Awful,cheap materials. Utterly nothing holds up nor lasts. Service is indifferent to down right insulting. Don't waste your money nor time!

Customer service was horrific Left the mall wanting to cry Bought 2 pairs of jeans the day before and was charged full price on both by accident when they were actually 80% off Came back with all receipts and tags the next day and they made comments insinuating I added the red clearance stickers on!! I popped in to see if they had a few of my favorite perfumes in stock, they did ... but I honestly felt like the customer service here was awful!!!!!! Just kinda attitudie or something. Definitely Unfriendly for example they kept yelling out it's only one line but their wasn't any type of sign and there were 2 cashiers so how the store is set up you would assume they're are 2 line's especially if one area isn't blocked ???? Also the cashiers seemed to have a problem wit me wanting a bag ??? Go figure !!! Glad I don't have to come back for a while maybe by then they'll be new friendly faces read more

If I could give 0 stars I would My last experience was trying to make a return and the cashier asked if I had the receipt so I said no. She then started having an attitude of about not having one because I can't return it. So I said I'm pretty sure you can make a return using an order No from an online purchase. She then yells over the counter to someone else to take me there "I don't want to deal with this one , she has F attitude" I was immediately in shock so I asked the manager for her name No one was cooperating or trying to smooth things out so I took a picture of her to have as reference for when I call corporate office. She aggressively snatched my phone and started going through my pictures. Aside from that managers were trying to take a picture of my ID and all my information for their so calls incident report but without giving me any of the employe info. I called the police who explained to them that they do not need to ask for my information nor grab my personal items and go through any of it. I think Zara should reconsider hiring former convicts and other problem citizens in the hope they are giving them a chance. They are ruining by the company as it currently has 1.5 stars. Move over Forever21 & H&M time to make some room for Zara literally, this store is two floors and also has an elevator in the back corner. Quality clothing for fair pricing. A go-to spot for tee's, bags, and jeans. I really love their leggings this is what I really come here for. The leggings hold up pretty well and they are NOT see-through, which is surprisingly hard to come by. I do like the clothing that they carry for men more then what is available in the women's section, that's just me though. You can always just go to the online store if you need more variety in terms of style. I feel like this is a great place to grab all of your basics/foundation for your wardrobe. The customer service could be a lot better but maybe that is something that will improve with time. It gets pretty busy in here so if you're not a fan of big crowds I would avoid shopping in store over the holiday season. Overall this store is a good addition to the Walden Galleria mall. read more

Across from the food court is Zara. Fairly new to the mall it's a welcome addition. Clean fashionable clothing and cuts. Classic yet on trend for the men. They have a two level store with escalator. Women's section ground floor. The women's section is much busier and more frantic than upstairs. The colors are bright and vibrant. The clothes are on trend and fun. read more

This Zara is 2 stories featuring stylish clothing for woman, men and children! Hey also sell accessories from necklaces, chokers and earrings to shoes and more! It has an escalator and elevator for your convenience! Zara hosts 2 semi annual sales and it gets pretty hectic in store and online! Zara is my favorite clothing store after living in San Diego, CA for 12 years. I'm so so happy to have one in Buffalo! They're leggings, jeggings and basic tee's are my fave and go to items! read more

I was checking out yesterday, and the sales associate, he should not have that title. He was rude, did not look at us. Did not say thank you! Did not say goodbye. He actually did not speak at all. He was rude and needs a lesson in customer service. I will not go back there if I see him in there. Very disappointing to see such disrespect. read more

Zara has trendy, and adorable kids and babies clothes. I got about 8 matching outfits each (16 total) for my three year old and three month old for maybe $200, very affordable. They carry Disney brand as well! read more

I've had 2 bad experiences here and 1 good, not sure I will be back. Their clothing isn't my cup of tea but their children's clothing is cute and surprisingly cheap. First experience while cashing out "supervisor" told cashier no when he asked her to help him with the line. That's pretty pitiful and honestly terrible customer service. Second time I went there, cashier was extremely friendly and carried on meaningful "small talk" with me and the person I was there with while we cashed out. Third and final time returning clothes my son didn't like cashier never spoke a word to me but carried on a conversation with a co-worker the whole time. The return process was so slow, a transaction that should have taken 2 minutes at most took 10 minutes because after she scanned each item she put a sensor on it, while carrying on a "personal" conversation with her co-worker. I would say the store needs to be retrained in customer service but it seems like a lost cause. read more

The worst customer service, staff and management ever! Don't bother coming in 20 minutes before the store closes because they will follow you around and basically kick you out. Wanted to give them a second chance on another visit but the doors were closed 15 minutes before the store closed! Awful store! read more

The phone just rings and rings. No one ever answers. I've tried on multiple occasions. I called online customer service and they couldn't even contact the store. I made an online order to pick up in store and they couldn't find it. It has been over 3 weeks and I was never notified that it was in store for pickup. I even went in to see if they forgot to send the email notification. Nothing. Please fix your phone! read more

Complete disaster start to finish. Customer service was non existent, rude employees on their phones gossiping in the changing room, not helpful getting different sizes for either of us and don't let ladies use bathroom. Clothes are priced fairly but the employees are so miserable won't shop there again. read more

Buyer beware! They have a horrible return policy. Went in and tried on a pair of pants in two sizes to decide which fit best. After deciding which I wanted, a sales girl helped me to the register with both pairs. I told her which of the two sizes I wanted and she cashed me out. I got home, removed all tags, including the bulky and uncomfortable internal ones, and proceeded to put them on. Immediately I was aware the pants were the wrong fit, and I checked the tag. The girl gave me the wrong pair. I brought them in for a return, had all tags present including the internal ones, and the receipt. Zara apparently does not accept returns of items with removed tags, yet they do not inform their customers of this policy. Thus at the hand of a very incompetent staff member, I am short my money and a pair of pants. Extremely disappointing that I should suffer from the inability of their staff to follow simple instructions. read more
