He was referred to me by my massage therapist and I read the reviews here, so I gave it a try. He somehow made a connection between my injury and the inside of my mouth. He did a series of tests, asking me to lift my arm or legs against his hand, to test the strength of my legs and arms. When he wanted to show that one side was weak, he would increase the pressure from his hand so I would not be able to push as hard, then he would apply light pressure on the other side to show that the other side was better. He wasn't applying the same pressure on both sides - that's why! He blamed my Invisalign for my lower back pain (which I got from an injury), and told me to see one of the dentists in his 'list." I went to a real Orthodontist (not just a dentist) and he actually stopped my headaches and aligned my teeth. He doesn't listen! He has an attention problem. I repeatedly told him how I injured myself from doing 3 series of Tabata exercises back-to-back and immediately working on my desk for 3 hours without standing (I have always had a strong back), but he said it was coming from my head (I guess he wanted to do a manipulation inside my mouth in that way he can charge more). I agreed to have it done, but warned him not to make it worse. He pushed the inside of my mouth, the soft part, then performed some tests to see if my legs or arms were stronger. But he applied less pressure, so naturally I could push harder! It's a con-artist scam! He told me to remove the sacroiliac belt I was wearing, and I told him that it was really helping me. He said my belt (Serola-which is highly rated and recommended by doctors) was not good. It was because he sells a different belt and at a much higher price. I took one look at the belt, and it looked like the previous belt I wore which was lower in quality. But he was selling it for $10 more. Another thing - when I came in, he was interviewing a young intern. (I had to wait). He asked the intern to come inside the room and watch everything, without even asking me. I paid $326 to get ripped off by a con-artist. I feel so terrible that a person of this low calibre could be working in Los Gatos, I don't know how he managed to get good reviews here. Yelp should be more careful about this. it was a horrible experience.

Skeptic Becomes A Fan…read more.... I never thought I'd walk into the office of a chiropractor.....let alone allow one to work on my neck and back. But Dr Razz changed that. After several years of growing discomfort which began to push the envelope of my pain threshold, I decided to get some medical advice in 2002. The first neurosurgeon ( who will remain nameless for now ) said "if I were you, I'd have neck surgery within the next week" ( focusing on C5-6 for fans of the cervical spine ). To that I had one response "I think I'll talk with somebody else". Shortly thereafter, I saw another specialist...regarded as the "dean" of neurosurgeons in the South Bay...who said "you don't need immediate surgery, but one wrong move could cause you to be paralyzed for life". Those were not comforting words, but at least he didn't recommend going under the knife in a complicated procedure with a 6 month recovery period. I continued to get my annual MRI scan and see the "dean" on an annual basis for the next few years ( that's another story. Question: How can a person who gets claustrophobic in the bathroom lie down in a cold tube closed on 3 sides without even so much as a twitch while unbearable electronic pinging noises ricochet from wall to wall? Answer: With much medication and a prayer. ) Anyway, I stopped visiting the "dean" in 2008 and decided to try another neurosurgeon covered by my insurance plan ( premiums were not cheap, but I had good coverage ) on a recommendation from a fellow cervical spine casualty. This doctor, who I'll name...Scott Wachhorst of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation on El Camino Real off Highway 85 in Sunnyvale... I can comfortably refer people to. But that's for another review. Finally, to Dr Razz!!!! So as you can see, my neck ( and lower back for that matter ) are not in good shape...I've seen a specialist each year...and I'm afraid of taking one wrong step. Why would I allow a chiropractor and the anecdotal horror stories related to that profession into my life? A married couple who are very good friends of ours ( and frequent dining companions! ) said Dr Razz had essentially saved their lives with his gentle touch and skillful manner during the past 10 years. Since I like the word "skillful"... especially like "gentle" and wasn't getting any better ( maintenance is usually the best you can hope for ), I decided to take the plunge and go for a consultation. I explained my history ( if you think the boring details above are tiresome to read, try listening to even more in a consultation ) and Dr Razz showed me some of the techniques he uses. Amazingly, I walked out of his office feeling better than I had in years. Was it his skill? Soothing voice and manner? My imagination? A desire to get my money's worth? So I signed up for 2 visits per week for 10 weeks ( the extent of partial coverage by my insurance ). Then, when those 20 were gone, I continued to make a weekly visit and I'm now past number 30. How could I have started with massive fear and now feel a missed session is like skipping gym workouts when my routine is to go 4 times a week? Such a change of heart is due to the doctor himself ( and his wife, Gina, who runs the office ). Of course he's knowledgeable, experienced and skillful. Many people meet those qualifications. What makes Dr Razz different is his approach and personality. You can even see it in the waiting room. Patients are like friends...almost an extended family of the practice. Greeted and handled with warmth from start to finish. One of the most impressive things about Dr. Razz, apart from being a good natured guy, is his holistic view of caring and treating your symptoms. Besides a set of strong hands, he's got some nifty tools, including a couple of interesting lasers. But my neck and back are not the only areas addressed in each session. Everything in life seems to be connected, so many health-related activities must be considered...and they are during my weekly 30 minute session. For his ability to provide my slowly deteriorating body and mind with rejuvenation, fun and stimulating conversation...at a reasonable price...I must award the 5 Star treatment to Dr Razz. Not too shabby for a patient who initially trembled at the thought. Pros: Everything you could want in a medical professional Cons: My spine will always be my spine Star Ratings: Overall: 5 Gentleness: 5 Thoroughness: 5 Knowledge Gained By Me: 5 Good Humor: 5 Gina: 5 Waiting Room: 4 ( a bit small ) Location: 5 Parking: 5

This review is about my most recent experience with him and his colleague, Dr. Eliot Foad. I am a rock climber and injured my left shoulder in December 2024. I saw him shortly after and recovered through the adjustment/treatment visits and rehab exercises he prescribed. However, I re-injured it in January 2026 and had been doing rehab exercises since then with little progress. I finally went back -- I live in San Francisco, so the commute is tough! -- two weeks ago, this time for pain in my lower back. It turned out I had been straining it through poor weightlifting form. He adjusted me, advised me on what to avoid while lifting, and I felt like a new person almost immediately (though the body does take a few days to fully recover). He also suggested a novel treatment called shockwave therapy for my shoulder and elbow, where I had developed tendinitis from climbing, along with a compression arm band for use when climbing or lifting. I completed the shockwave therapy on my shoulder and elbow with Dr. Foad, who is also highly knowledgeable and a genuine pleasure to talk to. A few days later, I felt as though I had a brand-new shoulder, which allowed me to start climbing two grades above my previous level, something I had avoided out of fear of further injury. My elbow is also feeling much better, and the band has been a great help. I highly recommend both Dr. Pedersen and Dr. Foad for any sports injuries or injuries in general -- you could not be in better hands!

I worked with Dr. Dino and Dr. Haydon Stanley, and they are absolutely incredible chiropractors! Definitely consider coming to this establishment if you face any sort of injury or pain because the chiropractors here are professional, experienced, and definitely worth your time. A few years ago, I fractured and dislocated my elbow in a wrestling practice. I went to the ER and got put into a cast for a month. Once the cast came off, I was looking for somewhere I could get physical therapy, but many different places were backed up and I would have to wait almost a month before I could get any PT started. However, I was then recommended to go to Los Gatos Sports Chiro, and Dr. Haydon Stanley got to work on my elbow right away. I'm super thankful for his amazing treatment since he got my elbow into good shape so I could get back on the wrestling mat feeling my best! One year after I injured my elbow, I injured my knee in a wrestling tournament pretty badly, so I went back to Los Gatos Sports Chiro and began working with Dr. Dino. With my knee injury, I was a bit more confused on why it hurt than when I injured my elbow, but Dino was very caring since he listened to everything I told him about what happened, did some tests and gave me a good diagnosis on what my knee injury was. The exercises he gave me to recover were very helpful in making my knee feel better, and Dino could explain the purpose of each movement in depth when I asked him about them. He is very intelligent in his field of study! Also, when I was in the climax of my freshman wrestling season, I started experiencing really bad knee pain from running all the time, but had to continue running on the treadmill to make weight. Luckily, Dino went out of his way and found time to do recovery work on my knees to put them in good condition so that I could continue wrestling and running. There's no way I could've made weight and competed at the California wrestling state championships tournament without the help of Dino and the other chiropractors at Los Gatos Sports Chiro. Dino pretty much saved my freshman wrestling season and I can't thank him enough! Overall, Los Gatos Sports Chiro is incredible! I've been to other Physical Therapists and such, but they do not come close to how professional and competent the chiropractors at Los Gatos Sports Chiro are! Dr. Dino and Dr. Haydon Stanley have been a huge help in my athletic journey and wrestling career, and they can do the same for you!

I had been dealing with lower back pain for several days that wasn't resolving on its own. Even though Yelp indicated the clinic was closed, I called and someone kindly answered the phone and was able to fit me in for a same-day appointment as long as I could come in quickly. I really appreciated how accommodating they were. The clinic itself was very clean, organized, and welcoming. The chairs and equipment looked new and sturdy, and I noticed how much effort the team put into keeping everything tidy. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, and Fred, the technician who brought me back, was especially helpful. He was knowledgeable and took the time to ask relevant questions about my back pain and situation. I felt like he genuinely wanted to understand what I was experiencing. When the doctor came in, she was professional and clearly knowledgeable in her field. My main reason for not giving the experience a higher rating is that the interaction with the doctor felt somewhat rushed. The actual adjustment itself took approximately 5-7 minutes, and while I understand that chiropractic visits can be brief, I still had several questions I wanted to ask. At times, I felt like I had to quickly get a question in before she was ready to leave the room. What made this a little more confusing for me was that immediately afterward, I noticed there didn't appear to be anyone else waiting in the lobby. That left me wondering if there was a reason I felt so rushed, because I would have really appreciated another few minutes to explain my job duties and work and what may have contributed to my situation. I don't expect a lengthy appointment, but I do think patients benefit from having enough time to feel heard and leave with their questions answered. One other piece of feedback I wanted to mention is privacy. During both my time with Fred and with Dr. K, the door remained open, and I could hear conversations taking place throughout the clinic. I am actually somewhat hard of hearing, so I found it interesting that I was still able to hear other conversations outside the room. I understand that every clinic has its own setup and workflow, but having the door closed during patient consultations, when possible, might provide a greater sense of privacy and allow patients to focus more comfortably on their conversation with the provider. The pricing felt fair, and I genuinely appreciated the entire front-office team and how clean and organized the clinic was. My feedback is really coming from a place of wanting to see the clinic succeed because I think there is a lot of knowledge and potential within the team.
