I recently refinanced my house and it was by far the best experience I have had with a lending institution. I own multiple businesses and have dealt with banks for various lending needs at least 10 times over the past 10 years and working with Zack and his team was a whole new experience. First of all, Sommer was professional and very informative in finding the best option for me. Make sure to consult with Sommer before you pay any debt down. I found out that even though I thought I was doing the right thing by paying down debt it actually would have negatively affected by rating by paying off the wrong items.
