I specifically asked for the food fresh and everything in the box was old ,and the shrimp were just horrible and when I called the store to speak to a manager the number just give a busy tone . Highly unacceptable.

I wish I could rate this zaxbys higher, but my wait was extraordinarily too long. They were understaffed.. with what looked like three employees. I visited this zaxbys two and a half hours before closing and waited about and hour and half for my food... one employee came out to take orders manually, which helped... but the wait still was incredibly too long. I will say my food was fresh and hot.. and that it was made to order. If you visit this location your food will be fresh but be prepared to wait. Also this zaxbys is drive-through only.

They forgot their infamous "sauce" which is nothing to write home about. I had this food before and really thought it would have been better the second time around, but NAH.? I will never come back, the portions were soooo small my 5 year old niece would eat this and ask for more fries. They can keep this nasty ass cole slaw. Bring Guthrie's back!!!!!

This place is packed no matter what time of the day it is. The portions here are two sizes up from McDonald's. The breading is danger on a chicken strip. My boyfriend actually cut his tongue on the breading and had to stop. I liked the White Cheddar Bites with Marinara Sauce. That's about it.

Don't bother to use their drive thru. Slow and wrong order each time. Company has employees that don't care about the customer.

I guess I can consider myself lucky that I even got food that was somewhat edible. Oh. And I got hair too. Generous one star.

You would think after working at Guthrie's, and stealing the recipe, they could be good. It's not. It's an imitation and average at best.

Point-of-Sale Tipping: Yes Price for Two: Approximately $40, including a point-of-sale tip Delivery: Food is brought to your table when ready. Condiment Bar: No Food: Really good overall. We had two three-piece chicken plates--one OG and one Spicy. The OG chicken was noticeably crispier. Our sides included rice, fries, pickles, and coleslaw. Everything was good, but the fresh pickles provided an especially nice contrast to the chicken, rice, and fries. The coleslaw had a pleasant sesame oil flavor, though, as with any creamy coleslaw, it's a bit of a roll of the dice, so I didn't eat much of it. The ranch served with the chicken seemed to be homemade--the thinner, more flavorful style rather than a thick bottled dressing. I was also curious to try some of the other sauces and dressings on the menu. Beverages: Coke products, plus some of the best proprietary teas I've had at a counter-service restaurant. The Sweet Almond Peach Tea was outstanding. Special Touches: Pickles served as a garnish and chopsticks available on the table. Portions: What you'd expect from a higher-end counter-service restaurant--filling enough to leave you satisfied, but not overly stuffed. Spice Level: The Spicy chicken had a noticeable kick but was still on the milder side in terms of heat. Service: Friendly, approachable, and efficient. Clean-Up: Leave dishes on the table for staff to clear. Parking: Shared with neighboring restaurants but plentiful. It can be a little convoluted to access from the main road.

It was the perfect consistency to add flavor, while not making it soggy or covered in a thick sauce. I was very pleasantly surprised by how good this delivered meal.

Nothing makes the locals feel appreciated quite like being marketed as seasonal seat-fillers. I'm a burger 'n a beer guy, and I had been meaning to try this place for a while--even though I suspected I might not fit the target demographic (people who know what Wagyu beef is and believe that it is for burgers- that's not me). Still, I did my part. I chose a quiet summer Sunday evening and took my wife. The place wasn't crowded, and we were seated quickly. So far, so good. The townies were in play! I asked for a draft beer list. I didn't feel it in the moment but that is where the train jumped off of the track! Instead, I received a QR code. Fine. I've played this game before and it worked great, taking me directly to the current beer list. Except this QR code didn't lead to a beer list. It led to an app. Apparently; beverages had been placed behind a technological security checkpoint. I'm not in the habit of collecting unnecessary restaurant apps like souvenir cups, but I tried to be a good sport and downloaded it. The app then requested my personal information so I could create an account--because, evidently, viewing a draft beer list now requires the same level of commitment as applying for a mortgage. That was where I drew the line. I closed the app, deleted it, and decided I would just drink water. Then I remembered why I had come: a burger and a beer. A burger and water felt less like dinner and more like disciplinary action. So, I told my wife we needed a new plan, because we weren't eating there. We regrouped at The Irish Bred Pub in Opelika and had a great meal. No app. No account. No data harvesting. No identity verification. I didn't even need to provide the name of my first pet. Better yet, there was no need to consult a beer list--they always have Guinness on tap. I won't be back to Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint. Will my absence affect their's bottom line? Of course not. I'm one townie with unreasonable expectations--like being allowed to see what beer is available without entering into a formal digital relationship. But from this townie's perspective, the customer-engagement experience was a complete miss. The food may be outstanding. It may also be a spectacularly good value. I'll never know because I couldn't make it past the beer-menu background check. Potenial customers keep doing what you're doing. Just understand that anyone who wants to see the draft beer list will apparently need to surrender an email address first. Oh--and for the record, I never even clicked the QR code for the food menu. By then, I had already exceeded my administrative limit for dinner.

There was a walk up window with a line for people wanting do dine outside under a canopy, the other option was the drive through. We chose to do the drive through and was greeted by a long line of vehicles which with the help of a outside remote cashier who welcomed us took our order; two #1 small cheese burgers and fries with casa sauce and coca colas. He thanked us for sliding through. The line backed us with several trucks ahead of us creating a long wait. Once we reached the window our order was waiting, and the lady at the window greeted us with a smile and thanked us for the wait, and thanked us for sliding through. As we slid out, the food smelled great. We ate at home, the cheeseburger was okay, but the fries were bland, but the added cheese sauce was rather spicy. The price was very reasonable, and in spite of the wait the Assiciates were busy and friendly and apologetic for the wait. Small sliders is a little different, unique in its own way, but glad we tried it.
