I am a healthcare worker and decided to order take-out to support Zaxby's on the East West Connector in Austell, GA Sat., Aug. 18th. I was very surprised to see when I got to the window to pick up my order that all employees in the front area of the restaurant were not wearing face masks or gloves during this serious Covid-19 era we all find ourselves in. I realize the area is too close and social distancing is not possible, but I was very disturbed to see there is nothing happening in the restaurant to prevent the spread of the virus. I will not buy food from this restaurant again. I think Zaxby's should really consider requiring their employees to wear face masks. Thank you. read more

This location sucks!!! The food is extremely hit and miss. Last night a patron brought back an order that was cooked wrong. He asked for his money back. The manager said there was no way he was getting his money back (even though the food was not eaten). I get home and low and behold my order is wrong. I'm done with that location. Regional Leadership needs to make changes or shut it down. read more

First of all the all the employees had terrible attitudes. The food was AWFUL not only were the fries uncooked they had no seasoning and the bread was soggy and untoasted on all the meals, and me being an employee at one in a different town this was very upsetting to see what type of quality food they serve here compared to other ones. read more

This location is in dire need of being on that show undercover boss!!!! I ordered a salad and the lady kindly told me I could have a side of bread instead of croutons, well once our ordered came a new lady was working and when I told her I had no bread and explained what the other lady did for me she basically called me a liar and argued with me! Probably worst experience I have ever had. Horrible service bad attitudes. 15 min for shake when restaurant was almost empty. The food at this particular Zaxby's is hit or miss. Unfortunately it's usually a miss for us. The Zaxby's on Floyd road is more consistent.

First off , I'm on my lunch break (kinda in a rush) drive thru asked for a salad and a coke. Not that hard. Forgot about my coke so I was like whatever don't charge me again I'll have water at work. I've been to this zaxbys several times. Service is always good and inside is never busy. I took off a star because sometimes inside can be messy. Napkins and food on the ground and also their drink machine is always running low or out of soda. read more

However, the staff is not very friendly. At least the drive thru customer service representatives aren't. Customer Service is horrible! I walked in trying to get some food and the girl in the front taking orders (she's dark skin, wears glasses, kinda tall) she has a really bad attitude and seems like she wants to fight. It is really uncomfortable, and surely makes me not want to return. I definitely won't be coming back. My message to management is that I think your employees need to be retrained. They treat you like your asking them for something free, and I'm paying for it! Its just horrible customer service, it honestly gives Zaxby's a horrible name. Long story short: Was served rotted chicken. Not "this smells a little off" rotted, but "stunk up the immediate area" rotted. I immediately brought it to the manager's attention. He offered to make me another. I told him NO ONE should be eating ANYTHING from the kitchen until he figured out and fixed the rotted meat contamination. The teenage girls that they hire have no customer service skills whatsoever, which is to be expected. But this location's drive thru is the last place I used my debit card before my card # was stolen & several online purchases were made! I can't prove anything, but they took my card when I pulled to the window & I had to wait forever for my order & they handed me my card back with my food.....not after they ran it through the machine. I was rudely refused service on Memorial Day with my children. The dining room was completely empty. I was told by a female employee that she would take my order "as soon as she was able". She then took cash out of the register and stood with her arms folded in the kitchen area where we could see her. The other employees were busy getting drive thru orders ready. This place sucks, first off I ordered a Sprite with a meal and got lemonade, second I ordered extra sauce with the same meal, and lastly I ordered a boneless wings meal and got bone-in and I'm very disappointed!!!!
