I was first introduced to Soul Physical Therapy at Beverly's MomBall tournament. They had a…read moremuch-needed area where players could stop by and get a little work done. I have been suffering from a chronic pinched nerve and lower back pain for years now and meeting with knowledgeable staff who helped me identify problem areas really helped me stop putting off the necessary care I needed. DJ from Soul Physical Therapy was knowledgeable and friendly and gave me their information. Fast forward to today - I've gone a couple times and am seeing improvement. They've walked me through exercises to help strengthen and alleviate pain in these problem areas and have been great throughout the process! Also - side note: The receptionist was so friendly and kind on the phone and after having met her, you instantly want to be her friend. She's great! Today I worked with Jenna who I found to be so knowledgeable and amazing overall. I have sessions in the upcoming weeks and look forward to continuing my path to "healing" a lot of my chronic pain.

I have seen a variety of therapists for a variety of issues and have gotten relief every time…read more While each therapist is highly competent and seems interchangeable, they also have individual areas of expertise. It is not uncommon to work with one therapist and then get moved to another to build on your treatment. I've been very happy with the care I've received over the years and often recommend Soul PT to others without hesitation.

Having been in another PT organization previously for hip and back issues, my experience at…read moreOrthopedics Plus was the most positive and productive I’ve ever had. Joe Bernardo worked miracles on a shoulder with 2 rotator cuff tears and a ruptured bicep tendon. I opted not to have surgery, which I understood was not always successful and spent 4 months in PT with Joe. The treatment plan was always specific to my current range of motion, pain level and the activity level I wanted to achieve. We diligently worked through all of the functionality. I cannot say enough about how responsive and respectful Joe was at every session and I am over the moon with the result. I also want to say that all of the support staff was terrific and I was welcomed with open arms every time I arrived.

Most recently, I worked with Chris and the team on some knee pain I was experiencing during runs. The thoroughness with which my situation was diagnosed was highly impressive. He put together a recovery plan to get me back out on the road for runs with a comprehensive sequence of stretching, massaging, strengthening, and form correction. I have so many tools in my tool belt now to prevent relapse into a similar situation and I have Chris and the team to thank! Everyone I interacted with in the practice is top notch - from the front desk staff to the PTs to the assistants. They really take the time to get to know you and always checked in with me to see how my family members who had finished their treatment were doing. I highly recommend working with them!

In February 2020, I suffered a not so great knee injury while skiing. After a MRI, the orthopedist…read morerattled off my laundry list of injuries via phone, which sounded like a foreign language to me. Wanting to go to my appointment prepared, I brought Kayce to help me understand what all my issues and options were. Kayce helped me understand everything I had wrong and even advocated for me to get a more functional knee brace since I was going to be in it for the long run. Fast forward a month and COVID-19 hit, preventing me from participating in onsite pre-hab. Kayce ended up coming to my house regularly and treating my knee in my garage where we could leave the garage doors open for proper airflow while both armed with PPE. This allowed me to receive imperative treatment in a time I otherwise couldn't have. Post surgery, Kayce came to my rescue yet again. My bandages were wrapped so tight that I lost all the feeling in my foot. Kayce came over at the drop of a dime to rewrap my leg and inspect my incisions. Kayce possesses a vast knowledge of physical therapy techniques that has allowed me to successfully commence my healing journey during these unprecedented times. Without her support and treatment this year, I don't know what I would have done. I would highly recommend Kayce's care and compassion to anyone.
