I recently moved here from Idaho. Looking for a Great hairstylist that would listen to me...I've…read morebeen growing my hair out for over 5 yrs...it grows very slowly so I had a long layered look. In the back it was to bottom of bra strap. Because of the ratings of this salon I called and talked to Lisa and she could get me in next day. I have natural brown hair with some gray and have added highlights to blend in but I wanted some Carmel lowlights. When I got there Lisa was very nice we discussed what I wanted and I knew my hair needed a good trim. I asked to not take more than an inch off the bottom. Lisa did the low light color it turned out great..a little more red than I wanted but it was fine! Then she went to trimming my hair at first she did just right of the ends but when she started to do the layers I didn't realize that she was pulling up the very bottom of my hair and cutting more off the length with the layers...I was seeing all of this hair fall to the floor...by the time I realized she was cutting more of my length off it was to late to say anything. The layering turned out good except now I had lost 4 inches off my length in back and 3 inches off the side. I'm so bummed about the length when reaching around my back I can barely touch the back. I'm heartbroken because it takes so long to grow. I don't know if anyone there does extensions which are very expensive so not sure that would be an option. Anthony was there and he was very happy and nice to me! The color and layers were good but cutting my length off sooooo much when I had asked not too take anymore than an inch to get the bad ends off was upsetting. It has taken me 4 days to make this post..if I go back unfortunately it will not be to Lisa.

Unless you want to be in tears and hate your hair I wouldn't recommend going here. If only I could have given her negative stars because she definitely didn't deserve any

Victoria is without question one of the best. She's been my stylist for at least a year, and my…read morehair is in the BEST shape of its life. She's professional, takes pride in her work, and really listens for what I'm looking to do with my hair. Sometimes it's hard for me to express what I want. She doesn't get frustrated with my indecisiveness, and instead helps me come up with ideas. One of the most impressive things I noticed right away is that she's confident and honest. I'd been doing my own color at home to be thrifty, but instead of her telling me how much better a salon color experience would look, she actually complimented my work, which was not something I expected at all. I was further surprised that she gave me product advice so as to avoid me causing damage. In fact, Victoria's always down for product discussions and always has GREAT ones on hand in her super cute studio. I love the location & ambiance there, which is private, and has easy parking for it being Downtown (been there 4x w/o struggling at all to find a space). Her services are varied and reasonably priced based on industry standards. I really cannot emphasize enough how picky I am about who I allow work with my hair, so to say I trust her with it completely is a big deal. In preps for an upcoming trip, I had her cut & do a color today that turned out simply gorgeous. I will update this post with pics at my first opportunity, but need to get the word out now about this talented lil lady boss!!!
