The lady at the window was very nice. I had a large order. 5 hot dogs, 4 fries and 10 chicken wings no sauce. It took a little longer to get the food but I was told the chicken wings will take a little longer. All the food was great. The fries was dry and hard like a rock.. you could tell that 08-07-24 the old ones had been put back in the grease and a few new ones was on top.. y'all need to stop doing that. The food was good. I tried the sweet and smokey bbq wings with fries. It was entirely too much food. Would have been nice if the lady taking my order would have asked is I wanted a small, medium or large rather than just giving me a large. Too much too drink and too many fries. Horrible customer service experience I have EVER had!! I pulled up to the speaker to order, To have a lady say " We are on a 30 min break and not taking orders right now!" She then says you can come to the walk up window and we will take your order, but it will be 30 mins! She couldn't even get that out all the way until some rude as man yells in the speaker "NO we can not"!! I said y'all are rude as hell!! NEVER will I go to this location!! Props to the workers at this location. They deserve a high pay. Most restaurants are closed after 12 because of Covid in the area but these workers do their best to meet the high demand. So keep in mind it truly hurts me to bash them out but in the true American way I have to share this experience. 2 days ago at 12:20 am My daughter and I needed our Philly Fries Fix so we drove to This location. So as we are pulling up the Checkerite was out the back door smoking and he waited until we pulled all the way up before budging to head inside (oops did I say that) Good thing we are looking at the menu a minute. The Checkerite (Leon) Gets on the speaker in a tone which made me want to gas up and run my car through the building missing everything but him. Now personally I would have driven off, but my daughter was hungry for her Tater Skins. So we gave him a try. "Well, its going to take 5 minutes to cook anything" (real rude like, before saying hi, kiss my butt or what hes supposed to say, something like Hi welcome to checkers. Oh no Not Leon, He is not at all polite with the ordering process. Im enraged but my daughter says, MOM PLEASE I dont want them to ruin my food. OK I roll up and once again this Checkerite,Leon, does not appreciate that for every dime we spend here he can keep his paycheck coming. Instead Leon slams the window, does not supply requested condiments, does not say thank you continues to speak with discontent and I am now disgusted with this checkers, because who leaves this imbecile in the drive thru by himself to treat paying customers this way. June 20,2020 @ 5:30pm I had horrible experience with two staff members. They are very rude I pulled in on left side to order and the girl said really rude back out and pull in the other side. So I pull on the other side after ordering which was wrong. She got another attitude cause I asked for a number one plain just ketchup and she rang me up for just a burger. So I paid for fries and drink separate and then asked her are you the same one that had attitude when you said pull around to other side. You was real abrupt like you was about to fight. So I explained to her she has poor customer service and maybe they should utilize the cone of drove thru side is closed. Black female blonde and black braids and don't pull race card I'm a black female as well but, I don't play when it come to customer service. Y'all black male I believe David got in the window and told me I can not give you manager or owner information I said why cause you rude and don't want me to report y'all. I said if you don't like your job and can't practice good customer service find one where you have no customer contact at all cause at this point with that staff is why you have a one star I give a zero star if I could. The employees here are incredibly rude. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Came to the walk up window with my boyfriend to make two separate orders. I ordered two small fries and the girl at the window rudely walked away after saying "hold on" and came back several minutes later to get my money. Before I could say we had a second order she slammed the window. 10 minutes later I got my fries. When she opened the window for my boyfriend to order she looked at him like he was stupid, said nothing And again slammed the window. It maybe another 10 minutes to get two spicy chicken sandwiches. One of the sandwiches was supposed to be plain, of course it was not. So it took over 25 minutes to make two orders and get our food AND the orders were not correct. read more

I am so tired of this Checkers location!! (corner of Austell Rd.& Hurt Rd SW, Marietta) - I just ordered food from there. The girl at the drive thru got my order wrong, said she thought I ordered large fries, then told me I didn't (?) She didn't offer to fix the error. Anytime I go here there is some sort of issue: no receipt, no condiments, rude/unprofessional behavior, very SALTY French fries. They are just GHETTO! I've finally learned my lesson & will not go back. BTW: Please try the Checkers franchise on the corner of South Cobb Dr. & Windy Hill Rd.......THEY know how to treat their customers! read more
