Little did I know that this place really doesn't have the equipment to provide the service requested. Instead he just used a phone and "tried" to program the keys. Knowing he didn't have the proper equipment to provide a programming service. But yet he had absolutely no problem charging me the full price. He knew it was beyond his capability. But he also offered to swap it with the deadbolt from a less used door for my peace of mind. He was in and out in less than 30 min, would have been faster if we didn't swap deadbolts.
