. We made a large order over the phone for take out. When I picked it up, I did a preliminary scan of the bags and based on the size and number of takeout containers, it looked about right. When I got home and opened up the individual containers, I realized we were shorted a couple dozen wings from what we ordered and paid for. I called the store and the staffer who answered the phone was courteous and accommodating. They offered to either give me a future credit, or complete my order right then. I opted to have them complete the order as soon as possible. When I returned to the store, they gave me the rest of my order without question or query, and apologized that they'd made a mistake in the first place. Yes, I would have preferred to have the "perfect" order to being with. But, what prompts me to write this review and give them FIVE STARS is their best in class customer service. The food was great, as I expected. But the customer service was exceptional, and far better than what I've seen elsewhere. I will indeed order from this store again. I am convinced, by their actions, that this Wing Stop values their customers. I appreciate that. A lot. Ok, I've got an update. We made another $100+ order.
