The family members I have spoken too rave about her. She's quick to make referrals, and she genuinely cares about patient's receiving the best possible treatment even after they leave her area of specialty. In short, she is personifies the health profession's symbolic care and dignity to its greatest by humanizing each patient no matter what their socioeconomic background. I think that's what sets her apart the most. I took the time to write this review because specialists like Ms. Grindle need to be recognized for their care and concern for patients. Many individuals receiving medical care feel like they're just another name on a piece of paper when they visit their primary care physicians. But you won't feel that way with Ms. Grindle. I have very complex health history and in addition to helping treat my case herself she is always able to refer me out to other specialists. She always tries to take the best care of me that she can. I am thankful to have found a provider that listens and is knowledgeable about many chronic conditions. I have been able to keep myself out of the ER through close management of my chronic illnesses with PCCNC. Additionally, when I was admitted into the hospital, the NP was able to have a care conference with the hospitalist to help clarify some of the illnesses I have. For minor issues it is very easy to see a PCP and get prompt treatment, because of this I no longer need to go to an urgent care when I have a small health problem. The office staff is friendly, they always answer the phone and reply to messages. They are able to send out prior authorizations and coordinate imaging and referrals. If you are looking for a new primary care office, this office does an excellent job. I could not recommend them enough.

I see those all the time and they really torque me. The review was supposed to be for a PRODUCT, not for the "delivery service". This review is supposed to be specifically about Doctor Sorkhi, not the office staff. One reviewer said that incompetence starts at the top. That is only true in a single-doctor practice where he personally hires his own staff. That is NOT the case with Doctor Sorkhi at Graybill. Graybill is a large company and he works for them. Graybill provides a shared staff. Please do not bash the doctor for something that is out of his control. Besides, I did not have any issues at all with the staff. Everyone was friendly and everything was smooth. Another problem these days is that people tend to be motivated to write when they are unhappy, but not so much when they are happy. I'm sure that Dr. Sorkhi has a lot of happy patients because he is an excellent surgeon with an easy-going personality. I am one of those happy patients. I urge other happy patients to write and help overcome the absurd negative reviews. My experience was excellent. I needed an emergency gallbladder removal. Dr. Sorkhi met with me ahead of time to discuss the procedure. He patiently answered all of my questions. The laparoscopic surgery was a complete success. I recovered quickly with very little pain at the surgical site and none of the shoulder pain that some people get from lap surgery. When I first came out of anesthesia Dr. Sorkhi was right there to reassure me that it went well and to answer any post-op questions I had. He also called my wife right after surgery to discuss it with her. She was pleased with that discussion. Both of us found him to be warm, sincere and competent. I give Dr. Sorkhi my full recommendation. Do not be turned away by incompetent reviewers.

1 Star -- Extremely Disappointing and Heartless Experience…read more My 90-year-old wheelchair-bound mother, my husband, and I have all been patients of Perlman Clinic. After what happened today, all three of us will be leaving the practice. I had an 11:00 AM appointment for my mother, but the office called and changed it to 10:40 AM, insisting she needed a 40-minute appointment. I explained that we did not need 40 minutes, but they insisted. Getting my 90-year-old mother out of the house is extremely difficult. I drove 30 minutes to pick her up, helped get her into the car, and then drove another 25 minutes to the clinic. Knowing I would be late, I called the office ahead of time to let them know. I arrived approximately 15 minutes late. My mother was still sitting in the car while I went inside to get help transferring her into a wheelchair. I explained the situation, that she was in pain and needed to see a doctor, and pleaded with them to please see her. They refused. What was most upsetting was the complete lack of compassion toward a 90-year-old, wheelchair-bound patient. The staff's response felt cold, dismissive, and aggressive. There was no attempt to accommodate the situation or show understanding of what it took to get my elderly mother to that appointment. My mother had been a patient of the medical practice Perlman took over for approximately 50 years. After decades as a patient, this is how she was treated. This is also not my first frustrating experience. I have personally waited 20-30 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time at this practice, yet there was no flexibility when an elderly patient arrived 15 minutes late after her appointment had been changed by the office. I have also been disappointed by what I perceive as a lack of continuity and experience among some of the providers I've encountered, as well as frequent referrals to outside specialists rather than having concerns addressed directly. The front-office experience has been particularly disappointing. I have witnessed behavior that I consider unprofessional, including staff chatting about personal matters in the waiting area. Two employees, Gavin and Cezon, were particularly rude and aggressive during today's interaction. Healthcare should involve more than policies and appointment times. It should involve compassion, especially when dealing with elderly and vulnerable patients. Perlman Clinic failed my mother today. After this experience, I no longer have confidence in this practice. All three of us will be finding healthcare elsewhere.

In November 2024 he replaced my right hip, I have had no (post) issues at all with any surgery, just happy to have the procedures behind me. Second, is Dr Brummel's staff; his nurse and in the front Desiree and Alexandra (sp) they were so helpful in getting the scheduling (I had to reschedule once, lotsa' moving parts when this happens), the attention to detail with my meds, equipment and therapy I'd need post-surgery, I have total confidence in them. Most of all attaining all the necessary paperwork needed when my Tricare became an issue, I almost had to delay the surgery a second time, they kept me informed of all steps and procedures prior to surgery. Every appointment was on time and focused on me, so much appreciated.
