Good food!! Typical chain Zaxbys... the customer service was great and the place was relatively clean. They should do a better job of wiping tables down. Was disappointed to see no workers coming out and wiping down tables (like I've seen elsewhere) despite it being pretty busy during lunch. read more

I had placed an online in the app order on my lunch break, and the payment went through but the order apparently didn't go through. I tried placing the order twice, and the second time it declined because of insufficient balance. I also got a message saying the same thing on my bank account. I called the store and talked to one person and then a manager and the manager said it would take 1-3 days to get a refund. I even went into the store to get my food and they still said the same thing. I wasted a whole lunch break and still never got any food. The staff handled it very poorly and I wish I could give 0 stars. read more

today would be the 5th time in the last few months that they have forgotten full meals on my order. also I have a gluten allergy and they would regularly leave fried onions on my salad that ordered without them and when I asked them to remake it they would just try to take them off and hand it back to me. read more

This Zaxbys does have good quality food but it's always AT LEAST a 30 minute wait in the drive thru and almost as long inside.

I recently moved into the area. Zaxby's is the only major ff in area. Very disappointed as I have eaten at there with online order (that is the worse) and drive food. The chicken is always dry and luke warm. I try to go out side of rush hour times lunch/dinner but nothing works. They must be making ahead the chicken by at least a day and than just warming it. Waited 47 minutes for our food. All we ordered was nibblers with fries. The workers had a terrible attitude and wasn't friendly at all.

Stood in the lobby waiting to order and was ignored by the entire staff for 5 minutes. The girl taking phone orders wouldn't even make eye contact. Drive through guy glanced our way once and ducked back into the corner. A simple be with you in a moment would have been sufficient! When the girl got off the phone and turned her back on us to fix a drink without even speaking we walked out the door. This has never happened to us before at a Zaxbys. I've often left and found wings with blood toward bone. I started asking for fresh plate and wings well done yet at Shallowford Rd. location of Zaxby I still ger blood. I guess. I will stop eating at this location and before I leave the lot will check wings for blood and then ask for money back if they continue to fell to address my wished. 7/8 We just went through the drive-thru but the young lady was so nice! I got the 6-piece chicken fingers platter which comes with fries, coleslaw,and Texas toast. I love, love Texas toast. Their food is SO GOOD! I wish I could buy the seasoning they put on the fries and chicken. I'd buy a stockpile because unfortunately, we don't have Zaxby's up north. :( read more

As I am ordering my food the lady had asked me what I wanted to drink and I didn't hear her. I was telling her I wanted double fries instead of coleslaw and she starts saying I asked you what you wanted to drink but you said double fries so does that mean you don't want the drink or are you going to tell me what you F**king want. I litter my was speechless for a moment from shock and I look over at my husband and he had the same face I did. When I ask her excuse me and what did you just say she says I am sorry I was talking to my co worker who you can hear on the speaker laughing. I ordered the nibbler meal and good sweet and spicy sauce with fries. The food was OK, but I didn't like the sauce. We came in during a busy time and we thought that had perhaps impacted the quality of the food. It just wasn't up to par with previous Zaxby's experiences for me. read more

When it comes to chicken......this place has got it going on! I eat Zaxby's probably 1 per week! I love the fact that you can choose over 100 different flavors of soda, the fact that the staff is always courteous, and that the restaurant is exceptionally clean. But what I really love is the fact that the food is always on point! I have tried several of their menu items and have yet to be let down! Their fried pickles are aaaaaamazing! And as far as I'm concerned, they have the best fries around! Keep up the great work! Love it! read more

My wife and I have eaten here on several occasions and found the food and the service to be excellent at each visit. Their grilled chicken sandwiches and grilled salads are the best. The portions are plentiful and we always have enough salad to bring home. read more

I was here in Chattanooga, TN, @ signal mtn. DISSAPPOINTED. no more zaxby sauce! You have to select/ask for sauce from behind the counter. Zaxby's is not buffalo wild wings. I don't want to ask for sauce to go with some of the best tasting chicken. Used to be able to grab sauce for yourself. I received my meal, and it looked like I received a child meal. 4 small peices of chicken, some smaller than a half dollar. I paid too much to get ripped off.
