Alex is always amazing! He is polite and gives you exactly what you want! Can't wait for his fall designs!

Walked in for a pedicure and fill they started me on my pedicure and then during tell me my fill is going to be an hour till they start me. I'm not one for writing reviews but this isn't the first time this has happened to me here. 3 weeks ago i had an appointment and i sat there for an hour and 20 mins until i saw anyone. I understand maybe being short staffed but don't take walk ins make appointments and be more professional. Many angry women walk in and out of this salon. It's sad. To come into a salon and hear nothing but pissed off women. Not an organized company and the doors are gonna close if they keep doing this to women. read more

If they give you the older man just leave it's not worth it he does not know how to do nails and they literally know that.

The pedicure looks good, but I we t through a painful process to get there. First time it was unpleasant. Was asked if I wanted my nails clipped. Isn't that a given? Salon was packed wall to wall. Had an appointment, but didn't matter. Waited 15 min getting my feet soaked. Used a file board so hard it bled, then painfully extracted a "hang nail" Not going back. read more

Will never be back again. Made and appoint for mani and pedi at one and ended up only leave with me feet done. Which took 2 1/2 hours for just gel color. Even though I was clearly upset and telling Tom the guy who was doing my fill that he was filing into the corners of my skin that and mentioned my nails were to short. His response was they were ugly because of how short I wanted and all I wanted was a short almond. Then recommend I go round even though you could clearly tell that my real nail was showing. By that time I was slowly getting more upset that's when i looked at the time and saw it was 333pm so I asked if I could just take them off I was told the shop closes at 4pm on Sunday. I was told to come back to correct my fill for my nails the next day. After being there for almost 4 hours waiting patiently. All I wanted was gel color and a fill. An if your looking for customer service or professionalism the wife or whoever she was she kept coming over and touching him well he was working on my hands also giving dirty looks. An mind you no one really talks to you. I don't look for conversation but a simple hello from the techs would be nice from the nail techs. I would say you get what you pay for but you don't they up charge you for a lot. Overall I highly don't suggest going here. Especially if you looking to relax. read more

Very limited color selection and very rushed service. Very quick pedicure - didn't care for cuticles or clean under nails or anything, basically just cut and painted. Not worth spending money on it read more

My wife and mother in law have been going here to get their nails done here for about 6 months and they have been amazing up until the last time they were there. One of the older women had done my mother in laws nails and after just a few hours her nails begin to hurt and started to chip and crack. Now going back they had to cut her nails all the way down due to that ladies incompetence and lack of skill. The gentleman are amazing at nails. read more

The bad reviews make sense; I got gel nails which chipped after 1 day!!!! They are supposed to last a week or two. The service sucks if you are getting a basic pedicure as well; they do it in 10-15 mins it is so basic and quick, they only want to serve you if you spring for the deluxe $40 pedi. I'm disgusted with the lack of work here...go anywhere else!!!! read more

I went to ZAnails today I thought the women who did my nails did a good job. But as I sat at her station I noticed how dirty the floor around the the pedicure tubs were and so were the walls of the tubs, the walls had chipping paint, the whole place just looked dirty. I dont think I'll be going back again ,I worry about germs now. They used to have a nice clean place it just looks like they really need to clean up. read more

Me and my wife came here for a pedicure. Hop did mine and he was awesome! My wife did not care for hers so I will not mention the young lady who did hers but she said it felt rushed and it was just ok. The salon is a small older shop but it appears this is not unusual as compared to other salons locally. The chairs as well as decor could use updating but they appeared clean and were extremely courteous and professional. It has been about 1 week and my big toe is chipping a bit but I do not get gel on my toes. Today I am going back for a fill so I will update this review later! My nails are natural so I am always terrified going to new people. Wish me luck! read more

Will not be returning. Bad service and my Nails are not very pretty. Very disappointed. Would give less stars if I could

I asked for pink and gold ombré what I got wasn't even close I ask them to just paint it all one color because it looked awful, and what I got was attitude and an extra charge so I pains $75 for a horrible job. read more

I love going here for a good manicure. I'm a server and an OCD cleaner so my manicure needs to last long and it usually does. I only do gel manicures because my nails are too brittle to handle acrylics. My life is busy, so I love that I can walk in anytime and get my nails done. Went here Monday and I was taken care of right away. Hop phu Giang , I believe, was the name of the nail tech who did my gel manicure. He listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. First time coming to Za Nails, made an apt in advance and had to wait 20 minutes just to be spoken to in the salon, got seated in a massage chair for pedicure for an hour and the water is freezing by the time they got to us. Staff is okay, definitely don't go out of their way to be polite. I'd never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I got a pedicure here with the rudest girl that works there. Wouldn't even talk to me or say hello. I was only allowed to put my feet in the water for 1 minute and they werent allowed back in. I tried moving the foot she wasn't working on back in the water and she aggressively grabbed my foot and slammed it back on the top but didn't say a single word to me. She "scrubbed" my feet by pulling the scrub pad down my foot once and called it good. Now my toes are swollen and have an infection. I will never return here and would suggest people find another place to get their nails done. Horrible horrible service, my dogs could do a better job than them. read more

Really disappointed for a $65.00 pedicure. (Myself & Daughter) It's been well over 3+ hours and it's like the polish never dried. The people who did it were polite and good conversation. (From what I could understand) read more

Got a mani pedi right before Christmas and it was wonderful! Right on time for my appointment and got right in, and wanted dip nail w designs and love them! The bomb spa pedicure was great too, I added the callous treatment and she worked on my ingrown nails. Overall very happy! read more

Well after reading the reviews I was game to give it a try. Yea not going there again. I've NEVER had a nail salon actually charge extra to shorten/and or trim down your nails when you were getting fill in, this place actually charged me an extra $7 to shorten my nails. Thats so ridiculous plus they charged extra again during pedicure for calluses, of which I didn't have anyway. Very poorly done pedicure and for what they charged it only lasted about 10 minutes. The fill in was equally as bad. Never going there again. read more

I love ZA nails! I have been having my nails done there for over a year. Alex always does an awesome job. He knows what I like and always keeps that in mind. They may be a little more expensive than other places, but remember their slogan: Nice Nails Aren't Cheap, Cheap Nails Aren't Nice. read more

Day 2 of shellac manicure. 1 nail white polish area came off. They fixed it but day 3 I have 4 nails with chips on the tip. And leaving town this morning. They are nice and take care of you. But the quality is bad. I over heard a woman getting her nails done say that the manicure she had on was almost 3 weeks old. Out last her usual manicure there, by 2 weeks. Don't think I will go back. read more

Love this place! Been going here for over a year and Every time I go I'm in and out and never have any problems with my nails. Perfect shape, length, color and have never lost a nail definitely my "go to" spot read more

The first time they were absolutely rude. (My friend speaks Vietnamese and was able to understand them) & they were speaking very rudely of the customers and myself included. Don't go! Customer service is terrible. read more

I'll never go to this place again. I had some gel nails put on. And when they did the fill a few weeks later, they did not do all the way up to the cuticles. By the time they were done with the fill, my nails looked like they needed to have another fill done. Plus, they put nail polish on my nails which was impossible to get off. The place was dirty as well. I don't like this place. read more

I've had my nails done here 1 time. The 1 and only time I've been here the nail tech insisted on putting a new set on and removed my current acrylic by wedging a nail tip between my natural nail and previous acrylic which resulted in removing layers of my natural nail causing them to be thin and sore. The new application looked good so I decided to come back for a fill. Scheduled an appointment on their website. Arrived for my appointment only to see 2 nail techs working and who I was supposed to have my appointment with had just started a new set on another customer. He had applied tips to a couple fingers on this other customer when I arrived for my appointment on time. I guess if you walk in then you get serviced before customers with appointments. I sat for another 25 minutes before I was acknowledged. Finally when he asked what I was there for I let him know my appointment was for 25 minutes ago. He told me I'd have to wait longer to get serviced. I already had another appointment somewhere else that I couldn't wait any longer so I rebooked for 2 days later. 2 days later I arrive for said appointment. Also, on time. Again, wasn't acknowledged for a few minutes. When I'm finally asked what I'm there for, I tell them I have an appointment for a fill and pedi. Again, I'm told it's going to be a 20-30 minute wait. What is the point of an appointment? The customer service is non existent. This place won't get another dollar from me. read more

I broke my nail and got it fixed with the nail tech named Hao. He's pretty rude and lack of customer service. My nail looks bad and not even straight. He said I don't need to wash my hands after done, really? Very bad experience and very disappointed!!! read more

This was my first time at Za Nails. They do not take appointments, it is a walk in business. I have no complaints. Only waited about 5 to 10 minutes. My pedicure was good, I would say pretty average. I will go back to ZaNails. read more

I was visiting for one day from of state and haven't had a pedicure in 3+ years. I felt pressured into getting gel polish for $15 in addition when I had already picked a color. The entire polish on 3 nails popped off like they used glue on nails TWO DAYS after I paid $75 (does include the tip) for a pedicure!! I had already left the city and couldn't go back and I called the manager and they didn't even give some of the money back (used a cc) or offer any kind of discount in the future. Complete waste of money! So disappointed! read more
