Karla assisted us and was incredibly kind and attentive. Although they didn't have the ring size we needed for the next day, she did everything she could to help us. Ultimately, we had to purchase the ring elsewhere, but her outstanding customer service left a lasting impression. This location of Zales and working with Charlotte was truly a Godsend! I have been to other jewelry stores in my area, but I was in California taking my son to College. I just happened to be browsing for that special engagement ring. As a man looking for that special ring for your love can be a little overwhelming to say the least. Charlotte totally put me at ease while giving me total attention. I didn't feel pushed or pressured. She even found another willing shopper to try on the ring so that I could see what it would look like on my Honey's finger, since she was not with me . Had the pleasure of meeting Karla(make sure you ask for her), she was very informative and really knew her stuff. I originally purchased the ring in the end of October but went back later when it went on sale during the holidays and got the price difference(my dad didn't raise no fool). I came this location this past Saturday. I was browsing the displays and I was approached a few times by a few workers, I wasn't ready to zero in on some items. When I was ready to see about some jewelry I asked for some assistance, a young lady helped me and she was pretty helpful. She was walking me through some items and others that I may be interested in. Until we got to the watches. I asked about a few Womens watches along with some mens as well. She told me alot of the watches on display were "above my budget" I asked her to repeat what she said and she did. So I asked her what makes you think these Time pieces are above my budget? She recanted and stated that it wasnt meant to be in a mean way. I was pretty offended. And I asked her that I never said about any budget of any kind. I asked her that comment was very rude. And I showed her the watch I was wearing and told her if she knew what kind of watch it was, she did not know. I was wearing a Tag Heuer Monaco Calibre 16 3xs more than any time pieces they had on display. I walked out, I was ready to spend money and I had a Zales card with a high spending limit. After I'm donr paying for a recent purchase I will be cxl'ing my card and stay with other Jewelry Co's I have accounts with. I should have known not to come to this loction giving the bad reviews. Was browsing their display looking for an engagement ring to purchase, didn't get approached or asked if I needed assistance I waited for 30 min to get someone to help me but not even a "I'll be with you shorty". I just walked away only to be approached by the jeweler as I was leaving with a "Sorry" which I ignored because she obviously wasn't. I honestly have to say.. I would NOT go anywhere else.. The girls at this location have thee BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever got!! These girls always remember me and it's even to the point if I'm not shopping for jewelry I just come to say hi. The girls make it fun and easy and even though I always mess around and tell them I am going to Daniels, they know I am a forever customer to them. The first time I went in to buy my girlfriend jewelry for her birthday, these girls made it fun and explained every detail of every aspect. Then I went again for Christmas shopping for my girlfriend and as hard as I made it seem, they always know what to say and what my girlfriend would like. And my girlfriend LOVES each gift. Went in on a sat and was immediately greeted. Despite the fact that I was missing my paper work for my warranty inspection Marie was able to pull up my profile and even printed me out a new one for my future inspections. I came in to adjust a watch and after some time waiting for an employee to help me, they approached me and gladly took my watch and began to make the adjustments. After it was completed, they presented me with a charge. I was surprised to hear it because nothing of it was mentioned to me previously. It wasn't a matter of paying the money, it was the principle of them first completing the job and not leaving me with an option. When I mentioned it up to the employee, she basically told me off and said "It's not my problem. You got a service now you have to pay for it." I responded that it wasn't the idea of paying that bothered me, it was the lack of mentioning it beforehand. Upon hearing that, the employee became upset, got rude and unprofessional, began to threaten me and overall treated me like shit. I have been a customer of Zales for so many years and have spent more money there on presents for myself, friends, and family, than at any other store. I doubt this will remain to be the case any more after this dreadful experience. I do not recommend. read more

So let me get this straight Eric, Zales computers does not have the capability to save purchases, along with the jewelry protection plan that I purchased one year ago but I faithfully receive my bill by email and postal mail every month?!?!? And when you said let me call Corporate and I will call you on Monday but I never received a call from you. Then when I come in the store to follow-up on what happened, you tell me things happen to computers??? So the watches, rings necklaces that I've purchases over the years is lost in Zales la la land?? Sounds like some fradulant slicky ricky behavior to me. It took all my strength to not go and buy a Gillette razor and cut all that gross, not groomed hair off your face!! I think you're in the wrong business you need to join the circus because you are a clown. You are a liar and I'm disgusted with your unprofessional attitude. After I make my last few payments I'm cancelling my account. Sure I'll probably take a 15 point lost on my credit but not having to deal with the uncertainty of if my expensive purchases will be in the system is beyond me. I am so unhappy with this location. I went to buy a watch and was treated very coldly after I decided to get a 300 dollar watch instead of a 3000 dollar ring. The saleswoman obviously worked on commission and it was evident. I decided to give it a second try and buy a second watch, and once I said I had coupons I wanted to use for a second purchase, the saleswoman went off to help someone else! That is poor customer service! I was willing to spend another 400 dollars and it was evident that they did not want my money! Save yourself the time and go to another location! I hate to say shop online and take away jobs, but seriously, if they don't want to serve the customer, I'd rather just eliminate this whole hassle of being ignored! read more

Went into the store for a size down, thinking this would be an easy fix. Spoke with Carla the manager since the other seller rolled her eyes when I asked for the manager since this was an exchange and my spouse had already spoken to Carla (manager). Carla gave an attitude as well. They found my spouses info and performed the trans but since the ring was picked up earlier and given to me while on vacation it "exceeded the return policy" so as a favor they performed the exchange and I had to pay an additional amount of just under $100 for protection as Carla said it's a "Favor for doing the transaction". They spoke to the DM to get approval for the trans but I feel as though the amount I paid was to better the sales for the day so that the are not losing money for the day. Horrible service as I walked I heard them speaking Rude Carla even cursed multiple times while waiting for the code from her DM. I highly recommend NOT buying from here. read more
