I was SO excited when Auburn finally got a Wingstop. They have really good wings and their fries are some of my favorite. My favorite flavor is smoked BBQ. The inside is rather small with no indoor seating. I recently ordered online and arrived at the estimated pickup time. We ended up waiting about 25 extra minutes before our food was ready, so don't rely on the estimated wait time being accurate. read more

We placed an order through the WingStop app for delivery. THEIR delivery driver stole our order. THEIR app still says it was delivered even though we received an email saying that the order was cancelled. We called to try to figure out what happened and THEY (a worker named Omega) refused to make it right. We even offered to come pick up a remade order, but Omega said, "Too bad." The delivery service is contracted with Wingstop through their OWN app; we did not order through a 3rd party service. The refusal of the management at the local store to remake the order and let us pick it up is unacceptable. "Too bad." The food is hit and miss. Sometimes it's really good and sometimes it's just okay. That's to be expected from anywhere though, that's not what bothers me. The service is absolutely atrocious. The first time I had a bad experience I placed an online order that said it would be ready in about 15 minutes. So after 15 I went to pick up my order to find the doors locked with all the employees standing on the side of the business smoking. I had to literally ask one of them to go inside and make my food that I had already paid for. One bad experience- okay fine. Then at a later date I order from there again. Paid for 15 wings and only received 11. I call to let them know and they're like so sorry- We'll give you a $5 off voucher. It'll be connected to this number so just call and place your order next time- second bad experience you know what- that's okay. Well. Today is next time. So I call just as instructed and then get told that they won't place orders over the phone EVEN THOUGH THATS LITERALLY WHAT I WAS TOLD TO DO. I tried to explain that I was told to call because of the previous occurrence and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Finally I go up there and then get told that whomever I spoke with just lied and that they don't even do vouchers. In the end they agreed to do the $5 off but what an unearthly hassle. Took an hour and a half past my expected order pickup just for one employee to come tell me "we have a problem" and they didn't have the food I ordered in the first place even available. Could not say enough bad things about the customer service and especially the lack of professionalism of the employees.
