He provided a helpful assessment of the situation and suggest a solution. We decided to go with One Roofing because of the experience, even thoguh others had quoted a lower cost (and some quoted astronomically more (i.e. replace the whole roof). In addition to 5-year guarantee, he assured there would not be any additional cost to fixing the problem and the quote would be the full cost which we appreciated. The One Roofing crew came out shortly and completed the job all within one day. They initially came out with only one technican but went to get another one so the job could be completed in one day. Hameed was not the one working on my roof, but he did come out in the afternoon the inspect the work and make sure everything is in good order. We test the draining in the front and rear and so far so good in terms of improving the pooling of water.

Ryan was on time for the initial bid walk-through and provided the quote on-time as promised during the meeting. That's rare in this business. The crew arrived on time to start the project and kept us informed throughout the process, which took a month to complete. Hailey, our sales rep, arrived on time and conducted a professional walk-through to hear our ideas. We discussed rough quotes for the kitchen and bathroom remodels, and she presented the option of a $10k design phase contract as a first step. We wanted to compare multiple contractors before committing and requested a written quotation first. The next day, I followed up via voicemail and text to ask about the quotation and clarify any questions. I received no response. I followed up again on 3/31 but did not receive a reply. Based on this, I assume the company is not interested, but I would have appreciated clear communication rather than no response at all.
