Pad Thai with beef. Lunch special
Lynn C.

This place is always a hit. My bf worked nearby here and I'd always meet him for lunch. During lunch hours it's always busy because everyone else comes for their break. Prices are okay but food is excellent. There are self serve complimentary salad, crisps, and soup of the day. Highly recommend getting. Fried rice is authentic Asian. Soft and delicious. I always get with chicken. Love their tempura dish. It's always cooked to perfection. And it's a big portion. Not too greasy. Pad see ew is soo good just how I like it. Tender noodle and perfect meat to veggie ratio. I like to get this with beef Khao soi is perrrrfect here! Flavor is perfect. I even get this on a hot day. I like to get this with chicken. Since that's how it's normally made. We've also tried their red curry. It's good but not one of my favs as the rest above. We always get their Thai tea. It's on the sweeter side. But I like that. I haven't had a bad dish or experience. Absolutely love this place. It's a staple for me.

OK, so there's a reason why this place has over 1000 reviews and most of them four stars are higher first off. Let me start by saying that the menu is absolutely huge. If you can't find something to eat on this menu you're in the wrong spot. We went on a Friday night and this sushi bar was busy and thriving everything that we ordered was absolutely amazing and there was no complaints. our server was fast and knowledgeable and my husband and I cannot wait to go back and try the other things on the menu that we didn't get to try this time.

I'm a zabb fan. This time I got the spicy beef salad as recommended by Antonio. And I am so so happy I listened to him because WOW! So good. That with a side a rice is the perfect meal. Refreshing. Kind of gives papaya salad vibes. I like it a lot!

The service was amazing! The food is fresh and delicious! The restaurant is clean. The music is calm and relaxing. Great place to have lunch, dinner, dine in or takeout. Family gatherings, dates, celebrations or just in the mood for fresh delicious Asian cuisine.

One of my all time favorites! I come in once a week. I try to get something new everytime and it's delicious everytime. Service is amazing! I love all the staff and owners! The restaurant is well kept and enough space so even when it gets crowded you don't feel it!!! 10/10!

Ordered a take out. Menu says Basil Fried rice. They sent me Basic sauce with vegetables and white rice separately.! Worst experience ever. And the taste was so bad.

Consistently really great food and service. They have a very good lunch special- even on the weekends! Their red curry is the best.

Delivery order arrived hot and packaged well. I ordered the crispy garlic prawns and the Tom Kha soup with chicken. The prawns were huge with a tempura batter on a bed of steamed veggies with the garlic sauce on the side. The shrimp themselves were quite delicious. The sauce, however ,was lacking flavor. As for the soup, it had a nice kick to it the ,but, the chicken was somewhat dry.

Definitely a staple for us whenever we're in the Plantation, Florida area. We've been coming here for about seven years, and the familiarity is what keeps us coming back. Place is always full of customers. They have a well rounded menu, which is a big plus. To start. The ginger dressing on their house salad is especially good. The sushi boats are huge, the rolls are especially solid with fresh fish, and there are plenty of great options beyond sushi. The Pad See Ew is a must and the pan fried dumplings are excellent, one of the few places that actually pan fries them instead of steaming or frying. The pineapple rice and egg rice are also very good. Tonight I tried the wonton soup. Wasn't really a fan, but I can see why other people enjoy it. The crispy garlic and cilantro was too for me, and the wontons themselves were a little too garlicky. Besides that everything was on point. Service was consistent.

First time tor lunch, have had dinner snd takeout! Verdict.... Lunch is a great deal. See photos of menu. I cheated.... Ordered pad thai with both fried tofu snd chicken, medium spice, with pik nam pla on the side. The portion was very generous, peanuts were actually a lit, to the side to distribute as you wish, as were fresh bean sprouts! So much, I gave leftovers to my husband for dinner! Lunch also includes salad bar and soup! Incredible deal, great price. Service is always so friendly and welcoming!

It's actually one of my go-to places now for sushi! I really enjoy the torched salmon belly sushi, sweet shrimp amaebi & tom yom soup! I do think the sashimi slices are thicker than usual but it definitely fills you up. I also enjoyed their chicken fried rice and beef pad see u. Those are both tasty items and ofcourse the Thai tea. Prices are average, not too expensive. I love the staff here. The service is always so quick and super friendly. Shout out the sushi chefs, Mary, & Ann. Super sweet gals. I love how clean this place is every time I come here.

I no longer live as close to Zabb as I did before, but I came back recently and was reminded on how amazing this place is. The food is phenomenal. I ordered their california roll and veggie gyoza (another great thing about this restaurant; most places I go to don't have veggie gyozas, only pork), and I wasn't disappointed. And again, the service is beyond exceptional and very friendly. I also love their sangrias!

One of the best Thai spots in Broward. Their prices are fair and portions are huge. I was able to make my pad Thai two meals. The service was great and made sure we didn't have any but allergies and did not keep bothering us. It was busy but I did not feel like I was forgotten and whenever my water was getting low they were there to refill it. It was also very clean. I would say the menu seemed authentic Thai food.

The eatery was buzzing on a Saturday evening with its modernly decorated dining room constantly filling up. Seating about 80, it also sports a sushi bar. Our server, Jensen, provided great service and excellent suggestions. I had an otoro version of a margarita. It came with sugar on the rim. Not to my liking. We ordered the coconut rock shrimp appetizer that came with large, meaty shrimp and a great dipping sauce. But the shrimp had no flavor and was very bland. We also had the tuna crispy rice. The presentation was lovely. But the appetizer was underwhelming. For dinner we had the cucumber skin roll with tuna, salmon, and a avocado. Again, a beautiful presentation with tuna that melted in your mouth. But again, not impressive. The standout was the curry udon with chicken katsu; thick, meaty udon noodles; and a delectable curry sauce so good I slurped up each drop. Of course we had to try the pandan creme brulee and the ube flan. The latter being the better of the two desserts. Dinner for two with 1 alcoholic drink, 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 2 desserts, tax, and tip was $128.

Salmon skin (we added cream cheese), the Gamdam and the Orange dragon roll. We loved all 3. The Gamdam was my favorite. The different textures were just perfect. My husband had spicy drunken noodles with chicken. He said it was perfectly spicy. Service was very friendly. We got there about 45 minutes before closing and we never felt rushed. A New Favorite in Davie -- Sumo Asian Kitchen Delivers Quality & Heart…read more I've been on the hunt for a new sushi spot, and Sumo Asian Kitchen in Davie absolutely blew me away. I'm not bougie, but I do know and appreciate high‑quality sushi -- and this place delivers it with heart. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the sweetest couple who I can only assume are the owners. They were warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely joyful about making sure every customer has a great experience. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it set the tone for the whole meal. My husband ordered the Hawaiian Fried Rice with chicken, and it was packed with flavor -- perfectly cooked, generous portions, and beautifully presented. I went straight for the Sushi Nori Platter, which came with nine stunning pieces of sushi. Every single bite was fresh and delicious, but the standouts were the Madai (so delicate and clean) and the salmon belly, which was rich, buttery, and absolutely amazing. You can taste the quality in every piece. The food, the service, the atmosphere -- everything came together to create such a memorable meal. Sumo Asian Kitchen is officially our new go‑to sushi spot, and I'm already excited to come back. Highly recommend!

Marumi Sushi has a wide variety of menu to choose from sushi to cooked food from the kitchen. We ordered different appetizers, small portioned food, some ramen and seafood & veggies hotpot. They literally have everything on the menu even the ones I didn't know I was craving for until I saw them on the menu. My girlfriend loves uni (sea urchin) so we ordered two pieces (1 pc per order) at a reasonable price. It was good for the price of ($14.50 may change due to market fluctuation). It wasn't Japanese uni, it looked and tasted like the ones from California. Nonetheless, it was good, especially with uni being scarce temporarily. We also tried their grilled shishito peppers (nice mini app to snack on), fried tofu with chicken sauce (very hot inside so be careful, but it was tasty and light enough to enjoy other dishes), spicy salmon roll wrapped in soy paper (very simply roll and tasty, you don't get tired of it after eating couple pieces), nato beans and rice with Ikura and quail eggs (tasted little blend but couldn't complain for the portion and quality), seafood hotpot (will satiate your hotpot craving until next time, and Michelle ramen (which was mediocre at best). I got the impression that the place is neat and well kept. I will definitely be going back for the second and third time. There are plenty of free parking spaces in the plaza. I'd definitely avoid the tempura as it didn't have the right coating and really didn't work with the broccoli. The best item was definitely the steak in my opinion. The seasoning was delicious and it was cooked to perfection. The short ribs weren't bad either. The coconut shrimp was tasty as well, but I've definitely had better. The sushi rolls was alright and there was a wide selection, but some of the sashimi didn't taste the freshest. They had a decent amount of salads around the corner, but I didn't take part in any. Another great thing was the dessert bar. I really love almond cookies, so I was elated to see them there. Their orange slices were perfectly sweet. Some of their cakes weren't had either. I also love when buffets have a good selection of ice creams, so it was nice to see they had several flavors. I got pistachio, which was just okay in flavor, but nice that there were bits of pistachio in it. I also got green tea which was a little disappointing, but there was a tinge of tea flavor. I think I got a chocolate one as well, which was tasty. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly and came by frequently to top off our drinks.
