The dept's frontline service manager (Tracy Zamora) got the troubleshooting lined up and learned there was some serious transmission work that needed to be done. She reached out for maintenance history and our warranty info and when all was dialed in, her action saved us a lot of money via the warranty. Buyer Beware - Our Experience with Subaru of Pueblo & Solon Automotive LLC…read moreMy parents, who are both in their 70s, visited Subaru of Pueblo with the intention of leasing a new 2026 Subaru Ascent. Instead, after spending an entire day at the dealership, they left having purchased a 2023 Subaru Ascent. The overall experience left our family disappointed and concerned. The salesperson, Manuel Garcia, used sales tactics that my family felt were overly aggressive and pressured my elderly parents into a purchase they had not originally intended to make. The vehicle was represented as having been inspected prior to sale. However, after taking it home, we discovered: A broken driver's side air vent. A poorly replaced passenger-side window with extremely wavy glass that noticeably distorts visibility. Neither issue was disclosed during the sales process. While Subaru of Pueblo agreed to repair the broken air vent, they declined to address the defective window, explaining that the previous owner had chosen that replacement glass. Our concern isn't simply that the window wasn't repaired--it's that a vehicle supposedly inspected was sold without either the inspection or the salesperson bringing these issues to my parents' attention. These defects also did not appear to be reflected in the vehicle's price. As consumers, we expect licensed automotive sales professionals to demonstrate integrity, honesty, and transparency. Unfortunately, our experience reinforced the old saying: buyer beware. Ironically, Subaru of Pueblo and Solon Automotive LLC publicly states: "Solon Automotive LLC is dedicated to truly exceptional customer service, provided by honest, responsible, and respectful people... We strive to be the auto dealer of choice for our customers... and a model of integrity and excellence for our industry and community." Based on our experience, we do not believe that mission statement was reflected during the sales process. I do want to recognize Josh and the Service Department. They were professional, courteous, repaired the broken vent correctly, and completed the work within the promised timeframe. Their service was the bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. While I appreciate the efforts of the service department, I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle from Subaru of Pueblo or Solon Automotive LLC based on our experience. We felt the focus was on completing the sale rather than ensuring transparency and treating customers--especially elderly customers--with the honesty, responsibility, respect, and integrity the dealership claims to value. I hope this review encourages the dealership to better align its sales practices with the mission statement it proudly displays.

Went in for 2 cv axels on my Chevy volt reports back to me saying only one was completely busted but other was fine for now. He suggested just replacing one But I told him go ahead and replace both I got the car and thought all was well. Then just 1 year later the other cv axel goes out. Completely torn busted with ground up metal and clicking,the rubber was visibly aged a lot more than the other side which was flawless and new still. These are supposed to last 80- 150k My car was over 150k when one had finally busted. Anthony decided to charge me for both of them and lie to me and just used the one cv axel he advised me to get! it ended costing me another $600+ to go to breaks plus and they did it in just a few hours as a walk in. This guy is seriously mental and he was kinda rude to me throughout our interactions and it took 2 weeks to fix he just kept putting me off and kept giving me new time frames and costed $860 plus lost time at work so more like over 2k for just one single $140 part to be installed after not having any transportation or car to do my pizza delivery job with. He knew I was financially struggling at the time and took full advantage of me. Both places would order them but I would have to wait from a Thursday to next Wednesday. Not the case at Rocky Mountain Boat Company. Nope. Although they did not have the tires in stock they could get them ordered and received, mounted and balanced the next day Friday. The tires were done before 11AM The cost of the tires, mounting and balanced was less expensive than NAPA and the same price as WALMART. Thank you!

AVOID the SERVICE DEPARTMENT - it is a mess! Just bought a boat (used) and wanted to get it…read morechecked out. I took it to RoMoBoCo because they said they were able to get it in sooner than anywhere else I called. They made me an appointment 2 weeks out but said if I dropped it off a week early they might be able to get to it sooner - so I did. However, they did not get to it until 1 week AFTER my scheduled appointment. They found a few issues and quoted me a repair price, plus they needed to order parts. I told them to move forward. It took two weeks for the parts to arrive (or at least until they noticed the parts were received) and once they did it took another week for them to complete the repair. In total this place had my boat for 5 weeks, nearly half of the summer. They rarely called and updated me on the status. Instead I would call every couple of days and they would give me an expected completion date. On that date, I would call and they would tell me they weren't able to get to it as they have been super busy. This happened probably 7 or 8 times. When my boat was finally done, I showed up the next day to pick it up and had to stand there for 15 mins while Scott finished the paperwork that was not done. Then he gave me my bill and it was a couple of hundred dollars higher than quoted. I questioned this and he explained that the technician didn't know the extent of the work until he opened it up (motor). At this point I was pretty agitated. Between all of the delays and the cost higher than quoted, I was not happy. Scott ended up taking 10% off of the bill, but that amounted to $150 which doesn't make up for the 5 weeks I didn't have my boat. Additionally, he told me they have had so many problems with scheduling that they are no longer providing timelines or estimated durations for service. What? From a scheduling perspective they are so inept that they can no longer provide duration estimates for jobs? What kind of service business works like this? In summation, I chose them because they could get to my boat the soonest. However, what they told me was complete BS, and there were other places I could have used that would have gotten it in sooner, had they been accurate and transparent with their scheduling and backlog. YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS PLACE.
