Eventually I called other locations in town and found out the general manager's name, But after calling, leaving a message and explaining my situation even after four days, I still have not received a call back from anyone. Now we just get our Sammie's delivered cause it's hard getting out some days with a back injury. It's nice to get a sub and some Mac salad brought to the house, usually always hits the spot.
