She's professional, takes pride in her work, and really listens for what I'm looking to do with my hair. Sometimes it's hard for me to express what I want. She doesn't get frustrated with my indecisiveness, and instead helps me come up with ideas. One of the most impressive things I noticed right away is that she's confident and honest. I'd been doing my own color at home to be thrifty, but instead of her telling me how much better a salon color experience would look, she actually complimented my work, which was not something I expected at all. I was further surprised that she gave me product advice so as to avoid me causing damage. In fact, Victoria's always down for product discussions and always has GREAT ones on hand in her super cute studio. I love the location & ambiance there, which is private, and has easy parking for it being Downtown (been there 4x w/o struggling at all to find a space). Her services are varied and reasonably priced based on industry standards. I really cannot emphasize enough how picky I am about who I allow work with my hair, so to say I trust her with it completely is a big deal. She introduced me to Mona, the owner and wax specialist. My wife basically recommend me to was my ears, the space between my eye brows and my nose (near the entrance of nostril). As most men like me, we use tweezers to pull the long nose hairs and it stings. Mona explained the process as she went along. After each procedure, she did an extra sweep for any missed stranded hair. She was so gentle, all of it was painless! My wife who is extremely sensitive had her underarms, lip and even did her nose. She also exclaimed it was painless, Mona put on a cooling gel after each procedure and it was the best experience she's had. This will be her future go to place for all future needs!
