The staff was very nice and the Endoscopy went very well. I would come back here in the future if needed more testing.

I got the impression that the center is a colonoscopy assembly line, so to speak, so they know what they're doing.

Before I came to this facility, the nurse liaison, Sarah, sold me on this place. What a phenomenal salesman. She knew I was eager to get Good physical therapy. I've been diagnosed as a partial quadriplegic. I've held the deep belief that I could improve if I could get the right physical therapy. She convinced me that would be the case here; I would receive the best physical therapy, with the best facilities, with the best trainers. I'm on my seventh week without physical therapy. Why? The same Sarah is also somehow the one responsible for getting my letter of agreement to the insurance company. For seven weeks she simply hasn't done this. Why would she? I'm not a person after all, I am an insurance payment. If you happen to run into Sarah, she is a great spinner of stories; none of the stories are true. I was getting RNA until they head-trainer Frank, canceled the program. In a phone conversation with him I tried to explain that I thought there was a miscommunication in regards to the cancellation. He repeatedly talked over me. Not letting me get a word in He repeatedly said, "I don't care what you have to say, I canceled the program." Frank's favorite things to do are moping around and watching TV (not training patients). Recently after coming back from PT I had a new roommate. The roommate I recognized from a previous facility. He assaulted numerous employees: kicking, punching, even throwing his own feces. He is not sane. Imagine the shocking horror I experienced when walking into my own room and finding him feet from my bed separated by a small curtain. It took less than an hour before he threatened me telling me he would **** me up. k*ll me. These aren't empty threats. He has further assaulted at least two employees here. A nurse heard this and he was moved to the room next to mine. We now share a bathroom and a door that links our rooms together. So he can now walk into my room and carry out his threats whenever he's so decides. Imagine the fear and anxiety that are my constant companions in this godforsaken facility. This man can walk, i am partial quadriplegic. I am not safe here. It's hot on my side of the facility because they keep the windows open to outside. Why? Because the stench of urine and defecation is so strong and overpowering coming from this patient Room that the windows have to be open to mitigate the smell. He urinates and defecates in his bed. He refuses to be washed or cleaned -and with the threat of assault who would want to clean him anyways. The administration regularly has 5 CNA's on the floor for 74 beds. That is 14.8 patients per CNA. That is budgeting patient-care out of the building. "They got it", says Jay the administrator when made aware of this predicament. No Jay, they don't. Jay is the third administrator in the year-plus I've been here. Patient- care (or a lack there of) is at an all-time low. The collective morale contained within this facility is at an all-time low. Experienced employees are being fired or leaving and being replaced by 22-year-olds with zero experience (why pay an experienced CNA when you can hire a one with no experience for much cheaper). One of these was put on the floor without finishing orientation in a section he had never had. The incompetence and carelessness of this administration is concerning, it's frightening. My quality of life in this facility is one of constant anxiety, sleepless nights, and complete the dehumanization. I can go on and on with the truth about this place. About how, for instance, I was pushed out of bed by a CNA who said I fell out of bed because of my "bad attitude" (does that mean she did it on purpose?). A new administrator who didn't introduce himself (Jay)came in my room and told me he wanted me to "feel safe" (not to be safe). The fact is: I'm not safe. Like a street preacher proselytizing, here I am trying to keep one person out of hell. Will I be further punished and denied physical therapy because I write this. I very well may be. So be it. If you read this, believe me: to lie in a bed here is to forgo your humanity. Don't come here.

Let's count off the red flags...#1 I make an appointment as this is the doctor assigned to me by new insurance. Everything seems normal. No mention is made of mask mandates or office hours or doctors other than the one I made the appointment with. 9:00 AM appointment, please show up at 8:45 to fill out paperwork? All good right? #2 I show up at the office on appointment day at 8:45. Door is locked. I knock, nothing. I call, nothing. I wait. At exactly 9:00 after waiting outside for 15 minutes, I call. Receptionist answers. Let's me in. She tells me I have to wear a mask. What? What year is it? Did I go back in time 4 years? Um, okay, I take the mask. No big deal. I ask about being asked to be here at 8:45 and she looks at me like I'm an idiot and says "We open at 9:00" Mmmmkaaay. #3 After I take 15-20 minutes to fill out paperwork (obviously) a visibly annoyed staff member shows me to a room. Yep, this is clearly all my fault. #4 I finally get to see the doctor I made an appointment with? Nope! I am now being seen by a PA student. Nobody told me this or asked my permission (honestly, this wonderful woman would end up being the best part of my experience and I sincerely hope she wasn't being held there against her will). #5 I bring all of my prescription medications with me and let her know my exact dosage and how long I've been on each one. How well they're working, etc. She says "no problem", confirms my pharmacy and which ones might need a refill. Now she has to check with the doctor (who still does not exist as far as I know) and comes back 5 minutes later. No dice. I need a referral to get any refills. Thanks for coming. We'll call you in a week with at referral. #6 Want to guess if I ever got that call?? Whatever the hell is happening in that building is not medicine. Honestly kinda glad I got out of there alive.

She came into my postpartum room extremely rude and hostile, didn't even smile, didn't even congratulate me. She was very condescending and seemed to want to make me feel intimidated based on her job title, once I even found out what her job title was after our altercation... She demanded to me rudely to turn my TV off because I kept asking her to repeat herself, even after my infant was crying over her and I couldn't hear her, I wasn't even aware she was the social worker because she did not state that, she must have used another term but I was unaware she was the social worker when she introduced herself and her job title to me, not once did she say "social worker". After she left I asked the nurse when the social worker would arrive and they told me that she was the social worker. Her name was Ganell? Or Janelle? I felt like she made decisions based off her own personal dissatisfaction and judgment toward me, and was extremely unprofessional and power driven, keeping me at the hospital and preventing me from being discharged as some form of personal punishment for not taking her attitude very well. I even overheard that based on her judgement; that I might have to stay until Monday, and the stress has been killing me, for reasons she kept me, she didn't even inquire about, or even ask me to explain anything regarding her own concerns. I came in Wednesday at 6cm dilated in active labor around 3am and have another child waiting for me at home. I've been here basically 3 days and counting and I feel like I am in a postpartum prison. I don't understand why they cannot continue investigating my case at home and let me go home. Even a lot of other staff members and nurses are confused that I am having to stay so long and were surprised that I was no longer able to discharge based off Miss Janell's orders and "discomfort" of me.

My experience with Graybill keeps getting worse…read more More than a week ago, I tried to schedule an appointment with my regular primary care physician, whom I've seen for nearly eight years. I was told he had no appointments available until June, so I was scheduled with a PA I had never seen before. On the day of the appointment, I arrived five minutes late because of traffic. The receptionist was immediately rude and said, "You're late." I apologized and explained that I was stuck in traffic. She replied, "Well, they're very strict," and told me to sit down. Two minutes later, she told me the provider wanted to reschedule. I declined and said I would be filing a grievance instead. After I left, someone else from Graybill called me. She was also rude and unapologetic. While I was speaking with her, I had Sharp Health Plan on the other line and merged the calls. When the grievance manager asked whether the office has a grace period for late patients and whether patients are told about each doctor's preferences in advance, she said that policies vary by doctor: some will not see a patient if they are one minute late, some will see a patient if they are 15 minutes late, and some will even see a patient if they are two hours late. She then claimed that patients are always told these policies and are also told to arrive 15 minutes early. That was not true in my case. I never received any reminder or notice telling me I needed to arrive 15 minutes early. I still need medical care and am now left trying to figure out whether I need to find a new primary care provider. What makes this even more frustrating is that Pamela responded to my previous review and told me to call, but she gave me the wrong number. I later got the correct number from my primary care physician's office manager, called it, left voicemails, and never received a return call. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone looking for a new medical group to think twice before choosing Graybill. They strive to provide the worst in patient care quality.
