The food is as expected. Great quality and flavor! I only gave it 3 stars (and that's generous) because of the service. This is a new location and only opened for a few weeks. However, I would still expect certain elements of the service to be stellar. Smiles! Smiling faces are not too much to expect. These are not happy employees. I use the drive thru and usually order via the app. Today I went through the order line, I'll explain why later on, Even when I tried to get the associate who took my order today to smile, she kept her eyes down and a frown on her face. I almost apologized for bothering her with my order. This is just one example. I've been to this location a few times and this is the experience I have. As for speed of service, I hope they are still figuring that out because I was in line a good 15 minutes today and it wasn't that busy! My experience with the mobile order and pick up in the mornings has not been great. The mobile pick up line is the shortest but take the longest time to get the order. I watched a car that was way in the back of the order line place their order, and get to the pick up spot while I was still waiting for my mobile order. This has happened both mornings I've ordered at this location. This is why I tried the order line today but that was a bad idea. I'm a for giving the benefit of the doubt. I'll go back to my favorite location for a while, it is slightly out of my way but overall will be faster in the mornings. I can't be late for work again. I'm Profiling and poor customer service. I came here because nothing else was available in this area where hospital ms run 24/7. Like mBost who are in this area working or patronizing it's for health concerns. I place my order and didn't realize the order was not complete. By this time I am back at the hospital. When I return about an hour or so later I provide the receipt and bring up my concern. I was basically out through a series of questions about the time I brought it back. Rather than replace the entire meal they pieced it together and told me what they would do rather than honor the full order. The person who made this decision was a manager. I guess times are hard for Chicken profits, but we don't have to be rude and disrespectful to one another. I could tell that the manager was in her feelings by the way I responded. I may not have looked like your typical Chick-fil-A customer with the fake smile and a pocket full of change but I can sense I was reduced and treated like a typical male that was looking for freebies. Sorry guys, that is not my profile. Try again. What could improve? Train the staff and teach them that the customer is always right. You get better outcomes when you do that and primarily repeat business. I never understood why people in positions to make good decisions fail to meet that standard. Here is a wake up call. I came through the Mobile Order lane during breakfast. They had me park at the curb, which is fine. I get my order. I do not have time to look through the bag because I am by myself and needed to get home since I have work. I look through the bag once I'm home to find out that they didn't include 2 of my entrees, including a chicken biscuit and a hashbrown scramble bowl. If I am expected to park at the curb and wait an extra amount of time, I expect my order to be fully correct. If they did not have those items, I expect someone to let me know in the drive through so that I can give them alternative options. Lately, this specific location has been forgetting a lot of items from my order. So, I call, and all they can do for me is give me those items on another day at breakfast. I do not want another item on another day, I want y'all to triple check and make sure I have my full order!!!!!!!! read more

I wrote something similar a year ago and sadly absolutely nothing has changed. Out of the 20 times we opt to choose this location , 10 times they are going to get something wrong. And I mean way wrong. I asked for a southwest salad with extra egg. I got a salad that added blue cheese. It is a not a pleasant taste with the dressings or the salad flavors as a whole. The issue isn't just the salad it is that at least 50% of the time we place an order specifically through the mobile app where we literally spell out the order it is still somehow going to be wrong. Pros: It's local, the staff is still nice, & wear masks. Cons: this Chick-fil-A used to run so smoothly, then a few months ago they no longer collaborated with the Chick-fil-A app & it swiftly went left from there. They no longer offer the curb side pick up option, so the line is always crazy & it always feels like an accident is bond to happen when you're tryna get in line or leave. Also, I believe they open at 10am; which means no breakfast. Tonight, I paid cash & the guy handed me the change. When I got home there were a couple coins in the bag & one under my last chicken strip, which was skimpy. I don't come to this Chick-fil-A very often, due to the layout. It is crazy. I'm sitting in line with 10 cars in front of me. My food was delivered to my car and now I cannot go anywhere. So, I sit here and wait for everyone in front of me to get their orders while my food gets cold. Very poor customer service, in my mind. This is an issue in both Drive thru and Mobile lines. This was a total new build several years ago and they had a chance to make some good decisions. It's hard to believe this is their "new model" going forward. This is the best Chick-fil-A. I rarely go inside unless I have a large order for work, but the inside staff is always so friendly. I love the mobile thru drive thru! If I could leave no stars I WOULD. This chick fil a is the closest location to me, therefore the one I frequent the most. Friday afternoon I made an online order, including my condiments, when I got home there was NO condiments in my bag. Usually I'd let that slide because I get it, but this is not the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or even 4th time this happens at this location. It happens almost every single time we come here. We have gotten home and not had even dressings for our salads/wraps. I decided to call and spoke to Adrian, who was apologetic and told me I could bring my receipt and they would give me the same order at no cost. I said thank you and that I appreciated his help. Fast forward to today, we came and gave the receipt to the lady at the drive thru, who I found out was the manager on duty, and told her the situation. She starts going off about how she can't replace $30 worth of food over "no sauces". I then explained to her, AGAIN, that this isn't the first time and that this happens almost every time. She continues to go off about how it's $30 worth of food...my husband said he has no issue paying for the food, but that that's what Adrian told us he could do. Manager doesn't let up, continues being rude, saying "look at the receipt there's only 2 sauces listed" in a very condescending tone, even though I had the order pulled up on my phone with the condiments I asked for, she kept minimizing the issue etc. I told her I was good on the food and to forget it. Today was our last time going to this location, even though the closest one other than this one is 5 miles away. I'd rather take that drive than come back here for horrible service. I gave this location so many chances, and have always been understanding. Was completely disappointed and disgusted in the lack of professionalism today and straight up BITCH attitude. This location is usually crowded during all meals of the day, but their drive thru moves quickly! I ordered breakfast here recently, and the line was fairly long. However, I completed my order and received my food in less than 5 minutes. That is what you call fast food! They definitely work hard at this location. I'm also a fan of this location because of their dedication and support to the local schools in the area. They offer "Chick-fil-a Nights" to help support each school's PTA, offer coupons and free sandwiches as prizes at PTA events, and give teachers free sandwiches through out the year. This location is a mess with COVID. I totally understand why they won't allow customers inside to order, but since this is the case, then there should be no reason for the drive-thru to be as confusing as it is. It literally looks like a maze that you cannot figure out. You'll be circling around a few times having to navigate cones. I saw a few other cars struggle to find the drive thru window. Parking at this location is awful. They have about 6 spots near the front door and then the rest on the side of the building that lacks an entrance. Come here mostly for the kids meal, and they never bag it or give the toy when I order for dine-in. Service is terribly slow. Much prefer the South Cobb location. read more
