My daughter's nails came out with no color let's just put it this way The bulge acrylic job and the see through black polish ! I came in for a lip wax and she asked me 4 times if I wanted my eye brows. I repeated no each time she asked. Then came out with a bunt lip ! Absolutely not I would totally report them. Do they even have a Licence ! The only good that came out of this was my toddlers nails. The lady was super sweet and patient but as far as all this for $95 plus $10 tip. It started off with the guy who did my nails telling me he didn't have a darker pink, which i wanted and that was a lie because I could clearly see he did on the wall behind him. Pedicure was great. This is the first time I had a manicure. It was a older gentleman. It was the fastest, almost painful manicure with no massaging the hand for $20? I had the most expensive pedicure ($45) which was ok. I've been there several times for pedicures, most of the time they are great. read more

This is the best pedicure I have ever gotten. The prices are great and you get a luxury 8 step for only $45. In Pennsylvania the same service would cost $60 or more. I brought my 82 year old father here to have his badly neglected toe nails trimmed. They were welcoming and did an excellent job by not only trimming his nails, but filing and grinding them to make sure he was comfortable. When I showed the people my nails I wanted they laughed and I got moved around 3 times and when I finally got my nails done the shape was uneven and the design was ok... But service was horrible. The man who did my nails was so nice and outgoing but the quality of work was horrible! It felt like a rush through my pedicure and every concern I voiced he brushed off. My toes didn't look great but I thought it's just my feet no one will notice. Then he proceeds with my nails. I wanted a fresh a set so I asked him to remove my previous nails. It was ridiculously painful. I yelled out in pain more than once. Cussed super loud and had to apologize to other customers. I asked him to soak and he would not soak long before he was trying to get them off. Such a rush! If I tried to pull away he held tight to my hand and then he would continue. He finally got them off and started my new set. My fingers were throbbing from the pain. I was even sweating. One hand the nails were really short and the other looked decent. I told him multiple times I wasn't happy and he just kept doing what he was doing. I finally said I need you to make them even. He added acrylic and tried but he just couldn't get it right. I finally asked if someone else could attempt to fix before I paid. I really didn't want to spend $100 on something that looked so bad. Angel looked at my nails and I don't know what she said but she didn't even talk to me or try to apologize. I finally just left with what I had because I didn't want him to try to fix them and they end up worse. This is second time in a row that I made an appointment and it took over two hours. Both times my sister happened to come in half an hour after me and left half an hour before me. Second time in a row everyone else around me who is started after me is finished before me. And the owners just watched and don't say anything or mention an apology about the length of time. I ask for a manicure everytime and everytime the manicure is skipped. It's basically a polish change. Not even a cuticle oil at the end. Oh yeah, and for some reason I am always charged more than my sister when the only difference is she gets the more expensive pedicure with the paraffin wax and I get the classic pedicure without the paraffin wax. I am so pissed and ready to get out of there I forget to say anything about the price until after I leave. I'm so frustrated and disappointed because I know the owners know that I've had sub par service but they never correct it or even mention an apology for the long wait. Terrible experience. Made an appointment and still didn't get seen for an hour. They clearly work on first come-first serve basis so don't even bother with appointments. Once I did get in a chair, it was after closing and all the staff were clearly touring to rush out. I didn't even get my nails filed so they were all weird shapes. The lady cut three different cuticles and one was really deep. On one of my fingers the base coat for the gel was put all over my finger and under my nail and wouldn't come off for a week! I got gel on my fingers and it didn't even last a week for chipping and peeling. I walked out with smudged toes. It was a mess. Will be looking for somewhere else. read more

For $101.00 I expected to get much better nails. A few are crooked and overall these nails are the worst I've ever gotten. Plus stiletto nails usually look much more classy than this. Popped in to get my Gel-X nails removed. It's basically a hard gel you can get instead of acrylics. I explained this when I walked in and asked if they had time for a removal. They got to me fast - star for that! When I sat down with the owner, she took off my polish and the first layer. She said it was very thick. I agreed and said yes, because it was Gel-X. She pulled out a bowl of liquid, stepped way, and I soaked my hands. The water smelled and that's when I realized it was a big bowl of acetone! I pulled my hands out and dunked my fingertips. She came back in like 5 to check the melt and noticed I was not soaking my hands.Then she SHOVED MY HAND in the bowl of acetone?! I yanked it out, explained I was not comfortable leaving my hands in the bowl and asked for foils. Foils are the proper way to remove gel and Gel-X. She said NO because foils wouldn't work. At this point, she was annoyed. She started flinging away each of my fingers as she finished with them. She asked what shape I wanted my real nails, roughly filed them, put cuticle oil on my hands and told me to put on lotion. I said no, that I didn't want to put on lotion because I needed to wash my hands, which were covered in acetone and nail dust. She said put on the lotion, wash your hands, and GO. I washed my lotion hands, paid, tipped, and left. Look, I get it. Nails are a volume business and you want to move people through quickly. But trying to force someone's hands into bowls of acetone for 20 minutes is bizarre and dangerous. On top of that, they did not shape my nails properly and their removal process left my hands covered in gel. Prices are reasonable though - one more star! read more

I am appalled at the treatment my daughter and I received. It began with my daughter asking for a chair for my very well behaved grandson and she was told no. She had to keep him on her very pregnant lap the whole time. the lady doing my pedicure jabbed the Cooper's into the side of my toes several times which hurt. I asked for cat eye polish and expected to pay the $10 extra as stated for gel polish. My basic $30 ppedicure ended up costing over $50. I was not told that the cat eye (which is just a line diagonally in the center) was $10 extra and it is not posted anywhere. When I went to the front to pay, I was told the total was $50. I made an appointment for 2pm - Told the lady at this time I needed an acrylic removal and a gel mani/pedi. Don't be fooled ladies and gents! This is the owner's way of getting business. She will accept your appointment with no hesitation. Roping you in per se. Just to have you WAIT when you get there. I arrived on time, was asked to sign the clip board and have a seat. 15 minutes goes by and I am hearing her tell all of the walks ins it will be 30 minutes to 1 hour. So I politely ask her, is it an hour wait for appointments? She asked me to sit down at a table. Waited another 10 minutes before someone came over. To which I was questioned why I want to take my acrylics off - Who cares? If you're busy and can't take me, politely say you're booked for that day! (Which 2 other salons did and saved me a hell of a lot of time). So, she soaked my hands in acetone for 30 minutes. I'm not exaggerating either. So now we're at a total of 55 minutes. While she did someone else's nails. I've had acrylics removed before. It's not rocket science and it does not take 30+ minutes. The nail tech comes back and says that I need to soak longer. After I soak for 5 more minutes, she comes back and FINALLY finishes the job. I was there for a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes. And THIS is what I left with! I was fuming. I left without doing the gel mani/pedi. These people do NOT value your time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

I asked for oval acrylics with a peachy colored polish. Pros: Fair service time, walk in or appt available, friendly staff, descent fair prices. Cons: my tech didn't understand what I was asking for, it was very ridged and rushed, there was little attention to detail (some of my nails looked uneven , crooked, and wonky). The polish was applied thicker in some areas than others and the overall look was heavy and gloppy looking especially by my cuticles. I was able to go to Sally's and pick up a good file and fix the shape, but there's nothing I can to about the rest. It doesn't look horrible, but I do wish my tech would have taken the time to make adjustments. read more

I got a full set and it took him literally about 20 minutes to finish my nails he was rushing way to fast. I asked for an almond shape and it was more stiletto than anything.
