I made an appointment the day before and was taken on time. They were easy to communicate with. They have so many options and colors to choose from. They did a great job on my pedicure and I'll go back. Parking is easy and the shop was welcoming and clean. I returned yesterday 1/7/25 for a full set of acrylics and again had a great experience and love my nails. They have so many cool choices to choose from! I was only disappointed that my nail tech had another customer waiting at the end so I didn't get any oil or lotion massaged on my hands. read more

It's been a very long time since I have reviewed this nail salon and also a very long time since I've visited Laughlin. Conveniently located outside of the Outlets, this place is easy to find. Prices are excellent. Regular pedicure = $30, Deluxe pedicure = $35, and Royal pedicure = $40. For females who want to add gel polish, just add $15 to any of those packages. The technician doing my pedicure remembered me from previous visits. Everyone is friendly. Prices are good. Quality of work is always excellent and is consistent every time I visit and get a pedicure. If you want a mini break from the casinos, I recommend getting a pedicure! Extremely unprofessional. Took 2 hours for my basic gel mani/pedi. I brought my mom with to treat her for Christmas. We noticed 8 other people were finished who came in after. The man doing my nails kept having to repaint them every time he cured them because he kept smudging the paint. The lady came over to micro manage him and kept moving my legs every 5 minutes (not very helpful) and in the end got into an argument with my mother because she had complained about the time. The lady then blamed ME (the paying customer who had sat still and never complained) for choosing such a "difficult color" then proceeded to ask if I wanted to tip. Maybe I would have considered if they had taken responsibility for having to redo the color, and maybe if she didn't insult me for having tattoos I would have considered a tip. Do better read more

And yes your correct the gentleman that turned on my water didn't insult me, it was the man doing the lady's nails beside me that insulted us. Then the lady was yelling saying she wasted water on us and the 2 cent plastic liners that you put in the bowls.... . Family owned/ small buisness or not that is not how you treat your customers. So far so good. My manicure turned out perfect. The lady working on my pedicure is doing a great job. It's not finished yet. About half way through. I think $30 for a manicure with gel nail polish is a little high. I am very happy with the gal that did them. My pedicure was the royal and I am happy with it! I don't live in area but visiting my good friend who's Husband was sent to Vegas Hospital emergency we took one day to relax from the drive back and forth as she lives in Laughlin. I'm so glad we tried Queen's Nails, very clean shop relaxing and we both had $40 service for Pedi with gel color so $15 extra, I also had them clean up my nails (I bite them) I was so happy with results. Not sure why people are giving less stars and comments. I think if you treat people poorly the service may suffer. I always treat all ladies who work so hard to make it relaxing and beautiful toe's & nails with respect. I think that goes a long way. I travel from Vegas to this spot because the pricing is unbeatable & my gel polish will literally still look amazing for OVER a month later. My big toe nail was injured recently and my whole toe nail almost came off. My lady fixed the nail AND IT LOOKS brand new! I love this place. Thank u to the staff for always taking care of me. Definitely disappointed in my spa pedicure here. The top coat didn't cover my whole nail on several of my toes, I paid for the $40 Royal Treatment that was supposed to include 15 minutes of massage but I'm not sure I even got 5, the callus treatment was REALLY weak, they didn't even attempt to put my shoes on, they didn't have me sit at the drying station or tell me I was done, and I have a cut on my big toe from their tools. I'm not happy about the fact that I paid them $44. I kind of want to go back and have them fix my polish but it's not even worth it. I don't want to go there again. I'm just a tourist which may be why I got poor service. I'm giving two stars because at least the people were pleasant for the most part. read more

Just visiting in Laughlin, like usual and I needed my nails done ASAP. I walked over to Queen's Nails in the rain at 5pm and I'm so happy I did! I waited like maybe 10mins, if that. I got the red dip powder, has some glitter in it...SO PRETTY! The selection of dip powder is nice. Fun colors and very wearable colors :) the lady was very gentle, paid so much attention to detail and took her time. Honestly, the best dip powder set I've ever had. Lori said I didn't think you were coming because it was so late - their clock said 7 minutes after noon. So she had somene that she had just started their nails in the chair. She turns to the Asian woman next to her and says can you take her when you're done with your client. And I said no I had a noon appointment with Lori and I'm here on time. They said well you have to wait. That is no way to run a business when someone makes an appointment and they take a walk in ahead of you and tell you you're late when you're on time. Worst nail place ever! This bold statement is not exclusive to Laughlin either, seriously just horrible! This business was once owned by a kind, professional, younger man, that prided his business and staff a great deal. The salon was clean, busy, had a full staff of friendly employees and great service. I always looked forward to their amazing pedicures when visiting Laughlin. That was probably 8 years or so ago. Since then, this place has sold and spiraled into disrepair. It is such a disappointment. The current staff of a few people, speak broken English, are hard to understand, rude, do shoddy, rushed work, not worth any amount of money. I don't know who the new owner is, or what became of the old owner, but he is sorely missed. The once pristine nail salon is now run down, dirty, and an unwelcoming environment. It's only a matter of time til the business closes its doors. Until then, don't go to them for your manis and pedis (or anything). Try the casino hotels: Riverside & Harrah's have nail spa services. Pretty good service. The guy that did my pedi did an amazing job. He went out of his way to make me happy and I with my polish. The lady that did my manicure kind of did it half ass, didn't really massage my arm or hands. The paint on my hands didn't cover all the way to the edges, I have to have her paint again so she covered all the edges. SAVE YOUR $, TIME and ENERGY!! Don't go here! Went to the salon Saturday morning and I have to say that if was the worst gel pedicure and fill that I have ever had. They did my nails as I was getting my pedicure which was the first thing that threw me off. My nails were left dirty under the powder and when I showed her, she said she didn't know how that happened and he didn't even try to fix it. My pedicure ended up with gel sloped on my toes and not even on my toe nail. I paid $100 and wanted to cry after. I walked in for a pedicure about a month ago and I'm regretting it more and more every day. Not only were the nails cut too short, but for some reason she rounded them instead of cutting them straight across. Now each of my big toes are painful as they grow back out and causing blood blisters! I don't know why anyone would cut them down so low on the edges and round when my nails had been long and cut straight across. read more

From the time I walked in I was practically barked at to pick a color. The woman didn't listen to what I wanted. She did the exact opposite of what I asked for . It was painful and rough. I do not recommend going to this nail salon. I was a regular customer for the past few months, getting fills on my acrylic nails and this last experience has me furious. My thumb on my right hand has a slight sign of fungus, and I was even asked who had worked on my nails last because prior to this last session, I didn't have any sign of fungus underneath any of my nails. Moving on to the ring finger on my right hand. My natural nail was pushed so far down into my skin, I have an ingrown nail that's very painful and I'm trying to remove. Same thing happened to my thumb on the left hand, except I almost lost my entire real nail. I don't recommend this salon at all and I won't be returning. read more

Came here last month visiting family. I had a set already that was outgrown so I figured I would just get a new set here. I'm usually very picky with my nail techs and quality is a must. I did not get that here. I'm from LA and obviously didn't expect them to be that great, but my experience was pretty terrible. First of all, there was blood. And a good amount of it. There should never EVER be blood, or pain. Once he applied the acrylic and started to file down and shape them since I wanted coffin style (which were lopsided, thick, and way too freaking short) he filed a little too crazy on the sides and ended up filing my skin away completely, deep enough to bleed, on TWO fingers. (What the fuc**?!) I've never had that happen before in my life. How do you not notice you're doing that? God forbid some disease or bacteria get transferred to me through an open wound. I don't even know if they sanitize their tools properly, and I don't really care to think about that. Anyways, end product was below satisfactory. They were uneven in thickness and looked very awkward. Way too short than what I asked for and just sloppy. A waste of money in my mind, really wish I could get that back. Secondly, my younger niece came with. We just got her nails painted. THREE FINGERS PEELED OFF COMPLETELY WITHIN A FEW HOURS OF GETTING THEM DONE. I don't even know what to say about that... We didn't even bother to go back. I could paint her nails better than that. Her nail tech must've not even used base coat? Because I don't understand how that happens. read more
