Ellison Painting pressured washed the 3 car garage and 2 story house in one day. They also fixed some wood damage found on dormer of garage. They prepped both structures and protected all plants around the structures that were inground. The house color and trim color as well as front door are just amazing! These guys are true professionals. Took my 1976 Wainwright home and removed the popcorn ceiling, repaired holes, scratches, wear and tear, and brought it up to date. Brandon was very helpful in assisting the color selection. Never knew you could reduce the color and that made it just right. Their crews were here when they said they would be. Their time estimate was dead on. Brandon and Adam were always available to answer questions. Had 3 different crews, one for removal of the ceiling and repairs, one to texture, and a painting and finishing crew. All were polite and professional. Totally satisfied with their work. When you start a job I feel like that job needs to be finished before you start another and these guys were constantly bouncing in and out my house for about a week and a half. I assume to take care of other customers. Our home had been rented out for quite some time so it needed to be painted badly. This company was recommended by a few people. I regret it immensely. I should have just taken the time and done it myself. The time I waited for them to finish I probably could have done it in the evenings after work and the weekends. And I would have saved myself some money and a lot of hassle. Oh and it probably wouldn't have turned out so horribly! I was told nail holes would be filled. I didn't realize when I was told that I would be able to tell you where every single nail hole was because they just slapped the spackle on and left flat spots everywhere. And I'm not talking like 1/2" flat spots I'm talking 6" flat spots and more than one on a single wall. I was also told they wash the walls down before painting but the little lint balls on a large majority of my walls say otherwise. I had a small wall I removed myself and the wall needed minimal touch up because the wall was added after the home was built. I'm talking minimal sanding of layered paint strips(probably could have been scratched off with a putty knife) from the corners of the removed wall and instead they literally took a trowel and went from the ceiling to the floor and made the wall perfectly flat in about an 8 inch wide section. I had to put a china hutch in front of it because it looks so awful!!!!! They didn't get the edges of the ceiling where it meets the wall when they sprayed it and you can tell. They also liked using my air conditioner while spraying so the blower fan in my unit was covered in paint, the filter could only stop so much. The air conditioner vents and filter returns were not removed and painted, they just sprayed them on the ceiling which left the return vent nice and textured from the dust build up. My garage was used to paint but I guess they didn't feel it was important to put some plastic walls up because I had overspray on the things that were in the garage. The water lines to the toilets weren't masked off so there's overspray on them. I came by one afternoon to check on the progress and my kitchen faucet was broken, I had missing glass covers for lights, and there were a couple of other issues along the way. Very reasonable prices and quality work. Brandon is a great guy and makes sure the job is done as promised and agreed upon - on time. He knows what he's doing and makes good recommendations about paint color, combinations, etc. They did the entire interior and exterior of my house and even replaced all the fascia boards behind my gutters (for a small extra charge), which were rotted and falling apart.
