We were in a hard place to find another because the home warranty group assigned them to us, yet we had no contact for two weeks from them despite our multiple requests. Home warranty co finally got a hold of them, and Christati said it was OUR fault for calling them when they couldn't answer the phone, or if we called after their chosen business hours. LOL! Home warranty co found that irresponsible so cancelled the contract, and sent us a new plumber that only had 2 stars... that firm came within 6 hours, were super polite, and fixed the leak quickly. Don't believe all the reviews you see on here is the lesson... and don't wait for call backs from firms that don't want your business.

Found this company on Yelp and figured I'd give them a call, based on their great reviews. I called at 08:30 am and someone was here by 11. They came to my house, went to get the new heater, replaced the water heater, and took the old one with them all before 1:30. New 50 gallon water heater replace for $2,910. Kahlil and Bobby took great care of me and did not try to upsell me. They were kind and professional. Card, cash, or Venmo accepted. If I ever need a plumber in the future, I know who to call!

The Willis brothers consistently show up within just a few hours (often within the hour) no matter what time I call, and a real person always answers the phone without sending me to voicemail. They have handled a ton of work at my house over time--replacing a dishwasher inlet hose, fixing and welding a broken spigot in the backyard, replacing toilets, installing a pedestal sink, and using camera diagnostics. They are always patient, friendly, highly knowledgeable, and take the time to explain exactly what they are doing while keeping everything clean and professional. I was not present for the appointment but my husband was happy with the technician sent and said the technician was very helpful in answering some questions about repiping old pipes. I believed we paid $485.00 which is a fair amount for the work needed, during a heat wave, and the fact that the tech had to go under our hot house to fix the issue. I can recommend True Plumbing based on my experience.

I had a great experience with All American Plumbing, particularly Iain and his apprentice, Steve…read more I originally called because our kitchen drain had become completely backed up. I had tried troubleshooting it myself and initially thought it might be a relatively simple clog, but it became pretty clear that it needed a professional. Iain thoroughly snaked the line and got everything flowing properly again. While he was working, he also pointed out that the plumbing under our kitchen sink had a lot of smaller sections, fittings, and connections that could be simplified to minimize future issues. What I really appreciated was that it never felt like an upsell. He mentioned it simply as something I might want to consider in the future. I was actually the one who asked whether he could just take care of it while he was already there. He even hesitated because he wasn't sure he had all the necessary parts on the truck, but checked and was able to get it done. The new setup under the sink looks dramatically cleaner, simpler, and stronger. Some of the old fittings were pretty finicky, so I'm especially glad I didn't continue trying to tackle it myself. Iain and Steve spent about three hours between clearing the drain, rebuilding the piping, and making sure everything was working correctly. The pricing was also very reasonable, and Iain actually reduced the original drain-cleaning charge after I added the additional work without me even asking. Both Iain and Steve were friendly, professional, and straightforward. I also really appreciated that Iain took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me some good advice for maintaining the drains going forward. It's hard to find a plumber you feel like you can trust, and this was one of those experiences where I finished the job feeling like I had found someone I would absolutely call again. Highly recommend Iain, Steve, and All American Plumbing.
