He made an attempt to try and make things right and I do try to support local business which is why I didn't take it to Best Buy where I got the tv five years to be looked at in the first place. It sounded like he is trying to improve things since there was a more than a good chance the tv would have been repairable.

The antenna installers/technicians from Bannon Communications were knowledgeable and hard workers…read more They had already put in a full day yet did out antenna installation accurately and without rushing. They were careful to minimize the signal cabling visibility and added antenna wall sockets expertly. They set up all of the TVs for Over the Air reception, tested the reception, and did a great job cleaning up after their installation. (I've had local yocals subcontracted by our satellite provider multiple times that blow in, do a half-@$$ job and vanish. Not these guys! I was so glad when the Bannon Communication technicians showed up in a van with Bannon Communications displayed on the vehicle.) Working with Reed Bannon, the owner and CEO was a pleasure. You can tell by talking with him that he knows his craft and that the job will be done to your satisfaction - he guarantees it! I highly recommend Bannon Communications -and that says a lot because I am a picky $0b - you might have to wait a few days to get on their schedule given how busy they are, but they are well worth the wait!

As an added bonus, the staff there are super friendly and very knowledgeable.

We are grateful to them and will certainly use them in the future.

Yes. *Points at you* A hot tub for you (and new electrical panel). *Points at someone else* A hot tub for you (and new electrical panel). Let's all install hot tubs, Eastern Iowa! My not at all practical pipe dream of having a hot tub to bask in all began with a hot tub. Once it was secured and... we realized we actually could not just plug it in to the existing electrical outlet. (How naive of me to assume it was that easy?!) It took a hot minute to find an electrician. But once we found Price Electric they made it happen. They were responsive. They were quick acting. They got the parts and installed the electrical panel the day we had hoped. They even accidentally didn't have a part (doh) and STILL made it happen within 24 hours. Both securing the part and sending an employee out the following day. AGAIN, making my not at all practical but oh so worth it hot tub dreams a reality. Price Electric was prompt, professional, competitively priced and overall a dream to work with. Do yourself a favor. Get yourself a hot tub... and when you, too, realize you need to update your electrical... call Price Electric.
