Ordered from Uber eats and they do not put the secure label on the drinks. I called and Spoke to a manager. They said its not required to put a security label in the drinks only in the food. Like someone cant open the drink and do something to it. The Chick fil A on Macland Rd and Windy Hill always put the security label in the food and drinks. Never had a problem with it. John and Urban were two of the best floor workers I've ever experienced. They were attentive, opened the doors for customers, greeted everyone, refilled drinks, cleaned customers trays and garbage so the customers could have conversations with a clean table, and many more wonderful things. They are the example to all millennials of how good hard work is done, especially in fast food. I felt like i was at a 5-star steakhouse. I finally have a chance to stop by at this location for our lunch. Instead go to drive through lane, I went inside for carry out & order our lunch. We got there at 11:40am and the breakfast meals still open. We ordered several things and as soon as my brother paid, our lunch was ready within 2-3min. I'm a little surprised when they called my brother's name (we put his name down) for our lunch because I thought it's going to take longer for our food. Either they do really fast or it's been prepared ahead of time. My brother got Spicy Southwest Chicken Salad. It looked tasty to me and the salad seemed fresh to me. I asked my brother how is it and he said it's alright, all salads taste the same to him. But he said the chicken is good & spicy; with cream salsa is much better and more flavor. So I suggest CREAM SALSA go with Spicy Chicken Salad. The salad is a chopped Romaine lettuce & baby greens...with other components. My dad got Market Chicken Salad. It looked so good because they have strawberry. I don't know why but I like to have strawberry in salad, perhaps it's making the salad more flavor. And my brother is right, their salads all looked the same to me. I got the regular chicken nuggets. Always my favorite with their french fries. Have the same taste as other chick fil a so which is good. However, the french fries are a little salty to me, I think they sprinkle little extra of salt on french fries. Lemonade is very good! Sweet taste good, not too much sweet as many other restaurants. 2 things I don't like is 1) the employee was talking so soft, I barely hear her voice and it was little noisy from crowded people during lunch hours. I kept asking her over and over. 2) we ordered both salads but didn't labeled which one is which as well as those bag of components, so my brother had to try one piece of chicken on salad to find out. Let me start by saying I love Chick-fil-a, and it is one of my favorite fast food joints to visit. Their chicken sandwiches are delicious. I switch between the grilled chicken sandwich and original sandwich when I visit. Tonight my wife ran inside to get us dinner and when she asked for no tomato and extra pickles on her sandwich, unfortunately she got no tomato and no pickles. I actually walked in the store for a take-out order because the drive-thru line was super long. I ordered three sandwiches... I ordered TWO grilled chicken sandwich with "no tomatoes" and EXTRA pickles and the original chick-fil-a sandwich, easy order right? Well, when I got home I found ZERO pickles on my sandwiches! I mean come on!! I also paid the extra $0.30 cents for the extra pickles, so that made me angry! This was the WORST Chick-fil-A meal I've had in my life. Service was incredible, super kind and very quick. But I'd honestly rather wait on good food than speed through and get the worst Chick-fil-A sandwich I've ever had. I was supposed to have a spicy sandwich with American cheese. But instead was given a regular sandwich with no American cheese. So not only was the sandwich I received the worst Chick-fil-A sandwich I've ever eaten but I also lost money because I didn't receive what I paid for. I come here all the time as it's located down the street from my office. You can never go wrong with some chicken nuggets. The food is always hot, and you can never go wrong with some waffle fries. It never fails that they always have the employees standing outside taking orders. You tend to feel bad for them at times, when it's super hot or cold. But they always keep a smile on their face and super friendly. I've never had an issue here, my favorite thing are the Arnold Palmer, tea & lemonade are a powerful combo! read more

There's not much fine dining choices in the Austell area. Luckily, Chick-Fil-A is there to fill that void. Chick-Fil-A, like the name implies, serves chicken based sandwiches, salads, and wraps. I tried many items on their menu, and they all taste great. The Classic Chicken Sandwich is a breaded chicken breast served with pickles and a bun. The simplicity of this dish is remarkable. The chicken is seasoned well and is very tender. They are cooked perfectly and the buns are delightful. You can't go wrong with this. They offer a spicy version of The Classic Chicken Sandwich called the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. They use hot spices to season this chicken. This results in strong flavors. I have found it too salty in my opinion though. The Chef needs to find a way to make it less salty. Their fries are unique. As Earl B. mentioned in his post, the fries are round and holy. It is a creative way for Chick-Fil-A to show its roots. Their founder, S. Truett Cathy, is a devout Christian. Having holy fries illustrates that. This is one of my favorite side dishes. Their Southwest Chargrilled Salad seems like their best salad. They merged the flavors of the SouthWest to give it a bold flavor. Their spicy dressing goes perfectly with this salad. Once again, their chicken breast is char grilled perfectly and adds depth to this dish. Their Piece de Resistance: The Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich. This is a true culinary experience. They marinate their chicken breast in a special pickle marinade. This gives the chicken breast great flavor. It also helps keep the breast moist and tender. Then they grill it to perfect and combine it with lettuce and tomato. They also provide you with honey mustard sauce on the side. The dish is fine without the sauce, but it does enhance the flavors more with it. I recommend using the sauce. Their dessert items are great. Their milkshakes are addicting. They have several flavors such as peach, strawberry, chocolate, cookies and cream, and vanilla. They are all sinfully good. They are also dangerous for me to eat since I'm lactose intolerant. But I would risk sitting on the toilet to have their milkshake. They also have a breakfast menu. I found their chicken biscuit to be great. The sweetness of the biscuit goes well the the savory chicken. It's a perfect and unique breakfast experience. Their service is excellent. They smile all the time and act pleasant to all their customers. Their staff is fast and efficient too. You get your food quickly and they pick up your trays efficiently. I give their service A+. Overall, Chick-Fil-A is versatile because it can be a great place for a romantic dinner or for casual lunch. You can't go to Giovanni's all the time in Austell. Luckily Chick-Fil-A is a great option for nice dining in the Austell area. I highly recommend it. read more

I've never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A (knock on wood) and this one here has yet to fail me! I always stick with the #1, original fried chicken breast sandwich with waffle fries and drink. The management is on top of things in there, and it shows in their employees. They are not allowed to say "you're welcome" or "no problem." It's ALWAYS: "my pleasure." From the cheerful voice on the speaker, to the smiling faces at the window, and even doing so much as bringing your food to the table and refills if they're not too busy, they're awesome. The food is always hot with that signature Chick-fil-A seasoning on the chicken. And the chicken strips are the bomb! During the summer, they have seasonal menu items like banana milkshakes with chunks of Nila Wafers in it and, man.... hold on. Moment of silence, please. Yooo I just wanted to make this review because it has been multiple experiences at this location that have made me stop wanting to even eat fast food. I've lived in Marietta for roughly 5 months, going to this location is because of proximity not service or quality. Literally as a Red Member( almost signature) , every time I go to get food here there's an issue. Whether be the order accuracy, service, etc. Most often my order is wrong, missing items, specific requests or even improperly charging me. There's a lack of attention to detail with the staff, and honestly a desire to serve their customers. On Dec 31st, 2022, they were to close at 4pm, (not the problem). I pulled in at 4:17and the line was wrapped around the entire building (a completed circle not like an exaggeration). I find out their closed bc someone tried to go in and order but was told at the door their closed. Guy complains about not being notified or telling people in drive thru. Im trying to back up and get out but I can't bc there are so many cars. Waiting for an employee to inform these other vehicles or block the drive thru, around 4:20 I decided to just get out of my vehicle to direct all the people mindlessly waiting. That's crazy the reason why the line was moving is bc a customer went car to car to tell ppl y'all were closed.... Today being New Year's Eve, I just decided as a previous employee from another location, and being knowledgeable about cooking, this current issue with lack of attention to detail and bad service in fast food can easily be avoided by not going. read more

I'm not sure who that lil manager is and HOW SHE GOT HIRED... she needs a lot of internal customer service training.... My cashier was amazing, although she got my order wrong... she fixed it. I have a HUGE problem with the manager... she was sooo rude and loud it's disgusting! An employee came in just to order food... before he walks in good she yells at him... oh I don't need you today... I already did the schedule. (rudely). So tonight, I was especially excited for my Tuesday night dinner since it's Nurse Appreciation Week & I had read online that there were "special discounts for nurses on Tuesday". So when I asked about the discount, the Marketing Director asked where I was a nurse at. I informed the I am a nurse at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (also wearing my scrubs & CHOA tee) & not only does she ask "where is that", but then when I tell her, she says "oh! I never have issues with chick fila about correct orders or customer service. Today is my first time at this location in month and I came as an Uber driver to pick up an order. I also work for starbucks and have worked in food industry for years now so I am usually very understanding. My app told me to pick the order up through the delivery line so I pull through the mobile line and wait to be acknolaged. Multiple employees look at me and continue helping others cars and don't speak. After watching 6 cars pull through I ask if I can pick up my order. Assuming I was a Mobil and just didn't check in at the box I assume, they addressed me irritated and asked what my name was. I explained it was an Uber and he made me come inside. Misunderstanding on my behalf- completely understood. However now I am slightly irritated because I just sat and watched you help 6 cars and then proceed to tel me to come inside. I come inside to get looked passed again and when the lady finally gives me the order she half way slammed it on the counter and walks away. I love Chick-fil-a, the food is delicious and (usually) the staff is super friendly. I say usually because this location has several employees who constantly have a "ugh, work..AGAIN" tone in their voice as they take your order. Not quite the way I prefer to start my morning. This location also has a double lane which i enjoy but there is always "that person" who cuts in line and throws it all off. That, and the double line doesnt make it go by faster which I thought was the point. Oh well, at least my food is always good. read more
