Back in December we were on our way to work and decided to place an online order for Bojangles in Hiram. It's been years since either of us had eaten there, so we gave it a go. When we arrived, we were very rudely told they were closed and not serving food. Because I placed an online order I had to go through the app to get a refund. I filled out the inquiry and called. I was assured I'd be refunded. I have yet to receive any communication or a refund. Fast forward, we decided to try again, but at the Marietta location. I put in the order from the app, tried to. Got an error message so I drove to the drive through and placed the order. Paid. Left. First off, the biscuits were under cooked and were gummy. The chicken was rubbery. And to top it off, I got charged for both the online and app order. I have done the inquiry again. Hoping I will be contacted so I can get a refund. read more

I had the pleasure of dining at the Bojangles on Powder Springs Rd SW, Marietta, GA. The biscuits and gravy meal was just awful. But, my concern was the American Flag flown outside of the establishment me. As, a retired service member the lack of respect for the flag concerned me. I asked for the manager and expressed my displeasure for the condition of the flag that was displayed. Don't know which employ was the manager because I was told there were several there this day. If, you have an American Flag flown on the grounds of your establishment. Please make sure you show it respect and though it not torn, frayed or worn. Do NOT order from the Bojangles, even if it's just a light snack they will mess your order up. I have been ordering from them for months. I even call ahead to make sure they have the items that I'm about to mobile order they laugh and say, of course they have them every single time I order they give me the wrong thing. today I decided to get breakfast it's close by and I love Bojangles, so I decided to use Uber eats to order now, this problem is not just on the Bojangles but also on my Uber eats driver. Before ordering I made sure to call ahead and ask if they had in-house ranch made because somehow every single time that I order chicken tenders I just magically get honey mustard . When I've done this before, they laughed, saying obviously we have it. Just for me to order on the app and receive honey mustard. I waited about 25 minutes for my food and received a completely different order that was four hours old, it was time stamped on the receipt, cold and stale so I filed a complaint and received my full money back by Uber eats. Obviously I do not have breakfast so I re-ordered my food. My food got here. I open the box and of course there's no ranch. Why would there be ranch? Because this place is close to my home - I keep giving them 'another try.' So far - they only have one item on the menu that I enjoy - the Southern filet chicken sandwich. Not sure why - but even though it's an item they offer - it's not on the drive thru board - so every time I order, the cashier asks, "Do you mean the cajun filet?" Um. No. "Do you mean the grilled chicken sandwich?" Um. No. I want the southern filet. "Ok. That will be five minutes." When it's cooked 'fresh' - it's a pretty tasty sandwich. But 2 visits ago - they didn't 'warn' me that it was going to be five minutes. I should have known they were about to give me some straight BS. And they did. The sandwich was COLD. But I didn't have time to play with these folks because I was headed to Patak's and they were closing in 15 minutes. So I ate it. On my last visit - I was made to wait 5 minutes. When I bit into my sandwich, once again, the chicken filet, itself, was cold, but I tasted 'char' - like burnt toast. So I opened it - only to discover they'd given me a burnt bun. Another thing they consistently seem to do is 1) refuse to put even one, single napkin in the bag, 2) refuse to give you a receipt (on one visit, I told the young lady she forgot my receipt and she said they were out of receipt paper, but she said if I gave her my cell phone, she would take a picture of it - I'm not joking) and 3) they never answer the phone. On two occasions, I Googled to get their phone number (because of course I wasn't given a receipt) and I tried calling them for more than 2 hours and the line was busy. Nope!!!! Nah, No ma'am, nada!!!! I'm a fan of Bo'Jangles biscuits, I will never look at them the same after today. I ordered several biscuits this morning, all of them were cold with the exception of a sausage biscuit, but the fries were cold and we were missing a butter biscuit. My steak biscuit look as if it was cooked the day before, actually the entire biscuit, it was hard and dried out..... No grease was on the wrapping ( always grease on bojangle wrapping). The four other people I purchased food for said the meat was hot but the biscuit was cold and hard ( leftover ) with the exception of one. The only reason this food is not going back is because I have to get to work so my combo is going into the trash. I will be contacting the corporate office shortly. Tiffuana was soooooo sweet, took her time and got my orders partially right, (still missing a butter biscuits), but good service will not bring me back to this location. 5 star for Tiffiuana, great job young lady! read more

I don't know about other Bojangles restaurants but the one at 2745 Powder Springs Rd in Marietta Georgia is the worst restaurant ever. Every time we order ahead, they lose our order or don't have it ready or are out of part of the sides we ordered. Today, it was a $70 prepaid order placed at about 1 pm for pickup at 6 pm. When we got there to pick it up, they said they didn't even have the order. They found it in the trash after being given the order number. What the devil is going on there? This is NOT the first time. They have been out of mashed potatoes, gravy, cole slaw, and dirty rice at different times. We choose to stop frequenting this store and wish corporate would check it out. My 4 year said he'd never been to Bojangles and wanted to go for dinner. Needless to say, we went and ate very well I might add. We went late afternoon and were full the rest of the day. My little ones had chicken tender kids meals and hubby and I had chicken meals. Him I think a three piece and me chicken tenders. I don't eat slot of fried food, but definitely enjoyed this. This location felt like it was in the middle of nowhere but it was relatively clean quiet enough for my small family of four with noisy toddlers. We'll definitely be back. read more

Service is always slow as ever at this store. They NEVER know what's on sale and have told me more than once that they don't have that or that I was wrong. It's not on sale. Went last weekend and was told steak biscuits were NOT 2 for $6.00. Since I had just seen it on tv I left and went to the Hiram store. Very nice people and they welcomed my order!!! If you see recent reviews..it's not a well run spot. They still operate by COVID rules which means the lobby is always closed. Usually understaffed; the staff that is there aren't attentive and seem unfamiliar with their menu. They did have a select few good workers that used to serve decent food but I haven't seen them anymore and the food is consistently bad to OK the past two years. They don't know how to fix their own food, chicken often resembles a ball of oil. They used to be busy in the morning but I rarely see cars there anymore and I understand why. Classic, hot deliciousness - we live nearby and while there are lots of biscuit options around that are solid, this Bojangles has been delivering high quality consistently of late to rival some of the local biscuit boutiques. The service has been fast with food coming out piping hot, and cooked perfectly. Tough to beat the way they fresh scramble egg to add to a Cajun filet, or my favorite - the steak biscuit. But what puts it all over the top? A beautifully browned and crispy Bo Round (so many Bojs woefully undercook those) - they nail it here. Nice job guys! read more

Our school contacted this BoJangles 2 weeks ago about working with us, and being one of our vendors for lunches. The manager was very friendly and said they would take good care of us. He gave me his email and told me I could email him our orders, which totaled 30 biscuits and 30 bo-tato rounds. I emailed him on Friday for our Tuesday order. Heard nothing back. Called Tuesday morning and that manager was no longer with the company. They took our order, but when we arrived, would not take a business check, even though the former manager had agreed to all of this. The lady working there was extremely rude to us. Thank goodness we had enough cash to run it up there and pay, so that the kids at our school, who ordered could have lunch. Bad business and customer service. I repeatedly gave this location the benefit of the doubt shortly after it first opened a few years ago... After being disappointed EVERY time I went there I gave up on Bojangles all together! Today I decided to give them another chance based on the recommendation of a neighbor. WOW! They did not disappoint!!! After the 10 minute drive home, the chicken was still hot and fresh!!! This location went from an F to an A+!! It was spotless inside too! Best fried chicken I've had in a long time! ...and believe me I know my fried chicken!! I do love Bojangles, I have been a fan of them and especially their Cajun chicken filet biscuits. In about 2015/2016 they started butterflying their chicken to cut costs and didn't change the price of the biscuit but it's still delicious. This location is super convenient but is always understaffed. I came by at 10am on a Monday and I had to wait in the drive through line for over 40 minutes because the employee working the speaker told me they only had two people working... including himself... meaning him and another employee were cooking, and packing food while also taking orders on a Monday, for breakfast when they're busiest... I'm no restauranteur but if I was running a place that specialized in chicken and breakfast biscuits, I would be more prepared for breakfast and lunch than any other time... also clearly Monday's and Friday's are going to be your busiest days because people don't want to make breakfast at home to ideally save time. Was not the case this Monday...still delicious but I watched 10+ cars leave because going even further out of your way to find a Chick-fil-A would have been faster than this Bojangles. I know with COVID-19 the drive through is the normal. My problem was the very slow service. Sitting in my vehicle for 27 minutes waiting in line. Then getting to the window and waiting for another eight minutes for your employee to gather my order is unacceptable. Watching the entire employee working was like watching a slow motion movie. I am so bad! I read another Yelpers review, and I went up here to see what the deal was so that I could write a review and I completely forgot! First off, finding the drive thru is a little difficult. When I pulled in I ended up driving through part of the parking lot in order to get into the drive thru lane, but in the defense of Bojangles it was dark, so you might fair better if it is day time. When I pulled up to the order screen I was immediately welcomed, which is great, but not surprising since there was literally no one in the parking lot but the employee cars. No display screen, a little bit of a bummer, but not big deal. The person who took my order was very friendly and was accurate when repeating my order. The reason I am giving a three out of five are for the following. 1. The amount of time it took in order to get my change back from the cashier. 2. The cashier basically telling another employee that she needed to take her head out of her you know what and double check to make sure that there were Bo rounds in the bag with the drive thru window open. 3. The amount of Bo rounds that were provided to me. 4. The quality of the food; it tasted as if it had been sitting for a while. 5. The temperature of the food. I live about 5 minutes away and have had Bojangles from places that were 15-20 minutes away, and when I got home the food was still warm. I would definitely recommend waiting to try this place out considering it is new, until they have been properly trained, or a new employee base comes in.
