I tried to schedule an appointment with him to come give us a quote and review the job. After giving him a few more details about placement, access, etc,. He asked if she would be availble that night, we said yes any time between 5pm-9pm. At 7pm we got a message that he hadnt checked his phone and that he could stop by the day after. We set up another time frame where he would stop by, never showed... you get the point. All in all, we were no showed 3 times, and rescheduled several. Not sure if it was too good to be true. If he really had more emergencies pop up. Or if he just didn't want to do this small job... but it was a lot of time wasted, schedule movement on my wifes end to make it work, just for no work to ever happen. Very unfortunate.
